Spacious rooms with pleasant aroma,hospitality staff,wonderful location.

這次住了2種不同房型 一間大床房天花有壁畫十分震撼 另一間單人間有小露台 很安全，地點很方便 步行10分鐘內就到車站 景點也是基本20分鐘內步行可達

1）酒店較火車站很近，步行幾分鐘就到； 2）酒店本身的設施還行，但不能跟正式的酒店比。 3）這個酒店是民宿，必須在下午07:00前入住.在上午在09:00後退房.若是晚於07:00到，非常不方便，必須Google地圖搜尋酒店電話，遠程獲得大門開鎖密碼，然後才能計入酒店房間.Ctrip沒有提供酒店的聯繫電話，也沒有把入住客人的電話以及郵箱發給酒店，導致酒店沒法直接聯繫到住客。晚到後Ctrip衹會郵件通知説要告知進入大門方式，但是不告知如何操作以及開門密碼等。住客國際長途到Ctrip中國區，沒有解決任何維問題，不得不住客自己聯繫酒店前天電話，口頭告訴如何進入酒店入住。總之非常糟心的體驗。您花了幾十元的國際長途才能進入酒店入住。 4）酒店反饋，這在Ctrip/*******預訂的住客大多會遇到這個問題（習以為常） 5）另外，該民宿就帶是三插的老師帶能源結構，標準的歐規兩插需要二次轉接。若是您晚月07:00入住，到第二天早上服務人員到港之前，您是沒法充電的，所以手機充電以及Laptop 用電都會抓狂。 6）早餐實在08:00服務人員上班之後才會提供。

比較傳統的建築，位置巨好。前台的老爺爺非常nice貼心

As a woman travelling alone, I felt super safe at Hotel Burchianti. The staff were so friendly and made me feel at ease. They also let me leave my bags at the hotel after I checked out which meant I was able to visit one more museum before my flight home. The hotel is in a brilliant location. Generally Firenze is very walkable and, although the hotel appears in the corner of the city, it's just minutes from most major locations. It's also a few minutes walk from Unita tram stop which has direct trains to the airport. So the location is great for all needs. I only mark down due to the tired room. The bathroom needs a bit of love, especially the leaky tap. The room was basic but I feel this is reflected in the price. If the hotel is able to renovate the room a little then this would be a 5* review and I think hugely elevate the overall experience. That said, though, I'd certainly recommend Hotel Burchianti. Thank you for a lovely stay. I'm missing Florence immensley!

We had the suite with a view. It was a beautiful room for the three of us! Bed was firm—I liked it, my husband not as much. The staff is outstanding. The location is excellent. Definitely recommend

The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. It is located between the Duomo and the train station. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are very clean and pretty. Also, since it’s next to the Duomo you can find many food options open late nearby. I will most likely stay here in any future trips to Florence.

The property is very old, pool facilities, good location though. They only have one physical key, and you have to lock using the physical key whether you are inside or go outside, bed sheet does not look that clean, I would not stay here again

Very nice and safe hotel for female solo traveller. Very helpful staff and clean room! Walking distance to all the attractions. The building is quite hard to find as there's no sign at the entrance. There's also a convenient store rigtht next to the entrance of the building!

Staff were super accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area. Excellent location as it was very easy to get around. Will definitely stay again in the future.

This was a great hotel, we loved the painting on the ceiling of our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient to the train station. Had a long, wonderful conversation with the manager the day we left while resting after a walk and waiting to walk to the train. Talked about everything local and global both serious and light. One of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel which was a 17th century aristocrat's house which has been converted. Our room had an original fresca on the ceiling...awesome.

Nice smaller hotel with very helpful staff. I had a small room that was just the right size for me as a solo traveler. Everything was clean and very nice.
