Hotel berhampiran Mt. Ashibetsu Trail Head, Furano

1 of the hotels with remarkable facilities, amenities provided based on the amount that you're paying for. The public bath onsen was spectacular, having the hot bath out in the rooftop, whilst having the -20degrees weather in furano, was just an amazing experience. Other wise having 3 separate beautiful private onsen baths was really nice! They were detailed in their design which enhances customer experiences too! Other than having too many customers flooding their front counter and dining area, their free food, snacks, and lounge area with even massage chairs was so good! Their hotel was also in-between some of the best foods around the area 🫰 1 thing to take note whilst living in furano is the bus and train timings though. For travelers looking to check out and check in from there, do remember to check your timings beforehand, as the gap between 1 train to another could take as long as 3 hours. Missed our domestic flight cause of that and had to pay another flight to travel.

Fairly new hotel in Furano. It has good sized rooms, pretty quiet and good beds. Good shower, coffee all day, very clean . Breakfast was satisfactory but there is NO bread, you can bake a bun, but with one small toaster you can wait awhile. The food is not hot. Good COVID safety measures are in place. There is no hanging hooks anywhere in room you can’t hang up a coat ( such a simple thing to fix. ) Bedside table is very tiny. English is not well spoken and staff mainly use a translation app. For a couple of days we had a competent English speaker. English is not necessary but was advertised as English speaking staff. Restaurant, well it doesn’t really exist, open only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You have to book in the day before, we tried to book in 8.00 AM FOR THAT EVENING, they had to ring chef and ask if that was ok? So if you arrive on a Friday you can’t get a meal till Saturday night. No wonder there was only 4 people in restaurant, however the meal was very good. We arrived at restaurant early intending to have a drink before the meal, but were advised to come back at correct time. There is only one vending machine which only sells drinks. There is no where to order a snack, soup etc. Laundry was good. The bus from the airport does not stop at the hotel. The footpaths had not been cleared and it was very slippery, icy and dangerous, on top of that the entrance to hotel had not been cleared.- they have some very fancy clearing equipment in the lobby. The staff were polite but not helpful couldn’t offer any suggestion for a meal that was close by, I think that overall you could find a better place to stay, with a shuttle service, bus drop off and cafe restaurant that is open 7 days

Great service and breakfast. The hotel car park is a distance away. Pretty dark n cold at night. The hotel room is new n spacious. Only concern is after 2 days, the toilet start to smell. If possible, for daily room making , please help clean the toilet.

7月連休ラベンダー時に2泊しましたが可もなく不可もなく。場所はベストだと思います。 フロントは、良い対応でした。 館内は古いが、部屋は清潔に保たれていた。 ロビーがもっと華やかで素敵だったら、 気分上がると思います。 使い捨てのスリッパがあるとよかった。 朝食付きでしたが、ちょっと品数と内容が寂しかったかな。 あまり北海道を感じるものが無かった。残念。 会場は広いので混雑はしませんでした。 コーヒーの紙コップでの持帰りあったらうれしいです。 お風呂広くて、サウナも露天風呂もあり良かったが朝も夜もあと30分遅いと良いかと。 お風呂掃除のかたが、時間ぴったり無言で入って来て黙々掃除始めてちょっとがっかりでした。忙しいので仕方ないけど。 ルーム掃除の方は感じ良かったです。 なので総合☆3つで！

Highest praise to this inn’s fantastic staff, specially Carla, Sigi, Yuki, and Amana! They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant: booking cabs, helping us book a bus tour (Japanese only website), and always accommodating. Their English was very good, so communicating was easy. Thank you! This is not a hotel: it is an inn, and the room is more a bedroom in a house, but charming. Breakfast is good, with the main course plated; no choices (so don’t expect a buffet). What was a nice surprise was a daily late afternoon cocktails (they call it “welcome drinks”) which lasts until late in evening, and includes whisky, wines, juice, and yogurt milk. And daily free coffee (espresso type) which was particularly good! The free shuttle pick up and drop off when you check in and check out is very useful, and saves you the price of 2 cab rides (approx US$22). Be warned on Furano Station: no elevator, so you need to climb up then down steep stairs to get to the platform! Not easy with big luggages! Negatives: while room was charming and large by Japan standards, the bathroom was tiny, so if you are a plus size, you bathe with your body hitting the shower curtain or wall. Location is far from everything, so you need to take cabs all the time, with each 1-way trip to the town center costing approx. US$9-10. Nearest convenience store is maybe 15mins away, and an uphill climb back. The onsen (traditional Japanese bath) is an artificial hot springs, but a pleasant experience. A charming town, and I would consider going back to this inn if I go back to Furano.

Pros - 1) Convenient location close to many good eateries (Kumagera, Masaya, Sennari etc), a drugmart and a supermarket. 2) Free parking (30 lots). 3) Our room (777 - where they previously filmed a Korean drama) was spacious, clean and had a great view of the surrounding mountains. 4) Service was great even though English is a tad limited. Cons - 1) TV channels are predominantly in Japanese save for BBC and 1 Chinese channel.

這是一家非常非常好的住店，包括酒店的老闆、環境、房間和服務，絕對都是一流的。 首先，酒店老闆非常友善，而且樂於助人。對於他給予我們的幫助，我永遠難忘。 其次，酒店的環境非常好。我們7月底入住時，周邊是綠油油的稻田，這是有生以來第一次遇到環境這麼優美的酒店。而且非常肅靜。 第三，住在這個酒店非常方便。不僅可以盡享酒店的美食，而且附近10分鐘步行，有一個很大的超市，裏面各種商品應有盡有；此外，附近還有一個大的泡溫泉的地方。 第四，酒店房間麪積很大，窗戶也很大，房間非常乾淨、明亮。衛生間的浴缸也是歐美式，長度至少160厘米，這在日本普通酒店是絕無僅有的。很遺憾，我沒有拍攝房間和衛生間的照片。 建議： 一是酒店似乎有3個名字，但在JR中富良野站獲得的宣傳資料上，信息好像不全請，建議在當地宣傳資料中，儘可能顯示全面的酒店名稱等信息。我們在問怎麼去酒店時，車站工作人員幫助查詢了一些時間。 二是請酒店在攜程網站等旅遊平台上，提供從JR中富良野站，以及JR西中站到酒店的路線。實際上，JR西中站離酒店較近，都能看到酒店，但是，在西中站停車的列車班次有限；JR中富良野站經停車次非常多，但是距離酒店比西中稍微遠一點。如果能提供更詳細的信息，便於房客安排去酒店的時間和乘坐的車次。 三是非日本房客而且不會日語或英語的人，最好下載谷歌地圖，以及翻譯軟件，這樣遇到問題時，便於及時溝通和解決。 總之，布蘭科芙蓉佩蒂特酒店(Petit Hotel Blanc Fleur）是我住過的同類酒店中最好的一個。 再一次衷心感謝酒店老闆，以及服務人員！！

富良野スキー場でスキーをしたあと宿泊しました。スキー後の温泉は最高ですね。 こちらの温泉は日帰り温泉を兼ねている為、人が多いと敬遠していましたが、施設も大きく、開放感があるお風呂の作りで混んでいる感じがなく、のんびり入れました。 お部屋は広いタイプのお部屋を選ぶとお値段がそれほど高くないのに、ソファもテーブルも付いている広々した部屋で、大きな窓からは十勝連峰を眺められる非日常感があってよかったです。 また室内着がラクだったり、選べる枕があったり、細やかな快適が積み重なり、なかなかいいなと思わせる所があります。 また朝食もバイキングじゃないセットされた朝食で、小鳥のさえずりを聴きながら、雄大な景色を眺めていただくのもよかったです。

We had a very pleasant stay in Felix West. I had to specially give compliment to the hotel staff and service team. They are very helpful, friendly, patient and professional. Their service and attitude impressed us a lot and that would be the reason for staying at this hotel upon our next visit to Furano. We were a group of 6 and staying at 3-bedroom suite was incredibly nice and comfortable. We had certain privacy by having 3 rooms in the suite and we could also gather in the dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped. Rooms are tidy and neat with amenities. Beds are very comfy and the whole environment was very quiet, so we slept very well. There is also a cafe downstairs. We travelled by car, so quite easy to get to the hotel and there is hotel carpark. If no car, reaching the hotel would be a bit challenging. Overall, we loved and enjoyed a lot our stay in the hotel.

Finally got to Furano for the first time after 9 days in Nisko and Rusutsu. Happy to say that the resort, mountain and snow was very good and we will definitely be back. The hotel rooms that we had, double king superior where excellent. Small Japanese bathroom but did the job easily. Very comfortable. breakfast was a 3.5 / 5 but still good and recommended. The Onsen was the highlight. One of the best male and female we have been to. Very chic... Staff were very very good and helpful. Ski rentals in house also. Location from town and to resort was terrific. We used he free hotel shuttle each day but mainly walked down the hill back which was a 10-minute walk. (...you could have skied) A lot of good restaurants in each direction of a ten-minute walk.... I'd stay here again for sure and will when we go back. Good value for money and facilities.
