Foshan Travels: when it comes to Foshan or Guangzhou, most people only know Chimelong paradise. However, there is an oasis known as Changlu Holiday Resort 长鹿度假村. Its lesser known and more catered to locals. Advised to come on weekends, once you check in, literally no need to go out liaoz!! We came during the weekdays and low season, hence it was easier to get an upgrade and no queues for rides. On weekends, however, they have a night parade and activity. Lots of shows, street shopping, food and performances. Back to the resort. I booked via trip.com. Rooms starts from only $99 per room! Not per person. PER ROOM And includes ALOT! 1. Choice of room. We had initially booked the cave room at $200 per night with tickets for 2 kids. However, due to a natural inclement, we managed to get the underwater room upgrade! Both were great. The underwater room usually cost around $700! And a bigger one at approx $1000!! Breakfast is included too. I would say not as good as the earlier hotels. But ok la… 2. Tickets to the zoo. You get multiple tickets if you book more than 1 night. Actually 1 day ticket is sufficient as the zoo isn’t very big and could be covered in 1 day. Zoo shows are not included. Regret watching but not expensive. 3. Discount tickets to the circus. Top up about $8 per person. Discount tickets to snow world. As we had experienced similar at the previous hotel, we skipped this. Snow world is another $6 per person. 4. Thrilling amusement rides. Not included but they are not expensive too. Pay by coin credits and they offered buy 1 get 1 value. Works out each ride to be less than $2-$3 a ride only. 5. Affordable and good food offerings. Usually theme parks tend to be expensive. But it’s affordable here. We went to town and realized even cheaper. 6. Unlimited hot spring pools to soak. 7. Beautiful swimming pool (the blue oasis in the pictures is the pool) 8. Steam and sauna access. And many more!! They have a total of 11 interactive zones here. When people feedback 2day1 night is not enough I kind of thought I might have time to go to town.. well… 3 days 2 night in the resort and we still find it insufficient too. 😅😅😅 With the beautiful underwater room, we spent time going in and out of the room for rest and pool soak multiple times too.. If you ask me which room type is the best, get the cave rooms as they are in the heart of the resort. Easiest to get around.

Location, 8/10: 20-25 mins by taxi away from the Guangzhou South station. Room: 9/10: the room size is spacious and looks nice. the resort is located in the theme park which very good for the family visit. Service: 8/10, the service is good and the staff can ask everything about the theme park. Although the breakfast is included in the package but the food can be improved for my opinion. I would not recommend you to have the breakfast even the package is included. 地點，8/10：距離廣州南站約20-25分鐘車程。 房間：9/10：房間大小寬敞，裝潢看起來很不錯。度假村位於主題公園內，非常適合家庭遊覽。 服務：8/10，服務很好，工作人員對主題公園的一切都了如指掌。 雖然早餐包含在套餐中，但我認為食物可以改善。我不建議您在這吃早餐，即使套餐中包含在內。

It was amazing experience for my husband and me. We went to celebrate his birthday and to relax and enjoy the hot spri.g spa. The hotel room was with lake view. Very clean, all the facilities in the room were amazing: the bed was huge and comfi, the tea delicious.This is my second visit to the hotel and it was great. The spa was nice, with variety of baths with different temperature. There was a steam spa and sauna. All worked well. The staff was very nice and helful. The breakfast was with variety mainly Chinese choices of dishes, but very good. We were given tickets for the park and disconted tickets for tbe circus performance, which was absolutely amazing. We had a delicious lunch for two in the underwater restourante with excelent selection and service. Dream to go again in a short time

The trip was beyond expectations. The check-in staff Ms. Yang was polite and helpful. The rooms were relaxing. The lake view room features large windows and a cute porch ( with swing chairs). The farm view rooms were larger than it looked in the pictures. As the rooms were packaged with the theme park tickets, we entered the park and the zoo for free. Although the rides needed to be purchased separately, the cost was affordable. The zoo kept a decent amount of animals. (Feedings were sold separately ) We loved the boat ride near the lobby, the highlight of our trip. A tip to share ( a lake view room and a farm view room will make an inclusive unit). We enjoyed the trip so much despite we didn’t have time to see the show and visit the ice world.

環境唔錯，好有田園feel，我入住時唔覺得有蚊，但係我估夏天應該會好多蚊，因為一打開個房門就係一塊田，又近遊樂場入口，佢應該係翻新咗設備變成智能設備，我覺得可以，缺點就係沖涼熱水唔夠熱，間房只有冷氣冇暖氣，如果係冬天我覺得會好凍，隔音有啲差之外，整體都算唔錯 。有下次 。

小朋友很喜歡小木屋，可以餵鴨子、盪鞦韆。度假村整體生態環境很不錯，空氣好，很休閑舒適。動物園、遊樂場、温泉一應俱全，很喜歡來這裏過週末。 但是感覺人氣沒有23年底去的時候旺，下午去泡温泉的時候一個人也沒有，很多池子都不開放，看着有點冷清啊。

住宿：住宿性價比一般，總體三星吧，房間很多設施都有老化，比如淋浴噴頭抬不起頭，電動窗簾得手動用力開關，衞生間門顯舊且有頭髮殘留。整體來看人比較稀少，但週末還需要加價，性價比一般。 遊玩：設施很多，但是住宿説是送的東西，在園區來看等於沒送，金幣充一送一、代金券啥的根本不看你有沒有酒店的套餐，這是園區本來就有的活動。所以來説酒店送的東西有點兒言過其實了。 環境：還算不錯，整個園區精緻，佈局好，小小空間也有大洞天。 總體建議：可以來玩兒，住宿還是推薦找附近的商務酒店，性價比高些。

衞生&設施&環境：一家六口訂了相鄰的兩間陶樂居標間，很乾凈，帶着小朋友設備也很周全，還有小的馬桶圈。房間也夠大，有個小陽台可以看到一點點湖。洗澡水要是能再大一點就更完美，目前也是夠的。晚上回房間也有一路的燈，其實氛圍還是蠻浪漫的。園區內收費系統複雜但標示明確，各種物價見仁見智，個人覺得對景區而言算很合理。酒店快票通道在淡季體現不明顯，不過也不用怎麼排隊，整體體驗感好。 服務：服務很好，不是説光有熱情，大部分員工都抱有一種少説話多做事的真誠，有疑問也能夠及時溝通解決。 光顧着玩沒空拍照片，住一晚不太夠，很多東西沒看沒玩，機動遊戲倒是二刷三刷，不過孩子要上課和各種興趣班，衹能下次再來～
