這次我們出行一共定了兩間普通公寓，一開始我在訂兩間獨立公寓還是兩卧室公寓之間猶豫，但因為價格的因素，我選擇了兩個獨立的房間，事實證明在淡季這樣做非常有性價比。酒店為我們升級了房型，將兩個普通公寓安排在了一個獨立的小單元裏，其中一個升級為豪華房型。單元有自己的門，鎖上以後裏面就成了一個獨立的小天地。兩種房間的佈局是一樣的；區別在於客廳的大小，如果入住三個人及以上，選擇豪華一卧室公寓更舒服。公寓有一個主衞生間在主卧室的旁邊，有淋浴和浴缸，客廳還有一個小衞生間，衹有馬桶和洗漱台。客廳與主卧室之間有一道推拉門，關上以後互不打擾。公寓有一個帶微波爐功能的烤箱。公寓配備電磁爐和洗碗機,有基本的廚具和餐具，自己煮東西很方便。公寓非常安靜，豪華房型不臨街，晚上沒有任何的噪音，普通公寓臨街，但是街道很小很安靜，基本沒有什麼車輛經過。
公寓的交通非常便利，客人可以在入住前郵件聯繫酒店申請Geneva transportation card 持有此卡可以在日內瓦市區免費乘坐任意公共交通。從機場過來乘坐一站火車+一站公交就到，公寓離公交車站衹有幾步路的距離離日內瓦湖也非常近。
附近也有很多吃飯的餐館。
酒店自帶的停車位很緊張，路邊的停車位沒有空位，我們停在了酒店自帶的一個地下停車位，非常非常小很難停，如果租的車過大，不建議停在酒店自帶的地下停車位，因為不免費，而且出入很不方便。據酒店工作人員講距離他們走路5分鐘，fairmont公共停車場位置多可能比較好停.
如果下次再來日內瓦，停留兩個晚上以上的話，我還會選擇這家酒店公寓住得很舒服。

入住前盲選的酒店，實在太超出預期，酒店地理位置優越，靠近日內瓦湖，步行三分鐘即可到達。房間比較大，且整天很新，床品沐浴套件都還不錯。酒店服務人員，都非常熱情，要延遲了退房時間。唯一有點小不足，就是餐廳的早餐比較一般，提供選擇的食物不多～但瑕不掩瑜，整體很滿意，下次還會考慮！

Tout le personnel est souriant, accueillant, sympathique, à la réception, au bar, aux petits-déjeuners, c'est si rare aujourd'hui qu'il faut le souligner. Une très bonne idée, les portraits de l'équipe dans la salle du restaurant ! Ce bel hôtel est situé à quelques minutes à pied du lac et à proximité de nombreux restaurants de tout style culinaire et pour toutes les bourses. Un parking souterrain est disponible contre supplément bien sûr, mais indispensable dans le quartier. Nous avions une agréable chambre ”exécutive” avec une grande terrasse au dernier étage, avec une vue sur le Jet d'Eau mais pas sur le lac. Normal, ce n'est pas indiqué dans le descriptif de la chambre. En résumé, nous avons passé un très agréable week-end au Novotel et dans cette très belle ville internationale qu'est Genève.

I stayed in this hotel for a 3 nights with my brother and our friend. It is I a great location with only 8-minute walk from train station, a grocery store across the street, surrounded by a variety of good restaurants, in a quiet side street, a 2-minute walk to Lake Geneva located behind hotel and a 15-minute walk to old town. Very good service - Reception gave us a free-transit pass (good for tram, train and water taxi) and stored our luggage so we can start our sightseeing until check-in time. Room is spacious and very clean. We had room on the 4th floor facing back which is very quiet. Swiss Tours (if you want to take a day trip - Annecy is very picturesque) is also only a 10-minute walk away. Take the route along the lake to go downtown or old town - Beautiful scenery. The only thing that can be an issue for some is the single tiny elevator for maximum of 4 people. With luggage, I would say about 2 people. The bathtub shower stall is also a bit small so this may be an issue for some people. But they are very minor to us. So for me and my travel group, it was an excellent stay. We would go back in this hotel again.

Booked a 1 night stay in a family room at the hotel, the rooms are 2 seperate rooms at the end of a corridor. Rooms basic but clean but for the price we paid it was fine. Great location, a short walk from the train station and plenty of options to get food by the hotel. The lake and other sights all a short easy walk away. Staff were very pleasant and breakfast was good, nice selection and well presented. If you just want somewhere to stay as a base to explore Geneva its definitely worth considering, and it's close proximity to the train station makes it ideal. Last time we were in Geneva we stayed at the Hotel D'angleterre, this is obviously a different class but it suited our needs this time for a quick one night stop before moving on. I'd definitely consider stopping here again if needing two rooms as it offered great value for money.

My son and i stayed here for the Geneva marathon. Our flight got in early but the reception staff were very happy to store our luggage until check-in time. Hotel is very well placed, trams go pass, the train station (8 mins to the airport) is a 5 minute walk and 10 mins to the lake. We had a room at the back, yes the train line!, however we discovered that closing the substantial curtains reduced the unseasonal heat, and closing the window meant a good nights sleep. The double glazing is substantial! Best pillows and mattress ever, followed by a really good and varied breakfast (including hot rice for the runners). All of the staff were very helpful and cheerful. A delightful, convenient hotel and highly recommended. You will get a Geneva Travel Pass too!

The tram station is just in front of this hotel, and just walk few minutes to reach Cornavin Station. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The room is very spacious and clean. Just need to improve the breakfast. The menu is the same everyday. I ate the same food for 5 days😅

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay in. We stayed for 4 nights, 2nd April-6th April. The building either interior or exterior was very well maintained and lovely decor. The reception area was very soothing and welcoming. Free tea/coffee. The room we had slept 4 people which we needed. It was well equipped, it even had a coffee machine. Very clean room. Ample of linens/ towels. The Hotel had given us the opportunity to apply for free travel passes during the duration of our stay. This allowed us to travel freely anywhere and in any mode of transport which saved us a lot money on transport. Transport was easily accessible, in fact the bus stop was just outside the hotel. The staff were wonderful, polite and helpful. They also had lots of boards games which we enjoyed playing until late at night. Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful experience.

Ma chambre au 8ieme étage une vue imprenable sur Genève le jet d’eau les Alpes du pur bonheur Cerise sur le gâteau le petit déjeuner riche et varié produit suisse et de qualité supérieure et Bio je citerai Maylick et Noémie aux petits soins. Je suis une habituée de cet hôtel et j’ retournerai à mon prochain séjour à Genève. Je le recommande très fort

BBenny Hon ChungThe hotel is in a central location which is only a few minutes walk from the railway station and the old town where the cathedral and all the big luxury brands can be found. There are a lot of restaurants in its vicinity. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and sound proofing is excellent. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and accomodating. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's check in time is 1500 but we were given a room when we arrived at 1210. The gentleman and lady at the reception counter even gave us a city map and took several minutes telling us where to go. The two reception girls in the afternoon also showed us their welcoming smiles every time they saw us. When we called to request to have a kettle the hotel gave us not just a kettle but a whole lot of instant coffee and tea bags. Wow what a surprise to receive such excellent service in a small 4 star hotel! I highly recommend it to all travellers who want to receive exceptional service.

PPengguna TetamuEl hotel me pareció bonito, es nuevo, de hecho algunas áreas siguen en construcción, me pareció que es más bien para gente que va por trabajo más que para familias, la habitación es demasiado pequeña y sin espacio para poner cosas personales, tanto en el baño como en la habitación, aún yendo sólo a dormir me pareció incomoda la habitación y éramos sólo 3 personas. Recomendable si vas solo.

PPengguna TetamuI received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. All done with graciousness and a smile.

15 mins walk from Train station, or 3 mins tram + 5 mins walk.
Lidl and Pharmacies nearby, along the tram way.

Stayed in a loft of with 4 bunk beds (8ppl), it was spacious, but no curtain. A shared table in the middle of the room.
There is a study room in common area, but open late and close early, I saw people work and study inside.
Only 1 shared toilet and 1 shared bathroom available, may have to line up.
2 huge windows in a room, well ventilated.
1 socket and 1 light at head of bed.
Big locker in room enough for 2 camping bags.
Post-check in big locker for 2 Fr in lobby.
Don’t expect smiley faces from staff, and you will be good.
Cleaners come into the room everyday, so every thing even the toilets are always clean.
Somehow the old wooden floor is noisy when stepping on it.
Self-service laundry was around 10 Fr, I saw no one using it.
Good vibes and chill, people love to chat in restaurants and the room.

ZZenTanHotel reception was very friendly. Hotel staff recommended us nice restaurants to visit. Encounter two bad experiences from this hotel, 1) requested to change kettle as the kettle was rusty unable to make hot water for kids. The hotel staff is very kind enough to change 3 times for us but non of the kettle can be use. The last round he exchange another kettle for me but it is spoilt. So I gave up in the end. I have to go down to the bar and request for hot water. 2) The lift breakdown, I was stuck inside 2-3 mins . The hotel technician resolved it fast . Overall, have a pleasant stay at this hotel .

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThat’s my favorite hotel in this trip in Geneva and there is very beautiful places and cleaning everywhere. I book a room with double beds for my friend and me. It’s very comfortable and cozy.
Staffs are very nice and they welcome you yo Switzerland and introduce more places for us👍

PPengguna Tetamu3 nuits passées au Montana. Hôtel très joli avec des couleurs modernes et apaisantes. Jolie chambre: Simple, très propre, très fonctionnelle, avec mini bar. Jolie terrasse vue partielle sur le lac léman et son jet d’eau, superbe. Bon accueil, très professionnel, efficace. Nous recommandons.
