Been there five days in january, the hotel/hostel is understaffed, crowds of ppl making a hell of a noise, front desk girls not so friendly and clearly unwilling to work which brings to a lot of queues just to have a check-in or ask a simple question. During my stay, I changed room for my last three days stay in a six bedroom shared dorm and no one ever came to clean up the room, the bathroom and tidy up the bedrooms of the previous guests, not a single day. What's worst is that, unfortunately, while making the reservation on booking, the search engine changed the dates I've been looking for to February, a month away, so I made a new reservation, check in for that same day I booked, which was a few hours away; I tried several times to appoint the fact that it was an unwilling mistake, obviously, gently asking to cancel the wrong booking without any fee to which they just answered, every single time, to contact booking, from booking to contact the property and from the property to contact booking, since they couldn't do anything from the front office (utter non sense and crappy excuse since I work in tourism and with booking too and I can just cancel whatever reservation I want in case the guest send a cancelation request with a proper reason 🙄). End of the story, they just charged me, a month away, for my wrong reservation, such an unhelpful and mediocre service place.
