No office at location. Office closes at 6pm. No after hours or emergency maintenance. The electricity, phones and internet went out. Shortly after the electricity came back on but the phones and internet did not. Called and left a message and did not receive a call back the next day. Called again and was eventually told someone would come to fix it. Later when I was out I was told someone came out and fixed it. When I returned in the evening it was not fixed the phone and internet was still out. Had to figure out who the phone company was and ask them to come out and fix the line.

Booked a 3 bedroom thru RCI in Nov. 2023 for travel 8-31 to 9-7 2024. We had 6 people in our group and when we checked in they told us that the reservation was for a 2 bedroom unit. I told them that was incorrect. At that point they told me that they were all booked up and I had to take the 2 bedroom there or they could put me in a 3 bedroom unit at another location. That location was not walkable to the beach. The one we booked was right across the street! I called RCI and they called the check in people and they got our 3 bedroom unit. In a matter of 1/2 hour they had us in the correct unit. They told me someone was in the 3 bedroom unit and they wouldn't make them move. They couldn't have possibly moved the people out and cleaned the unit that fast and put us in. So they lied. To add insult to injury the next day they sent an email to our phone at 9 in the morning asking us to vacate the unit for 1/2 hour so that they could come in and do measurements. At 9:15 they came knocking on the door for us to leave. Some of us were still in bed. I told they no. We saw a for sale sign on the building and evidently that unit was for sale and they wanted it empty for that purpose and that is why they tried to put us in the 2 bedroom unit. We think nobody was even in that unit when we checked in! In all. this was a terrible experience. THANK YOU RCI FOR TAKING CARE OF IT.

I have been coming here for 5 years . The property has become run down and filthy. If I was an owner and paying $500 a month HOA I wouldn’t be happy . Save yourself aggravation and stay else where . The unit was completely disgusting upon check in . There was a used tampon container on the floor next to the bed . Straw wrappers in the bedrooms. Mold on the ceiling. Food all over the balcony . And if you walked on the hardwood floor with bare feet your feet became black . The dryer didn’t work we had to dry towels on the railing of the balcony. Tiles falling off around the pool . Almost $3000.00!for a week of a place that needs to total reconditioning.

Excellent location; easy beach access. We spent every afternoon at the beach -- a short walk away. Parking is VERY tight. The room size and accommodations are adequate. Staff at check-in/check-out were friendly.
