lovely accommodation. new and clean rooms, high quality sheet fabric and good bed. the location is perfect, near to everything and the area located is very safe even at night. Biagio, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay, we will certainly return

We arrived in Firenze by train and walked from the train station to the hotel, we were earlier than the check in time so had just intended on dropping our bags and heading back out. We were met at the door to the hotel by a lovely lady who gave us such a warm welcome and instantly made us feel at home. Luckily for us our room was ready and we were able to check in. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated and a good size, it had everything we needed. Biaggio (the owner) came to meet us and gave us a map of Firenze and showed us the best places to eat and visit. We took his brilliant advice and visited everywhere he suggested and we were not disappointed. Check out was also a smooth process and we were very sad to leave. Again Biaggio helped us with ordering a taxi and helping with our cases. All in all it was a beautiful few days stay and I would happily stay here again. I cannot praise it enough and would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Many thanks to Biaggio for all his help!

My Wife and I decided to do our own Grand Tour of Italy and Florence was the first city on our list. As we were travelling by train to various places we were therefore looking for accommodation reasonable close to the sites of Florence but also close to the railway station. 3 B&B ticked all the boxes for our six day stay. Biagio was brilliant and at our age you do need a hand with the cases as the unit is on the second floor. The room was a good size with a window overlooking the local side street and a good size bathroom with a hot and powerful shower. You are about 10/15 minutes from the main attractions of Florence but it is not a big city and its very easy to get around. As I said the station is about a 10 minute walk and from there you can have day trips to Pisa, Lucca and Sienna. An all round good short break and then we were off to Venice.

Just left 3B B&B today, after a fantastic stay. It is within walking distance of all the places you want to visit in Florence. The room was lovely and comfortable. Biagio was so welcoming and give us some great tips for visiting Florence. He was so helpful when we need some assistance and I am so grateful to him. Altogether a great place to stay and a great host!

This hotel is a little gem! The room was very large with lots of room for cases and spreading luggage out. All the fixtures and fittings looked very new and the bathroom in particular was excellent. Spotless all round and the shower was great. Air con, hairdryer, mini fridge and safe . Biagio the host was the sweetest man - we arrived a little early but he zoomed up on his moped to rush to meet us. Nothing was too much trouble . He carried my case (there is no elevator in this property) and spent lots of time telling us the best places to go. Throughly nice guy, he really made our stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed at 3B B&B in April 2023. The location is great! It is walkable to all the main tourist sites, but in a less busy part of town, surrounded by great restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was occasional noise from people on the street at night, but it never lasted for long. Biagio helped us by giving us a city map so that it was easy to find attractions, and he provided restaurant recommendations and great places to get gelato. He was very helpful with any questions that we had. I highly recommend this place!

Seriously the BEST B&B we’ve been to!!! The double room is spacious and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, and new bottles of water restocked everyday which was super helpful in the summer heat. Biagio, the owner, was incredibly helpful and the best host ever. He helped us with luggage, gave us recommendations for food/activities, and was super responsive in general. We felt safe, happy, and relaxed during our stay. Highlyyy recommend!!!

Très jolie chambre située idéalement près de San Lorenzo. Même si l'hébergement est central, il est situé dans un quartier calme. Nous avons été accueillies avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Des conseils au top, des adresses à faire, notamment au niveau des restaurants. En outre, le jeune homme qui nous a reçues s'est mis en quatre pour essayer de me trouver une solution pour un problème d'épaule. Il prenait chaque jour de mes nouvelles, avec beaucoup de sollicitude. Cela a contribué à faire de notre séjour d'une semaine une expérience formidable. Bravo
