Absolutely not conform to bookings pictures. (I told hotel waitress that answered « I know » without really apologizing. The hotel is part of a complex with paddle, ******** and a 24h cocktail bar. So you can imagine there is a lot of people coming and leaving out there. The rooms are to small, not very well maintained (cf picture of toilet, brown). The swimming pool is ok but depending the day can be overcrowded. People are friendly and smiling and breakfast is good. So I don’t advise to stay in this hotel. Connection to Rome, railway was closed, so we took the metro from Anagnina, park in the covered parking 1.5€ a day. Because area is terrible. Or better I would advise to simply go to Rome and park. For night. Frascati is animated city with good restaurant. Be prepared to park far and walk at least 10 min. Good moment there.

Fantastic facilites which we took much pleasure in enjoying, both the outstanding restaurant and swimming pool area were well above our expectations. Though we did have time to use the Padel club facilities, these are absolutely worth trying. The guest service we experienced from the hotel management and team was exceptionally good, and the hotel itself was really worth the price. We will definitely come back again...

I could not recommend Villa Mercede's enough, the staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were amazing and the breakfast as extremely delicious. If you're ever in Friscati definitely stay at Villa Mercede

excellent rooms, perfect AC and wifi, 24 hr bar with great food and drinks, good gym and lovely swimming pool. The common areas a re great to relax or to work, the atmosphere is quiet and professional. I will definitely go back. It is very close to Frascati and good positioned to jump on Tuscolana and head to Rome.

Nice pool, good breakfast. But be aware the bedrooms are too hot, with inadequate air conditioning. They admitted they can’t get the temperature below 25 degrees in the summer months and our room was 29 degrees. So if you don’t like sleeping in an oven, try another hotel. The staff were friendly apart from one individual. We thought the hotel would be much better than it was. Nice lake 15min drive away. The town is a 5min drive and is lovely. Too far and up a steep hill to walk, so car essential. It they sort the heat in bedrooms, maybe it will be welcoming but we had a disappointing stay.
