Hotel berhampiran Ocean Public Access - Avenue des Bretons, Flic en Flac

Non so cosa dire, se non GRAZIE a chi ci ha accolto a braccia aperte in questo residence modesto ma allo stesso tempo ricco di tutto ciò che serve. Il wifi funzionava perfettamente (anche se non ci interessava molto visto che eravamo in vacanza e non per lavoro), televisione funzionate ma mai guardata, tutto sempre pulito, colazione poco variabile ma sinceramente aveva tutto ciò che serviva per un inizio di giornata con le forze. il ragazzo che ci ha accolto, ci è rimasto nel cuore al punto che eravamo tutti tristi alla partenza e ci ha salutato dal taxi con una dolcezza infinita. Lo consiglio vivamente come soluzione per poter girare bene l'isola ed essere indipendenti. la piscina era stupenda, ma con quel mare non ci abbiamo mai fatto il bagno. la spiaggia dista 10 minuti a piedi così come il supermercato.

The hotel staff were amazing and very welcoming. The food was exceptional and the hotel management really made an effort to help bring in the new year in style. Our room was clean and the housekeeping staff were always available to help with no matter what. I would definitely recommend this hotel. As a constructive criticism, maybe the hotel could make the carts more available for the eldely as walking from the room to the main hotel is very long - it's a massive hotel. Maybe some cart taxi's at certain times for people who are older and want to get around the hotel. But other than this our time at this hotel was just incredible. Thank you La Pirogue!

Hotel is beautiful with amazing views. Rooms are comfortable. Half board includes breakfast and dinner. Excludes drinks. Water should be provided at diner time as you are forced to pay for it at a high rate. Water is given in the room if you ask each day at no cost. We had a room near the pond which was very noisy at sunrise and sunset due to the birds. The main restaurant is very dirty. Finding a chair that does not have birds droppings is like finding a needle in a haystack. We sat at a the same table for 2 days and bird droppings on table was still visible. Waiters do not clear tables regularly and birds flying all over you and messing tables and chairs. For a 5 star hotel you would expect more concern about cleanliness and hygiene. When we told waiters about the bird droppings on chairs they were not interested. Did not like excessive amount of Pork served!

This is pure luxury from the moment you walk into reception everything runs like clockwork all really efficient and yet very personal again we were known by our first names all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The villas are beautiful and absolutely immaculate lots of little touches to make the stay special. There was not much evening entertainment at this resort that was not an issue for us as we were busy most days on trips so exhausted on an evening the food was delicious and service was efficient and friendly We hired a driver from the hotel (an employee of the hotel) to show us the Island for the full day Sanjay was lovely very friendly stayed with us throughout the day. Day 1 our driver Sanjay showed us round the North of the Island it was personalized to what you wanted to see we went out at 9am and returned around 5pm we were taken to all the local attractions and some off the beaten track. Day 2 Sanjay showed us round the South of the Island again from 9am to 5pm he was a local so knew all the history and best places to visit. Day 3 Sanjay transported us to where our private speedboat was waiting our Captain John was fun and took us to 5 amazing beaches, we travelled around on the boat for the full day with drinks/snacks on board also lunch on a beautiful beach with a singer 😀 All the trips were booked through the concierge at the resort and completely worth it. The whole experience was very relaxing we were very well looked after by all of the staff from morning to evening. This resort is very personal which we like YOU ARE NOT JUST ANOTHER ROOM NUMBER. Beautiful resort/beautiful rooms/beautiful staff all in all an amazing experience.

Extremely beautiful views and such a nice place to have lunch with friends, under the tree, with the birds singing and the waves crashing on the white sandy beach We had a warm welcome at the reception and Varun at the restaurant was the most pleasant, accommodating and provided us with prompt service. If you are looking for a casual place to have lunch, with an incredible view, this is definetely a place to visit La Mariposa is a true little gem

Anisha was the most friendliest and attentive of the food and beverage servers which I encountered during my stay . She was probably the only member who presented her name while serving me. She recommended items on the sushi menu that did not disappoint. Anisha definitely made my stay memorable although it was business related, The breakfast selection is good but the hot selection during this service is a bit cold. The room was comfortable but smelled of smoke although im not a smoker. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable.

Food was good and the service from Alice and Nishia was excellent. They were both incredibly friendly and very helpful. It was a great experience but the only thing that was not great was that the dessert was a bit too sweet. But other than that I had a great time.

The dining was exceptional, with Preetee, Siven, Brigitte, and Paul providing top-notch service. They were attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring every meal was perfect. Each dish was served promptly and was delicious. Esha, the barista, made us the best coffee we’ve ever had. Her skill and passion for making the perfect cup really stood out, and her warm personality made each visit to the café enjoyable. We also had excellent service from Sawmy during our wedding dinner, who ensured that every detail was spot-on, adding a personal touch to the evening. Aldo took great care of us on the beach, keeping the drinks and snacks coming while we soaked in the sun. Hans, another staff member, was always full of energy and added to the positive atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every space, from our room to the common areas, was spotless, showing a real commitment to maintaining high standards.Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without Manie. From the initial planning to the day itself, she went above and beyond to make our beach ceremony more than we could have ever dreamed of. Her attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made the entire event flawless and stress-free. Manie didn’t just organize our wedding—she created an experience we’ll cherish forever. We are beyond grateful for everything she did to make it the most beautiful day of our lives. If you’re planning a wedding, you can trust her to make your day just as incredible!
