Great place! Lovely hotel, it has an old touch even though it has been renovated. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were amazing.

Comment un rel établissement peut-il afficher des étoiles et des termes comme ”” Diplomate ”” . Nous avons réservé une suite pour une nuit le samedi 22/10. Aucune clé magnétique n'a fonctionné , le réceptionniste nous à ouvert à chaque fois. Une ”” Suite”” qui est une chambre classique avec une alcôve et un canapé , salle de bain minuscule entassant baignoire ( très sale à notre arrivée .. voir photo .... impensable !!! ) lavabo et WC dans 6 m2. Un rideau de douche plastique qui normalement n existe plus dans la plupart des hôtels standards qui sont passés au pare douche en verre décoratif. Un lit refait avec des draps déchirés... il faut quand même le faire .!!!! Voir photo. Un parking facturé 32FCH pour garer votre voiture au beau milieu d'un champ de détritus... ( voir photo). Dont un box ouvert servant de décharge .... 4 🌟 je vous rappelle. !! Du mobilier suranné et sans valeur décorative en piteux état ( voir photo ). Des bouteilles vides au milieu des couloirs. ( cette bouteille .. photo.. est restée la de 16H jusqu'à notre départ 10 h le lendemain ) Hôtel très bruyant double vitrage d'un autre siècle inopérant. La clim HS .. bien évidemment. Pas de kit d'accueil dans la suite , pas de bouteille d'eau offerte ni bouilloire.. ni thé ..ni rien de conventionnel en matière de présentation. Pas d'adaptateur électrique pour les prises françaises ( la plupart des hôtels Genevois y ont pensé). Pas d'accompagnement à l'arrivée jusqu'à notre chambre , prise en charge des bagages etc .... un minimum dans l'hôtellerie . Si vous recherchez dans l'hôtellerie un professionnalisme , un sens de l accueil , du confort , de la propreté , , du respect du client .... vous n'êtes pas à la bonne adresse . Le seul point positif : vous convaincre d'aller ailleurs.

No Single Room. Each room has 3~6 people. Recommend come with 2 friends. However, the position is perfect. Close to the Geneva lake, bus station, train station, 20min driving to the airport. The breakfast is fairly good and traditional. Breakfast time starts at 6.30am. General speaking, it is a good and economic choice if you just want to stay for 1-3 days. Good place to rest and refresh yourself.

Ok, this place is a little gem!! My flight landed before 8am and I needed to find a hotel in Geneva. They had a room so I took it. They had it cleaned and ready for me by 8:45am! It was SO clean. I work in healthcare and I’m a bit germ conscious. The cleaning surpassed my standards. I’m backpacking so I left my products at home. This was a bit of a risk as I detest the chemical flowery fragrances in which the US seems committed to douse everything from soap to trash bags!! Anyway, their products were top quality (the lotion actually moisturizes) and had almost no fragrance. I’ve admitted I’m germ conscious but carrying a backpack can be rough on the muscles. So I opted for a long bath (that I even considered this tells you how I felt about the cleanliness.) Their tub is divine and they provide bath salts!! Finally, I arrived completely jet lagged. Street noise when I checked in made me nervous about sleeping there. It was amazingly quiet. I slept great. The staff is quite helpful and kind. The front desk clerks had good English I did not use the breakfast offerings but I can say their coffee isn’t great. But. Geneva isn’t known for coffee. Beyond the coffee, the only change I would make to this great little hotel would be to move it somewhere more lovely in Geneva. Of course, then it wouldn’t be so insanely inexpensive for what they offer. So, I’ll leave it where it is. I felt perfectly safe, the neighborhood simply doesn’t have the charm of much of Geneva. I recommend this highly.

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip and was extremely impressed by how helpful the staff were. I left a poster I needed for a meeting behind in my room and realized this only when I got to the meeting--called the hotel, they went into my room, got the poster and put it in a taxi to my meeting spot. That was amazing. We also had a late cancellation for a guest due to unavoidable reasons and the hotel was very gracious in accommodating. The room itself is comfortable and spacious. The downside for me is location in terms of convenience to the city center. The hotel is right by a bus stop but one needs to switch to another bus to make it to the city which takes a little time. Other than that, comfortable stay. Thank you again to the Ramada hotel staff for great customer service.

Had a very nice stay, bed was comfortable and room was clean and quite spacious. Wi-Fi very good and staff were friendly and helpful when I check in and out. The negative was there was no airport shuttle and cabs and Uber don’t want to take a short fare. Don’t advertise it if it isn’t an option. All other hotels have a shuttle?

Struttura situata a circa sette minuti di taxi dall’aeroporto e fuori dal centro comunque facilmente raggiungibile con i tram 14 e 18 che si prendono entrambi a 50 metri dall’hotel e con solo 15 minuti ti portano in pieno centro fermata Bel Air da dove si è già ai piedi del centro storico e sul lago. La struttura si presenta rinnovata da ristrutturazione ma ritengo molto disorganizzata e certamente da migliorare su tanti aspetti. Le camere sono più che comode con letto matrimoniale king size purtroppo non sistemato all’italiana ma con i piumini a sacco. Bagno comodo con ampia doccia dove ovviamente è assente il bidet, mancano inoltre le ciabatte che per un 4 stelle è grossa pecca e nel frigo non ci sono bevande se non una bottiglia d’acqua che fanno trovare sul tavolo all’arrivo. Purtroppo lascia a desiderare la pulizia ed ancor peggio il secondo giorno non avevano neppure fatto la stanza per poi pulirla (in 10 minuti!!!) su ns richiesta intorno alle 18,00 e lascio spazio all’immaginazione sul livello della pulizia effettuata. Colazione sia di dolce che salato accettabile e con svariate proposte. Personale più che disponibile sia alla reception dove all’arrivo abbiamo trovato un ragazzo che parlava pure italiano molto propenso a dare info, simpatici e disponibili anche in sala colazione. Check In e Check out troppo lenti e seppur con poche persone in attesa questo dovuto dalla presenza di un solo operatore, situazione che abbiamo notato anche nei gironi del ns soggiorno. Ritengo comunque sia una buona soluzione per chi vuole spendere parecchio in meno rispetto alle strutture in pieno centro anche per il semplice e veloce collegamento con il tram quest’ultimo come i bus si possono utilizzare totalmente gratuiti facendosi consegnare i biglietti alla reception che valgono per tutto il Vs soggiorno.

Hôtel propre, bien situé, personnel sympathique. La chambre attribuée n’est pas spacieuse mais suffisamment pour 1 ou 2 personnes qui n’y passent que la nuit. La salle de bain est bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet continental correct et representatif de ce genre d’hôtel. Deux bémols: - il serait vraiment important de proposer du pain tranché. En effet il n’est pas rassurant que chaque client saisisse le pain pour le couper. Cela choque d’autant plus dans le contexte sanitaire mais indépendamment du virus du moment ce n’est guère hygiénique. - une réception ouverte 24/24 serait plus rassurante qu’un seul système de carte magnétique pour débloquer tous les accès ( porte d’entrée, accès à l’ascenseur ou escalier) sans possibilité de faire appel à quelqu’un si défaillance ( j’ai posé la question). Les tarifs sont quand même élevés, il conviendrait d’engager du personnel et ne pas penser uniquement au profits des actionnaires.

Ein wunderschönes Schloss, nur wurden wir im zweiten Haus 100 Meter hinten dran einquartiert, was natürlich aus der Webseite nicht ersichtlich war. Dieses nennt sich ”Grange” und ist weit weniger gut. Die Nacht zu zweit kostete Fr. 146.-- inklusive Frühstück. Es war tagsüber draussen 34 Grad und im Zimmer auch nachts min 28-30 Grad. Da weder ein Ventilator noch eine Klimaanlage vorhanden war, konnten wir kaum schlafen. Einen Kühlschrank gab's nur einen im Gang für jedermann, so WG mässig. Das Zimmer war klein, aber OK, sauber, das Bad auch, das Bett gut, da kann man nichts aussetzen. Vom Frühstücks waren wir total enttäuscht. Nur einen grossen Tisch drinnen, alle anderen draussen. Bei 35 Grad und Wespen hätten wir lieber drinnen gegessen, sofern Platz. Das Buffet war um 9:10 fast leer und lieblos: Keramik-Untertassen, aber dazu Pappbecher, keine Gläser mehr und kaum noch Essbares. Offiziell ist das Frühstück bis 09:30 Uhr. Um 09:32 Uhr war dieses weggeräumt, geradezu abschreckend. Schade um das schöne Hotel, die Umgebung, aber wir würden nicht nocheinmal kommen.
