5 mins from the station on foot. Room was clean and staff was kind.

L'hotel si trova a due passi da piazza Duomo e stazione santa Maria Novella. Molto pulito Bagno fantastico. Ci ho soggiornato una notte per maratona e sono stati disponibili nel farmi fare il check out un pò più in ritardo. Ho parcheggiato l'auto nel garage centrale convenzionato situato a 20 metri distanza. Tutto perfetto. La colazione impeccabile. Peccato per il rientro in serata di domenica a causa di impegni, altrimenti sarei rimasto un altro giorno.

La posizione è perfetta, è tutto molto vicino a pochi passi. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile ci si sente come a casa. L'unica difficoltà può essere una rampa di scale per arrivare all'ascensore, ma con le valigie ti aiutano. La mia camera era un po' piccolina ma dotata di tutti i comfort, solo la luce nel bagno è un po' bassa non ci si vede bene per sistemarsi, ma con effetti cromoterapia. Tornerò 😊

The hotel is in a great location and have excellent rooms at a great price! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast bar is pretty well stocked and the fresh juice was a big hit with the kids. All of the major attractions were with walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast, pleasant staff. Guests need to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Just a warning for those with mobility issues. I would stay again.

BED BUGS!!! Location is great, breakfast was decent, but BED BUGS!! We discovered the creepy critters on our second and final night of our stay. Alerted hotel staff immediately. It was around 12:30am so the front desk was closed but the overnight staff member was there. He called the General Manager, who promised to refund us the night but of course that has yet to happen. I’ve emailed to follow up several times but they have been unresponsive. Not sure what is going to be done about the situation, but beware. We were in Room 301 and I can only imagine that they’re elsewhere on the property.

Only a short walk from the railway station. A good base for seeing Florence’s attractions. Staff friendly & helpful. Lift starts on the first floor so if your party has mobility problems, think twice. Booked 5 room’s & asked for them to be near together & they were. Had to ask for kettle for 1 of the rooms & quickly arrived.

It was in walking distance to different areas. It was safe and auto lock doors. Staff was amazing

The location of this hotel is perfect for all the sights of Florence which is a beautiful city. The hotel is modern and the rooms well equipped with everything you could need. Our room was huge with a very large bed, great size shower and plenty of space for hanging clothes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would totally recommend.

I love the location, furnishings were a little dated but everything was very clean and bed comfortable. The rooms were larger than average but kind of a weird layout. Breakfast was very good, it looks very small but has everything that you could want- fresh and canned fruit, scrambled and boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal toast lunch meat and cheese, orange juice and coffee. I highly recommend.

This was a modern, quaint, clean hotel with a great free breakfast. It was walking distance to what we wanted to see in Florence. I wish I had more time. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
