Ulasan Guitu Meisu Apartment (Fuzhou South Railway Station)

The apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood. The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for. Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak. Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help. The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

感覺很久沒有掃地拖地了，用一次性浴巾沾濕把地板全方位擦了一遍都是臟臟的。桌子看起來也不太乾淨，沙發也不敢坐，被子感覺也不太乾淨。當然可能是我的心理作用，不過民宿也不能再多要求什麼。

房間大小合適，配有一次性毛巾，浴巾，馬桶墊，還有冰箱跟洗衣機，性價比很高，交通便利。

離火車站特別近，樓下就是商場，吃飯購物都很方便，店家會讓您➕她企業微信，然後發給您地址，取鑰匙密碼，這個公寓是先通過密碼打開第一道大門，然後大門裡有A,B兩個房門，房門上有密碼鑰匙和，調好密碼盒取出鑰匙，再用鑰匙開房門。其實就是一個複式結構，A是樓下B是樓上。房間內有投影儀，衞生間，冰箱洗衣機洗衣液，挺好的。床邊窗户看下去是一個學校。沒有拍房間照片，就把旁邊商場四樓的火鍋拍一下吧。

樓下就是餐飲一條街 還有夜市 對面就是南站 樓下還有肯德基 房間很大也很乾凈 投影看電影很爽 出差住這很不錯

環境：盒好 衞生：很好 設施：很好 服務：很好

超出了我的預期，公司出差定了幾個房間，房東人也很好，提前做了溝通，房間都安排在一塊兒的，如果大家的預算沒有那麼高，又想住好一點的，是個不錯的選擇

房間乾淨整潔，衞生很好

很喜歡，房間寬敞，很舒服。 有機會還會再住哈～

就在火車南站正對面，下完火車走路過來10分鐘左右吧，好找的很，方便的，如果大家平常選擇普通的快捷酒店，建議試試這個公寓，雖然是公寓，裏面🈶️配一次性浴巾，這是我住星級酒店都沒有的東西，值得好評哦

公寓就在福州火車南站馬路的斜對面，出站口走過地道步行約8分鐘。裝修一般但乾淨，旁邊就是一箇中型商場，周邊有不少的餐館超市等其他商店。

和父母一起去福州住的這家民宿，父母表示很滿意，甚至有點不想走了。非常安靜，床舒適，給我們安排的是家庭房，樓上樓下一起的，父母一點都不介意。反而覺得很開心。民宿在一個商場的樓下，坐地鐵能直達上下杭，三坊七巷，周圍吃的逛的都不少。

我很少寫評價，但是這家店是不得不提的服務好。認真細心的服務讓我感到特別暖心，一下動車站就聯繫店家加了微信，非常詳細的入住指導，直接就可以到房間。衞生做的很乾凈，東西都準備的非常齊全。風格設計是我喜歡的，這個價格能住到這樣的環境真的是很值得！
