Narada Resort & Spa，Shoukai, Fuzhou.

This is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

設施：非常新非常全 衞生：乾淨衞生整潔 環境：非常幽靜，像花園 服務：熱情周到 酒店大門口離4號線地鐵非常近，裏面有獨立的温泉，住客去遊玩有優惠。訂的房間是自帶温泉的房間，在酒店旁邊的温泉房區裏，坐酒店接駁車可以到，走路也可以從酒店裡麪穿過茉莉泉温泉館到達。房間的温泉自己控制水量，熱水冷水，非常方便。酒店早餐非常豐富，單獨列出了福州特色的餐飲，這在其他酒店早餐裏很少見，做的味道不錯，比外面老字號的店裡做的還要好。旁邊有個山可以健步走。

房間設施齊全且智能，電動窗簾很方便，燈光調控也很方便，辦公桌椅舒適，網絡穩定，讓我能高效處理工作。健身房器材嶄新且種類豐富，完全滿足日常鍛鍊需求。 更要誇誇池經理，入住時熱情接待，詳細介紹酒店設施與周邊訊息。有天晚上我遇到空調故障，一個電話，值班經理迅速帶着維修人員趕來，很快解決問題，還貼心送上水果致歉，讓我倍感温暖。 酒店設施與池經理的服務都無可挑剔，下次還來！

這次出門旅遊，住的真的不錯，必須給大家嘮嘮。 池經理很熱情專業，很快就把入住手續辦好了，還跟我講了好多酒店的事兒。房間挺乾淨整潔的，床軟乎乎的，睡一覺可解乏了。衞生間也沒啥怪味，毛巾啥的都乾淨。  在這裏住的幾天，不管有啥問題找服務員，都能很快解決，態度可好了。位置好，價格也實惠，沒花啥冤枉錢。反正我覺得這酒店挺靠譜的，以後出門還來這兒住，也推薦給大夥，出來玩住得好，心情也好，這酒店真行！

房間寬敞明亮，床品乾淨整潔，睡得超安穩。衞生間乾濕分離。酒店設施完備，健身房器材齊全。尤其要稱讚前台的池經理，辦理入住時熱情高效，耐心解答我的各種問題，還貼心地給我升級了房型，讓我感受到了滿滿的誠意。在酒店期間，每次遇到他都能收穫温暖的問候和及時的幫助。酒店整體的優質服務和舒適環境，讓我度過了愉快的時光，下次出行還會選擇這裏！

此次入住首開君瀾温泉酒店，體驗超棒！酒店環境優雅靜謐，綠植環繞，空氣清新。房間設施完備，床品柔軟舒適，洗浴設備出水量大且水温恆定，特別是房間帶有院子，温泉私湯泡池就在院落裏，私密性好。服務更是一流，小章熱情周到，從入住時的貼心引導，到入住期間需求的及時迴應，都讓人倍感温暖。無論是商務出行還是休閑旅遊，這裏都是絕佳之選，強烈推薦！
