酒店的服務有失五星級酒店的水準： 1. 入住時男朋友讓工作人員領着他去認了一下洗手間、健身房在哪裡，被工作人員説他事多（男朋友英語不太好，可能工作人員覺得他聽不懂）。 2. 吃晚餐時向服務員要冰塊，一名叫Gopee的服務員不給。 3. 晚上想泡一杯泡麪，去餐廳問有沒有熱水，兩個工作人員都告訴我吧枱咖啡機可以打熱水，突然Gopee出現在我身後（進餐廳時並沒有看到他，也沒有問他，不知道為什麼他會知道有人想打熱水），不讓我用咖啡機接熱水，原因是“the coffee machine is too fragile for hot water”。 4. 很多服務員喜歡説“you are not allowed…”，讓人不舒服，我花很多錢住度假酒店還需要處處be allowed to do sth？ 5. 總之，酒店的位置離追鯨碼頭和鳥公園非常近，且sugar beach是附近酒店中最貴的一家，才選擇的這家酒店，我會期望這樣的酒店可以有相對令人滿意的服務，不可否認酒店還是有非常熱情、態度好的員工，但是總體而言，相比於我住過的很多同等級別的酒店，這家店的服務是我體驗過最差的。我們這次也住了大灣麗世，相比而言lux的服務會好太多。 酒店管理混亂： 1.餐廳不讓自帶飲料不直説，拐彎抹角的，且餐廳的服務員很多都不知道餐廳的規定：在sugar beach住了三天，晚餐的時候會自己帶想喝的飲料，入住時以及前兩天用餐時，很多服務員看到我們的飲料，但從未有人告訴我們晚餐不可以自帶飲料。最後一天突然被告知“no plastic on the table”（因為飲料是用塑料瓶裝的）。我們問其他服務員，是否有“no plastic on the table”的規定，其他服務員均表示沒聽過這種規定，最後問餐廳經理，餐廳經理先説確實有餐廳不能使用塑料的規定，因為公司的“環保要求”，我説那我帶玻璃瓶的飲料是不是就可以了，餐廳經理才説餐廳不可以自帶飲料，且我不可以在我的房間外的任何地方享用自帶酒水。我可以理解餐廳的“環保要求”以及希望通過酒水獲得更多營收，但應該提前告知不可以自帶酒水，而且可以直接説明，而不是先用“no plastic on the table”這樣的理由告訴我不能喝自己的飲料，最後層層詢問才告訴最終原因是餐廳不允許自帶飲料。 2.穿無袖的衣服進入餐廳被要求回房間換衣服（入住時就已經告知，我們也理解，第一天忘記了，我們直接回去換了衣服，後面再也沒有穿過無袖進餐廳），但是用餐的時候還是能看到其他人穿無袖在餐廳用餐。 其他： 1. 酒店的瓶裝水非常難喝，喝起來味道像tap water 2. 吃飯的時候蒼蠅有點多，而且會有鳥搶食物（海島蟲多可以理解，但是依舊有很多酒店可以把蟲子治理的很好；鳥的問題，餐桌上還好，自己注意點就好了，但是看到有鳥飛到餐枱區，直接吃餐枱區的麪包，還是有點不衞生） 3. 晚上有很多蝙蝠

The location of the hotel right on the beach, the staff and facilities as well as water activities were all good. Also the Deluxe club room that we booked had a beautiful sea view and was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Gifts on the bed on arrival a Pashmina, tote bag & T-shirt were a lovely touch and it was a nice surprise to have a full fridge with cold drinks. Also a bottle of champagne and fruit were delivered to our room which I thought was a mistake but found out this was also a welcome gift after we had checked in. Just got back from a 9 night all inclusive stay. Food is a buffet which I guess most AI is and there’s a number of choices each meal but the quality of food just wasn’t there. Re-heated food that isn’t hot when ate it and apart from one or 2 meals most of the meat was tough and of poor quality. Where possible we tried to get something that was being fresh cooked like omelettes or poached eggs at breakfast. I had to send the milk back after putting g on my cereals and taking one mouthful to find it was off. We filled up on a lot of bread and plain pasta. After both of us had tummy issues. It’s such a shame the food lets it down as the staff work so hard I am sure in the kitchen but they need to be checking the quality of what they are putting out, some food including desserts were just not edible.

The hotel was not what i expected from a 5 star. I believe that they are going to do renovations this year. I had half board and wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they don’t offer all inclusive had I known this before, I wouldn’t have book at this hotel. So full board was and extra Rs8000 and you could only have 2 glasses of wine or two beers included. I can’t understand how the hotel can’t see that this encourages guests to purchase alcohol outside of the hotel. Anyways the bar staff were exceptional in making you feel welcome and really spoilt my daughter for her birthday. One in particular named Sahil. This guy is truly a diamond in the rough. Our time at the hotel was rainy weather but we still enjoyed it with people like Sahil around. Thank you!

Amazing stay at aanari hotel. Great attention to detail by the reception team and restaurant team. My husband loved the chinese buffet with the large variety of snacks and i, myself enjoyed the italian buffet on Friday night. Our clean and spacious room had a balcony with seaview and we enjoyed our afternoon tea there. Great live entertainment on Saturday night - highly recommended to those who loves to dance! Sad to leave aanari hotel but we surely come again.

Отель безупречен во всем,семейного типа.Шикарные свободные номера,отличная косметика,которая обновляется каждый день Bulgari.Персонал услужливый ,запоминает предпочтения каждого.Очень приветливые,все оперативно делают,предвосхищая ожидания требовательного клиента.Территория зеленая небольшая,единственный минус это океан был с мутной водой ,огорожен крупным камнем .Мы снимали несколько номеров ,все остались довольны очень.Переехали в соседний отель,так как начинались уже дни командировки в 2-х км,Sugar Beach,океан прекрасен,длинная полоса пляжная ,огромная территория .А вот такого отношения клиентоориентированного нет,все тебя не замечают ,номерной фонд отаратный ,идет реконструкция отеля отдельных корпусов,стучат и им все равно на отдыхающих,сразу захотелось вернуться. Поэтому спасибо за радушный теплый прием! Мы вернемся обязательно на этот прекрасный остров и его западную часть- самую идеальную в части погоды. 😇

Отель с маленькими недочетами, но если не обращать на них внимание отдых пройдет хорошо. Месторасположение супер, все рядом. Море через дорогу, автобусная остановка в 50 метрах. За такую цену очень хорошо. Если вам надо пять звёзд это не сюда.

The hotel staff were amazing and very welcoming. The food was exceptional and the hotel management really made an effort to help bring in the new year in style. Our room was clean and the housekeeping staff were always available to help with no matter what. I would definitely recommend this hotel. As a constructive criticism, maybe the hotel could make the carts more available for the eldely as walking from the room to the main hotel is very long - it's a massive hotel. Maybe some cart taxi's at certain times for people who are older and want to get around the hotel. But other than this our time at this hotel was just incredible. Thank you La Pirogue!

Pros - Overall was good and very comfortable. F&B service was magnificent and very accommodating. It was never too troublesome to provide special service to a solo traveller. Cons - My last night was a scare due to a disturbance at my door around midnight. Although I was assured that it was a mistaken of room numbers by other hotel guests, I was still very disturbed to fall back to sleep. Which resulted my decision to not extend another night stay. Really a pity.

La struttura si trova a mezzo minuto dal mare, è situata esattamente in fronte (si attraversa la strada e si è in spiaggia) ed ha una piscina privata per gli ospiti. Per me è stata una soluzione alternativa ai classici villaggi turistici o strutture di lusso in quanto offrono un trattamento massimo di pernottamento e prima colazione (quindi non all-inclusive), alcune stanze; quelle famigliari hanno anche angolo cottura, poi si trova in una delle spiagge più belle di Mauritius (dove la gente degli altri villaggi viene a fare le escursioni) quindi immaginatevi il perché. Nella via della struttura ci sono un sacco di ristoranti dove si mangia veramente a pochissimo prezzo, una fermata del bus esattamente davanti, che vi porta ovunque sempre con pochi spicci (noi abbiamo preso il bus per andare alla capitale Port Louis e abbiamo speso 0,80€ a tratta, calcolando che sono due ore di bus non sono niente) Come in tutte le cose ci deve essere lo spirito di adattamento (che a volte gli italiani non hanno). Consiglio vivamente di vivere l’isola in maniera alternativa; Mauritius offre un sacco di cose da fare e vedere, quindi non vale la pena spendere i soldi per un all’inclusive ma conviene spenderli in escursioni e vivere a pieno l’isola.
