It is very good option to stay in Florence. Even though I stayed in a room with 8 beds, it was very comfortable. Clean, very nice, recommended. The location and cleanliness are very good. I can say that I wish I had stayed here for both nights.

I am not writing this type of reviews often, but unfortunately this time I have to in order to reflect the reality about this hotel. Prior to this hotel we stayed at another hotel in Rome also 4-star that we really enjoyed (price level and distance from city center was similar). Firstly, I would like to point out that this hotel, even though it has 4 stars, cannot be considered to be a European-level 4-star hotel at all, at maximum a refurbished 3-star hotel. Given the price and its location, I would like to tell you straight, it is quite expensive for what you get, especially given the further circumstances described below. Secondly, I have not read many negative reviews regarding the noise level, but would like to shed some light on that. Even though we asked for a quiet room, we got the room facing the hotel parking and front road. I cannot say that there was a lot of noise from the road, but you could definitely hear cars from the road. But the biggest problem is the noise insultaion, or more precisely its complete absence. We could hear our neighbours talking in the other room like they were in our room. Our neighbours were awake until late night and we could hear them receiving messages while chatting on the phone and it seemed like the phone was vibrating each time near your ear. There was also noise from outside and other neighbours (it was partially not clear where it was coming from), so overall an awful experience also given the fact that each room has roller blinds and some people are using them at night and each time you can hear the mechanism working (it is quite loud). When people flush in other rooms, it sounds like it starts raining heavily. To sum up, insulation is really bad. Thirdly, the room was furbished at the level of refurbished 3-star hotel, the old hairdriers from the 20th century, only one card key, thus you cannot leave the AC on when you leave the room. Room was not ventilated at all once we arrived, so it was very hot to sleep and smell was not very pleasant. Breakfast at the level of 3-star hotel maximum and they do not let people finish their breakfast telling at 9:55am that you have to leave in 5 minutes since the breakfast time ends at 10am. As a cherry on the tart, when we were leaving we were told that the water in the room was not complimentary when we arrived, even though we did not found anywhere information with pricing of water in the room. When I asked where we could find price list for water in the room, as I belive it should be clearly placed in a visible spot, the person at reception firstly insulted us in Italian (not knowing that we speak Italian) and then just answered arrogantly ”it is in the room”, showing that he does not want to speak with us. Unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour from staff, you are paying them for being treated in such a manner... Overall, I understand that Florence is an expensive and crowded city, but in this instance when we unfortunately had only extremely negativ

I had problems trying to find a hotel in Florence at short notice and ended up booking a room at this hotel. First I should explain that this hotel is on the second and third floor of a building. I was given a room by the stairs, which by the way are made of wood I think, so the noise of people going up and down was terrible. There is a lift, but it will only take you from the ground floor to the reception, so if you have a suitcase and you are given a room on the third floor, you have to drag it up the stairs, near to where my room was. My room was big enough, with 2 single beds, and a bathroom almost the same side of the room, painted in red! and very dark, even with the light on. The room and bathroom were clean and my linen and towels were changed every day. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, cheese, cold meat, etc. Unfortunately the reception area was dirty. There are 2 or 3 settees with a material cover, which has not been washed for some time. The location of this hotel is excellent. 15 mns to the Duomo and 30 mns to the Ponte Vecchio. The guys at the reception were very helpful, polite and one of them, on the night shift, (regrettably I did not ask his name) never stopped smiling. Great service. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes but make sure you are giving a room away from the stairs.

Best Western Plus CHC Florence has the best, friendliest, kindest employees, probably in the world. The breakfast is excellent, a buffet with great variety and service. The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. The area is lively and convenient, has lots of choices for transportation, dining, and many businesses. It's about 5 minutes from the airport by car, and 2 stops by public transportation My mom happened to have an emergency while we were staying at BW for vacation, which forced me to extend my stay for 19 days. Even though the hotel was full, front desk staff accommodated me, and helped me in every way they could with tips, directions, everything I needed. Employees from the restaurant even took me out to dinner on my birthday. Villa le Fontanelle is a breathtaking property. We chose this as primary lodging for a honeymoon visit to Florence and Tuscany. We would both recommend it to anyone...but particularly to honeymooners, or folks looking for an intimate destination wedding. The grounds and gardens are spectacular, and the area boasts one of the better panoramas of Florence. Personally, I think Fiesole has the loveliest view of the city, but this offers a sweeping vista--and the birds adore the area around VLF, which makes for a lovely and memorable beginning to the day. We stayed in La Torre and the Limonaia. The view from the tower (and, OK, having one's own private tower) is the stuff of E.M. Forster, particularly by night when the city is aglow. The grounds, the chapel and the staff make this a very special property. We were treated with kindness and grace all throughout the stay. If you book here, you probably do know what you're signing up for. This is a slightly out of the way property, so it's logistically trickier to get into the center of Florence, if you intend to hit the older city centre. We had to phone for taxis a handful of times, because of some very early morning commitments. The staff were incredible about helping us to coordinate with the local taxi services (which can be a real art unto itself) and making sure that we had any and all logistics completely squared away. For the two of us, Citrarium was also a huge part of what made our stay feel so magical. The food is slow and superb. We so enjoyed coming back to the Villa at the end of our days in Florence to linger over the multi-course meals and some of the staff's suggested wine and amaro pairings. We're forever indebted to the waiter who introduced us to a dazzling super-botanical southern amaro...since returning, we've shared it with many of our friends and family. We hope to return, but thank Villa le Fontanelle for the incredible hospitality and the beautiful memories!

見た目でだいぶ損をしているホテルだと思います。 あまりに賑やかすぎる外観ゆえに、変なホテルだと思われそうですが 内装は非常に清潔で、とても快適なホテルです。 共用スペースも広く、自動販売機もあって便利です。 他の宿泊者の方々の民度も高く、常識のあるしっかりした方が多いので 迷惑な滞在客によって不快な思いをすることもないでしょう。 フィレンツェ中心部のホテルは、とんでもなく高額だったり 価格に見合った設備とはいいがたいものが多いので 個人的には、移動時間を多少掛けたとしても このホテルを起点にした方がいいように感じました。
