ein wunderschönes Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sauber mit Badewanne. Parkplatz ist kostenfrei. Die Lage liegt in der Nähe von HBF. Personal ist nett und zuvorkommen. Wir hatten ein schönes Tag dort. Diese Hotel muss ich empfehlen
Jede 2 Tage Zimmer wird gereinigt.

Comfortable light and airy room, with a good size bathroom and good shower. Great location with parking just 10 minutes away from Fussen centre. Our key code didn't drop out key but luckily when called someone was available immediately to help.

A lovely old Teutonic house set in landscape grounds with free parking. Great mountain views from our bedroom which was large with all toiletries. It is short walk - about 1km to Fusson centre which is a lovely old town with plenty of local restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel is nice. There are no English TV stations. There is an elevator but you are requested not to use it after 8.30 at night so as not to disturb other residents of the hotel. I left a dress in the wardrobe and only discovered it a day after we left the hotel. We contacted them to ask to post it to our home address. We send the required money and to date 3 weeks later this has not arrived! I'm sure it will arrive st dome point

Booked this hotel as we were traveling through Europe. Looked ok on *********** but it isn't as it appears when you arrive. Room was quite basic, bed two single mattresses, not joined together and two single quilts! No-one at property in evening to discuss this. We paid extra for a "comfort double bed" but very dissatisfied at what we got. Member of staff in property very unfriendly and unhelpful in the morning, then started shouting at me. I wouldn't advise booking this property!

Very bad service! We booked and payed for the hotel by **********. When we arrived the hotel late at night the person inside spole to us by a callingsystem and would not let us in, he said the hotel was fully booked. He did not speak English, and shouted to us that we had to go. No we are staying at an other hotel, and have a lot of fuzz trying to get our money back. This is really not good!!!

we arrived at 14h30 after a 3 hour drive. The door was closed and we rang the bell and were told by a very unfriendly man that the rooms were only available at 15h00. I told him we would not stand outside and wait for half an hour and pushed my way inside. We waited half an hour for him to come back (nowhere to sit and the breakfast room closed) . The room was just okay, no fridge and very small. The next day we came back at 15h00 and the room was not made, not even the bathroom. We were told the rooms were only done every 2 days (okay during COVID but not at this time). So instead of staying three days we only stayed two and left without asking our money back. We travel a lot and have only had good experiences. This is the frist time we were received like this
