Hotel berhampiran Zeil, Frankfurt

The overall stay in The Westin Grand was good as the location is very good which is just 2 minutes walk to the train station. And if you turn right & walk further up, it will lead you to the shopping areas like Galeria, H&M, Zara, My Zeil etc. As you continue to walk further up, you will be at the shopping belt with all the luxury brands & also Alte Oper with many dining options. So they are all within walking distance if you are not tired to walk. If not taking the train is just 1 stop to the Galeria & you can access through the supermaket of the mall at the basement. I was given the room at second level so there was not much view from my room. The service at the reception was good & polite & also the hospitality staff who helped us in the luggage after we arrived. He was from Utopia & he was very friendly & chatted with us for a short while after sending our luggage to our room. The restaurant staff were also very friendly & attentive. The breakfast buffet menu is the same every morning. If they can change every 2 days will be good so we will not get sick of eating the same food every morning as I stayed there for almost a week. But overall the quality & the food taste were good for me. The room is not very big but also not too small. There 3 setbacks which is the bathroom design, toilet amenities & the housekeeping. If not, I would have given the hotel a 100 thumbs-up. The shower area does not have a door to close & the floor level is the same as the basin area. So the water will flood the whole toilet floor if you are splashing & using the shower head. I had to use the ceiling mount shower as the water flow was not as great as the shower head to prevent ponding in the toilet floor. The design is a problem & the toilet is cramp if 2 persons are standing inside. You need to bring along your own toothbrush & toothpaste, cotton buds, shavers for men & shower cap for ladies as the room does not provide any basic toilet amenities except hand soap, body lotion, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, bathroom slippers, towels, & lavender aroma oil for sleeping. The housekeeping was not up to standard although they kept the room clean. They did not place back my toiletries in order & sometimes all over the basin area. They also accidentally threw away my disposable shaver. They also did not check the volume level in the shower gel whether it was finished & I needed to call them to request to top up. They also do not change the bathrobe even I placed it on the bathroom floor as I wanted to change to a new one after wearing for 2 days. One day, the housekeeper also forgot to close the window & we were wondering why the room was cold at night even after I increased the room temperature. I only discovered the next morning when I opened up the curtain. They also did not refill the stirrers at certain days as I drank the free Nespresso coffee in my room every morning. I hope the hotel management will look into the housekeeping & to give more thoroug

Hotel is fresh, clean, visually fun, we’ll located for the Meade Hall and convenient with the mall attached. I got in after a very long international flight quite early in the morning with hopes they could squeeze me in, and Frank at the front desk worked miracles. Not only did he get me in, but he upgraded me! I came for my first trip to Heimtextil and the location was perfect. The mall attached made it super easy for coffee, snacks, groceries if needed, clothing items you may have forgotten. The room is clean, fresh, has meaningful extras like a towel warmer. The bed is firm and supportive and the pillows were good too. I normally get neck pain after sleeping on hotel pillows but not here. 10 out of 10 great service!!!

We were in Frankfurt several times during a visit to family and traveling with a group in Gernany and France this year. We were in the adagio for several days, with my wife and I in one room, and three friends in another. I found a mostly-new hotel with rooms with kitchenettes sitting next to the Marriott, with rooms about half the price. I especially liked that we could cook in the adagio and not have to go out if we didn't want to. We could also go down to the lobby and grab a beer or coffee ( you pay for it, of course) in a pinch. Buffet breakfast ( but I didn't eat it) was about 20 euros. The place seemed empty. I asked the front desk fellow if it was new. He said they opened 6 years ago, but for 2.5 years, no one came---so yes, basically, new. Right in the middle of Frankfurt. Highest recommendation. Enjoy your travels.

Parken ist nur in Parkhäusern, oder wenn man Glück hat, an der Europa-Allee. Zur Messe nur ein paar Schritte. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber. Fenster sind sehr dicht, so dass man keinen Lärm hört. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist Standard, das Platzangebot sehr knapp. Kleine Tische sind hipp, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig.

invited to a meeting in Frankfurt, I was offered this hotel. It wasn't my choice, but I didn't question it through the Accor seal, which always refers to comfortable stays. The location is not privileged in every sense: whether traveling for work or pleasure. Neighboring the train line, those who stay with a window facing the street will feel, even with an anti-noise window, the noise of the wagons during the day. Large, simple, clean apartments, but without great comforts. An exceptional highlight is breakfast, which is extremely complete with delicious delicacies.

Ein recht neues Haus, sehr gut in Offenbach an der Berliner Straße gelegen. Die Innenstadt und der Wochenmarkt am Wilhelmsplatz sin fussläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben am Haus sind die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Concierges. Einziges Manko an den Zimmern ist das Bad mit der doch recht eigenwilligen Anordnung der Wasserhähne am Waschbecken. Da stimmen die Proportionen der Armatur nicht mit dem Waschbecken überein. Das führt unweigerlich zur Überschwemmung des Waschtisches. Ein bisschen befremdlich ist auch das der Parkplatz mit € 15.— pro Tag sehr teuer ist.

This is a Holiday Inn Express. Only ten minutes drive from/to FRA Frankfurt am Main airport. IHG members receive free bottled water. The rooms aren’t very spacious so be aware of that. Rooms are equipped with a small table and two seats. The bathroom had plenty of towels as well as a liquid soap dispenser. In the shower, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel was provided. The air conditioning in my first room didn’t worked so I had to switch rooms. However, the A/C in the other room worked fine. This hotel includes breakfast with a nice assortment of breads, cheese, sausages and jams. Coffee, teas and juices are available in a self serve area. Very friendly and helpful staff members. I will stay here again when flying out of Frankfurt.

Guten Tag meine Damen und Herren Ich war vom 11. -13. November 2022 Gast im Hotel Plaza in Hanau. Gerne möchte ich Sie darüber Informieren, dass das Hotel nicht den Sicherheit Vorschriften entspricht. Der Grund dafür ist wie folgt, im späteren Abend (Uhr 00:30) konnte ich nicht mehr in mein Zimmer da der Schlüssel nicht mehr funktionierte. Darauf hin haben wir mehrmals probiert (mit dem Notruf der Polizei und der Feuerwehr ) das betreffenden Personal über die Notfall Nummer anzurufen (ohne erfolg das Telefon war ausgeschaltet). Die Rezeption war die ganze Nacht nicht besetzt. Es gibt zweit Notfall Nummer, die eine im Aufzug ist ungültig und die anderen an der Rezeption ausgeschaltet. In diesem falle ist es unverantwortlich, dass ein Hotel mit über 100 Betten keine Nachportier hat der Dienst hat. Die Polizei hat mich gegen Uhr 03:10 angerufen und mir mitgeteilt, dass sie jemanden gefunden haben, die mir weiterhelfen kann. Ich bitte Sie diese Bewertung in ihres Hotelportal zu veröffentlichen damit die Gäste kein unnötiges Risiko eingehen müssen weil eine Hotelkette mit Sparmaßnahmen die Sicherheit der Hotelgäste aufs spiel setzt. Der Ganze Vorfall ist bei der Polizei in Hanau Protokolliert. Freundliche Grüsse Gast

We had stayed at this hotel 20 years ago and what was good then , has deteriorated. The room decor definitely hasn’t been updated . The carpet is stained and the hallway stinks of vomit. I can’t even begin to list everything that’s wrong with this hotel. The only positive was that the bedding was clean. The bed was very soft. Just a few examples. Peeling paint, terrible shower, stained carpet, ancient slightly unsavoury sofa in the room. The breakfast too was a throwback to the 90s. Dried up scrambled egg,stale bread rolls, cheap jam and a few bits of cold meat, curled at the edges , not a piece of fresh fruit in sight, coffee out a flask… The whole experience was unpleasant, we had stayed in a similar hotel on route for a slightly cheaper price and this was so much better on all levels!

Wij zijn op doorreis en wilden een overnachting halverwege en kwamen via Trip.com bij dit hotel. Prachtig hotel , zeer netjes, mooie kamers. Lekkere douche, goed ontbijt. We konden de reis goed verzorgd en uitgerust voltooien
