Hotel berhampiran Südliche Mainpromenade, Frankfurt

We stayed here two separate nights on our trip. The night after flying into FRA and the night before we fly out of FRA. We came from the US and met up with our daughter from the UAE. So we selected rooms to accommodate 3 adults. We found the hotel to be clean, conveniently located and economical. The room size was modest just like the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. They stored our bags as we explored locally waiting to check in. We did not try the breakfast but there are also plenty of dining options in the area. The train station is a 5 minute walk. We rode the S-Bahn to and from the airport. Trams were just out front of the hotel and provided quick links to Romer Christmas markets and the Apfelwein restaurants across the river. We would definitely stay here again

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

very close to the exhibition center, not too expensive, worthy to try

Très bon rapport qualité prix, la chambre était propre et le lit confortable. Nous avons eu de la chance d'avoir une chambre du côté plus calme. Le service était bien et efficace. Petit point négatif pour la situation, l'hôtel étant dans un quartier qui se développe encore et qui ne semble pas toujours sur notamment le soir. Malgré tout, les transports sont facilement accessibles et le centre peut être atteint rapidement.

Lovely hotel, very clean and great ambiance in all public areas. Fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh hot and excellent cold selections. Room was a nice size, beautifully tiled bathroom, and lots of hot water. View was great too. Bed was comfortable with two fluffy pillows (only used one). Bar food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful and offered a breakfast to go for our early flight departure. I did note a 2 euro price to borrow an umbrella, which seemed petty. Location is perfect, beside the river, lots of restaurants close by. Old Town is about 15 minute walk away, and Main train station 30 minutes walk or 15 minutes on # 11 bus (Ostend train station was closed but it is only 4 minute walk). Airport is other side of city, so about 30 minute car ride. Highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Frankfurt. We stayed four nights.

Even though it’s a chain it gives you the feeling that it’s not. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong night, but luckily they had an extra room and the helped us transfer our booking into the right night. The staff spoke perfect English and was just really everything your wanted as a tourist giving good advice on how to enter the city. The room is equipped with a big bed and a big tv, and the bathroom is a good size too, so even though the rooms aren’t so big they really focused on using the space correctly. We had a room facing into the yard so no noise there, but it’s very convivially places next to the highway, so you’re quick on your way again, but of course it means some rooms are facing out to the trafficked highway also. What’s even better is that they had a cromecast connected to the tv, which as a tourist is so absolutely genius so we don’t have to watch dubbed German television. (Small disclaimer is that the Wi-Fi was a little slow until the evening making it a little hard to work) The breakfast is super variated and big, and they fill up the missing things quickly, and take our plates when we are done so they don’t pile on the table. The parking cellar cost a little but there’s parking space outside the hotel too. The tramp is located just next to the hotel and takes you into the city directly. You can even buy a ticket just next to it for about 2 euroes. I don’t have a single complaint about this place, and usually I’m very picky. It’s new, hip, clean, modern… from the nice, free and clean toilets in the parking cellar to the music being played in the reception, and the opportunity to self-check in. Will defiantly recommend and will defiantly return if in Frankfurt again.

Work always takes you up to interesting destinations and this time around it was Germany. It seemed like a great stay next to the backyard river with a jogging and cycling track thrown in, had a wonderful time at this great small property with a mini gym and breakfast buffet thrown in. A special mention for the wonderful staff specially Violetta'bajraja' ( I hope I remember her name correctly)at the check in desk which welcomes everyone around with a smile and is always willing to walk the extra mile for the guests, all in all a good property with big rooms and comfortable stay, I wish all it's members a very best for the future endeavours cheers!

Was für ein tolles Hotel mit super Mitarbeitern! Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, dieses ist allerdings total aussergewöhnlich, und das liegt am immer sehr netten Personal. Und das ist keine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit. Egal ob beim Frühstück, im Restaurant oder an der Rezeption, und dort vor allem Ronja Schmitt. Ich habe selten so eine lösungsorientierte Hotelmitarbeiterin gesehen, wenn mal irgendwas nicht ganz optimal funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Zum Zentrum nach Eschborn fährt man etwa 5 Minuten, in die Frankfurter Innenstadt etwa 20 Minuten. Um das Hotel herum gibt es nicht viel zu sehen, dafür hat man aber Ruhe! Insgesamt 100 Prozent Weiterempfehlung!

Enjoyed my stay here and will stay here again if I were to take trains out of Frankfurt. The hotel is located within walking distance from the terminal and the service was great. The bathroom was clean and there was a bathtub and a separate shower area with stable temperature control of the shower head. Bath amenities were great quality. Complimentary WiFi was stable and strong. Perhaps the only point to note is that there are no slippers and complimentary drinking water but it's of no issue to me as these can be easily solved. In room dining was great too. Appreciate the friendliness of all staff encountered during my stay.

We arrived in Frankfurt in the morning and easily found the point outside terminal 1 where the hotel shuttle picked us up shortly after. It took 12 minutes or so for a ride to the hotel. The receptionist Jasmin was very welcoming and gave us an early check-in at no extra charge! The room was clean and modern, and had all we needed. The free breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices,and the espresso machine where you can make your own cappuccinos & macchiatos! There is a nice wooded area outside the hotel. And once you cross the street, you can quickly walk to a great German beer garden & restaurant (as well as an Italian restaurant next to it). The hotel shuttle runs from the airport and back every 30 minutes in the morning and evening (and once an hour in daytime). The ride to the hotel is FREE. But to return to the airport, you would need to reserve a seat on it at the front desk and pay 10 euros per person. All in all, it's a nice choice for a one-night stay by the airport - at a very reasonable price. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express, for providing us with a restful stay after a transatlantic flight! (One suggestion for the future: please add feather pillows to you bedding. That would make our stay even better ;-).
