Ulasan Guitu Meisu Apartment (Fuzhou South Railway Station)

The apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood. The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for. Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak. Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help. The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

拖了好幾天才有時間出來評論，選了兩天才選出了這家酒店，看到評論好評很多選的，沒有照騙，衞生也是過關的，最滿意的是老闆的服務態度，我有點細節糾，老闆都沒有態度不好、每次都耐心解答，在那一片中還是很不錯的

民宿的位置也非常理想，靠近市中心但又遠離了喧囂的市區，讓我在旅途中能夠充分休息和工作。周邊有很多餐廳和小吃店，方便我隨時補充能量。

這是我住過性價比最高的民宿之一，服務態度很好，有求必應，交通也很便利，樓下就是商場，吃的東西也很多，晚上還有夜市，很多美食，火車南站就在對面，對於坐動車的人也是超級方便，很好的住宿體驗感！

環境挺好的哈，樓下就是陽光天地商場，吃喝玩都很方便，對面有格林廣場，大約400米處有臚雷地鐵站1號線。公寓很乾凈，也有廚房，洗衣機，唯一烘乾機沒有，其他都很好

非常很好的一家民宿，佈置非常温馨，是我喜歡的調調，衞生乾淨整潔！投影有會員，看起來真的很爽！！！這是我這段時間旅行住的最好的一家民宿

設施物品很差，被褥臟乎乎，空調不好用，投影機基本是廢物，沒法看。一次性物品透出詭異氣息，不知都住過什麼人。這種公寓最好還是遠離。花了那麼多銀子，這麼個極為不堪的地方，花了平時5倍多的價格，踩坑了，上當了。以此為戒！！！

衞生乾淨，房間佈置也是温馨，能看得出來，老闆是有用心，開票及時，專票也是可以開[強][強]

酒店距離福州南州西廣場出口很近，步行可達，途中會遇到陳氏宗祠，可以順帶逛逛 酒店式公寓，私密性較好，很整潔，樓層高視野不錯。 不過因為是隔成的房子，衞生間下水道裝修的不好，有異味

感覺很久沒有掃地拖地了，用一次性浴巾沾濕把地板全方位擦了一遍都是臟臟的。桌子看起來也不太乾淨，沙發也不敢坐，被子感覺也不太乾淨。當然可能是我的心理作用，不過民宿也不能再多要求什麼。

惟獨歸途美宿公寓，不僅難找，而且到現場一樓按電鈴，跚跚來遲的對話。問話好像在拷問犯人般的詢問。本人自我介紹是旅客身份，房費也繳清，就是相應不理。本人耐不住要求退費，對方說好。但到現在，錢還沒退。這家根本是沒執照偷偷在經營的黑店。

環境很好，衞生也好，服務到位，地理位置好

很不錯，有配一次性浴巾毛巾，還有馬桶墊

民宿位置很好，交通也很方便，距離南站走路10分鐘，房間設施都挺好，床墊柔軟舒適，熱水也來得很快，東西都比較齊全，下次來還會選擇。
