Das Badezimmer war nicht gereinigt, ich wäre früh morgens auf Seifenreste der Vorgänger ausgerutscht. Miserable Schlafqualität aufgrund sperrmüllreifer Matratzen. Schlechte Zimmerbeleuchtung. Gute Zimmergröße und funktionierendes WLAN. Sehr gute U-Bahn-Verbindung zur Innenstadt. Das Frühstücksbuffet verdient diesen Namen nicht. Das Angebot ist sowohl in der Auswahl als auch in der Qualität mangelhaft. Allerdings ist der Kaffee sehr gut. Die Beschilderung zum Hotel fehlt, man findet das Haus sehr schlecht. Falsche Informationen zu den Parkplätzen. Kundenunfreundliche Rezeptionisten. Lange Wartezeiten vor dem funktionierenden Aufzug, der 2. Lift soll seit über einem Monat defekt sein. Das öffentliche Parkhaus ist besser und günstiger. Die zum Hotelaufzug am nächsten gelegenen Parkplätze befinden sich im Bereich D/D des Parkhauses. Fazit: Ein billiges und für einen Zimmerpreis von 110 EUR überteuertes Hotel. Für mich ist das ein NIE - WIEDER - HAUS. In diesem Fall war mein Geiz sicher nicht geil!

I chose this hotel because we used to live just a block away and I was very familiar with the area. Although it is located about a 20j- to 30-minute walk from downtown Frankfurt, there is a subway station right across from the hotel, which makes it very easy to get into town. I particularly like this hotel because it was not right downtown and it had free parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms aren't large, but all we ever really need is a clean place to sleep and a good shower. We would recommend this hotel.

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

My parents and I booked 2 rooms at this hotel for a family reunion weekend in Frankfurt. Overall it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and fairly big. The bathroom pleasant and modern. My room was facing the quiet side, there was no noise at all. The service was pleasant and responded well to our questions and asks. The place is nicely located on the outskirts of the old town. You can probably take a tramway, subway or bus to get there but we decided to walk! It’s a 35min very pleasant walk to the city Center. We repeated the walk 3 days in a row. The only constructive feedback I could share would be the quality of the pillow. I think they need an upgrade and the indoor temperature. We are in spring and the room was fairly hot. I don’t think there is aircon in the rooms. Would book again as it fulfilled our needs and met our expectations overall.

Ci siamo trovati in questo hotel x caso perché dove avevamo prenotato c'era stato un problema. Appartamento sufficientemente grande x 3 persone Bagno con asciugamani e accessori.. Servizio letti e pulizia tutti i giorni.. Possibilità di fare colazione a 12,00 € a testa.. Zona da cui puoi raggiungere in meno di 20 minuti il centro e nei dintorni ristoranti di tutti i tipi.. tanti italiani. Direi che.. non ci è mancato niente.. Ringraziamo la segreteria del mattino che gentilmente ci ha fornito le indicazioni richieste.. Grazie..

They advertise AC but you don't control it and it's set too warm (23c/73f). You can turn it on in 1-hour increments manually but it decides if you get AC or heat and there's no option for just a fan so if it turns on the heater when you're just looking for some air circulation, you just have to turn it off. You'll have 1 window and if you're facing the street (1/2 the building as it's on a corner), you'll be disturbed all night and very early each morning (lights outside, people rolling their suitcases all night and early morning arriving and departing, the buses, and the garbage truck comes at 7:45 am each morning). If you don't want to be disturbed by light and noise, you can close the window and curtains and stew in your own warm exhale instead. They don't change the sheets though they tidy the room every 3 days (I was there 2 wks in April). There are 2 tiny washers and 2 dryers in the basement. You have to pay 3 euro per wash and 2 euro per drying cycle. You'll need an app which won't work in the basement where the laundry is so you'll have to go upstairs each time you want to book the machine and then back down to start it. Overall, the rooms are nice, the showers are hot and high pressured, but I was just uncomfortable the entire time and would never stay here again.
