This is the most disgusting and despicable thing any hotel management can do is to chase my father off the premises when he was waiting quietly for me downstairs to have breakfast. I am staying with my mother in this hotel and since they’re not together anymore, my father decided to wait for me at the quiet third floor banquet. I was just getting ready to meet my father when the security manager and his team of security threatened my father with Police to arrest him! To which my father replied that his lawyer will sue them for malicious prosecution! Since he was just quietly sitting at the sofa waiting for his son to come down! Not having issues. Eventually, my father removed himself from the hotel but yet; the security manager was physically manhandling my father while at the lobby by grabbing his arm even though he was walking normally! The security manager was just trying to create a scene with my father. DO NOT STAY HERE! These people here are vile and vindictive in their demeanours! Totally unprofessional and have no work ethics! No services from the heart ❤️ They are a total disgrace to the hospitality industry! Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel in services but more like a putrid fish market!

I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park,and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

I found this hotel a step up from a conventional business hotel, perhaps because of its location far from the busy Tokyo-Osaka corridor. The check in was smooth and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even with a late night check in. I ended up in a twin room so there was plenty of space. All the usual amenities were provided and there were handy USB ports for charging. It was quiet and clean. Breakfast was a fixed set, Japanese style, but very nicely cooked. No complaints there but if you find rice, fish, pickles, and lotus root unappealing first thing in the morning, best to look elsewhere. I think it has changed name fairly recently, so my taxi driver didn't know the hotel, even when shown the address. So anyone arriving in directly from the airport be prepared with a map and details. It was just over 2,000 yen, by the way--very reasonable. The location for me was excellent, next to the conference centre, and there are lots of convenience stores nearby as well as restaurants by the harbour. Overall, above expections.

すぐ近くにカサネベイサイドというホテルがあり、比較して圧倒的にこちらの方が良かったです。 ぶっちゃけ、夜ご飯の選択肢はかなり狭く困ります。中洲あたりとは全く状況が異なり、早くに閉まってしまう店が多い。ワイワイ飲める店も少なければ、そもそもそんなに美味しい名店も無い。一軒だけ、そこそこ美味しい居酒屋さんが最寄りで存在します。早い時間で閉まってしまうけど、タワー近くの寿司バイキングは値段の割になかなか美味い。 朝食のスリランカカレーは、標準的なスリランカカレーというジャンルとは全く異なる甘めのココナッツカレーですが、それはそれで美味しくいただけました。スリランカで食べたスリランカカレーとは全く違うし、日本のスリランカ料理屋のスリランカカレーとも全く異なりますが、スリランカ人が作ったカレーだそうです。 朝食は、もう少し早くから開始してくれた方が嬉しい。ドリンクだけテイクアウトできるのは嬉しい。

Location was not near to any train station but if you can take the bus it would be a bit easy. We stayed 3 rooms for 4 nights and most of the time we enjoy our walking trip. The area is very quite you cant even hear any sound which is great. Near by got Max Value which is a lot better than small convenience stores. I actually like the hotel a lot. But one comment is one of the room we got have a strong smoking smell. Taxi is a great option by using Didi app

女性専用のドミトリーがあり安心できました。入り口にカードキーがありました。就寝は2段になっているスペースを利用しました。小さい照明、コンセント一口、簡易的な鍵付き金庫（？）が備わっていました。ボタン（数字）を押す方法と鍵の2つの方法でロックがかけれるようでしたがボタンで鍵をかける方法がどこにも書いてなかったので使い方がいまいち分からず鍵を回す方だけ使いました。トイレが2つ、シャワールームも2つありました。 全体的に清潔感がありとてもよかったです！ 受付の方もとても印象がよかったです。 また利用したいと思いました！

資格試験を受験するために１泊させていただきました。地下鉄中洲川端駅近くに位置しており、博多リバレインにも近く便利な場所でした。試験当日は天気も良く、試験会場の天神にはアクロス福岡の横を通り抜け、徒歩15分くらいで着きました。 新型コロナ対策のため、アメニティをフロント横で選ぶ仕組みになっていて、お部屋のカップは紙コップでしたが、コロナ禍での感染対策と考えれば、これはこれで配慮された方法の一つだと思い、好感を持ちました。お風呂のシャンプー類がお気に入りのPOLAの製品だったのが嬉しかったです。 お部屋は落ち着いた感じで、５階の大きな通りに面していない側で、特に騒音等も気にならず、ゆっくり休めました。 朝食は、コロナ対策で部屋食となっていて、ホテルの方に部屋まで運んでいただき恐縮でした。前日にパンか雑穀米の選択肢から選んで食べる形式で、期待以上に美味しく、バランスの良い朝食で大満足でした。 各所にアルコール消毒液が置かれていて、新型コロナ感染対策への配慮も行き届いている印象で、また機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思います。 スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。

地下鉄・中洲川端駅から徒歩約３分。ホテルオークラとは大通りを挟んで向かい側なので、わかりやすい場所でした。最近できたホテルなので、清潔です。皆さん書いているように、洗面所、浴室、トイレがそれぞれ独立しているので、使い勝手がいいです。 また、フロントが２階にあり、エレベーターで客室に行くにはルームキーが必要なので、セキュリティの面でも安心でした。 今回は利用しませんでしたが、１５００円程度で朝食のビュフェも楽しめるようです。

プレオープンにお邪魔させていただきました。 築100年にもなる古民家を改装したというゲストハウス。 縁側でビールが飲めたり、共有スペースでホームシアターを観ることができたり、本当に素敵な空間でした。ベットマットも音が響かない特注のものを使用しているとのことで、ドミトリーでも他のお客さんを気にせず安心して眠ることが出来ました。 系列店のHIIVEとはまた違ったよりアットホームな古民家chillhopな雰囲気を味わえます。

我是晚上10:30到達入住地址，一棟五層小樓，發現沒有前台，明明顯示是24小時前台，卻看不見，然後打電話才知道前台離這裡有3公裏路程，check in的截止時間是11:00，我拖着兩個大箱子打車過去辦理入住，給我一把鑰匙（一點都沒有國內的公寓智能化），最尷尬的是我最後退房為了趕飛機忘了還鑰匙，最後還花了巨額的費用寄了國際快遞把鑰匙寄過去。
