Hotel berhampiran Réserve naturelle du Bois des Bouchets, Geneva

Das Hotel zieht sicher viele Besucher an, die den hohen Zimmerpreisen in Genf entgehen wollen. Anders als auf den Buchungsportalen präsentiert, sind die Zimmer doch ziemlich klein. Ich musste mich jedesmal mit Mühe zwischen Bett und Fernseher hindurchquetschen. Das Personal ist freundlich, man sieht nur selten welches, die Rezeption ist meistens unbesetzt und wird vom benachbarten Restaurant mit bedient. Es gibt einen großen gemeinsamen Parkplatz. Die Umgebung ist sehr industriell. Das Highlight ist das asiatische Restaurant, welches abends viele Gäste anzieht. Wer nur übernachten will, ist im Woods Hôtel gut aufgehoben; in langer Erinnerung wird es wahrscheinlich nicht bleiben.

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip and was extremely impressed by how helpful the staff were. I left a poster I needed for a meeting behind in my room and realized this only when I got to the meeting--called the hotel, they went into my room, got the poster and put it in a taxi to my meeting spot. That was amazing. We also had a late cancellation for a guest due to unavoidable reasons and the hotel was very gracious in accommodating. The room itself is comfortable and spacious. The downside for me is location in terms of convenience to the city center. The hotel is right by a bus stop but one needs to switch to another bus to make it to the city which takes a little time. Other than that, comfortable stay. Thank you again to the Ramada hotel staff for great customer service.

The Geneva Marriott is an attractive, contemporary hotel located roughly near the airport, and since the shuttle doesn't run that often, you might be better off making the walk, as I did. For me it was a matter of some 20 minutes, but depending on your starting point at the airport, it could easily be less. Much closer to the hotel is the quite large Balexert shopping mall at 7 or 8 minutes' walk. The center of town can be also be walked to, as the way is rather straightforward, though it is noticeably farther than the airport, making the trams that stop very close to the hotel an option. Of course you will have to ask for your free Geneva public transport card, as the hotel makes no mention of these at its own initiative. I liked the fact that I was offered a late checkout immediately on arrival. I didn't like hearing that breakfast is available to platinum Marriott Rewards members in the executive lounge only, a marked departure from standard practice elsewhere in Europe - not just at Marriotts, but also, for example, at their large American competitor also located near the airport. As it was, when I was ready for breakfast on the morning of my one-night stay, it turned out that something had gone wrong and as a consequence, breakfast was offered only in the restaurant. The assortment there was between good and very good, which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case in the lounge. The lounge had already disappointed the previous evening. I went shortly before 18:00 just to make sure that food would still be available when I was expecting to have the time, just after 19:00. The employee said yes, but there was virtually nothing left when returned; she might have had the courtesy to mention that they would stop replenishing dishes, but this would have required some thought from the guest's perspective. The gym was not so great, either; from a large and modern Marriott I'd expect better. All in all, acceptable, but if breakfast in the lounge is as meager as I suspect, then I would probably not favor this property.

Nice locatoin , room size prefect and enough for parent and 2 kids , private parking available and easy , breakfast is normal

This was a perfect place for a one-night stay before our early morning flight from Geneva. The staff were all very nice and helpful and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast, which is available from 6am, was simple but enough for what we needed.

Very close to Geneva station, is opposite the HBF station. Very convenient. Hotel staffs are friendly. Hotel will email you free situ transport pass before arriving, may safe you some bucks.

Great place! Lovely hotel, it has an old touch even though it has been renovated. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were amazing.

room was smells a little stinky (not sure because of the roommate or anything else), and in one of the shower rooms there’s a poo when i wanted to shower at night. but the breakfast was amazing and full of choice. more than worth it for the breakfast :)

酒店窗外風景特別美，躺着看日內瓦湖的日落日出。交通超級方便，酒店後面幾十米就是火車站，坐火車可以到日內瓦市中心火車站也可以到日內瓦機場，要帶點現金零錢，回程時機器壞了就不收卡，衹收現金。酒店樓下就是超級大的超市，購物很方便。一定要訂兩面都是大玻璃落地窗的房間，景色太治癒了！

Fantastic new hotel - this hidden gem is so close to the airport and offers space age design. The rooms are super and the staff extremely friendly. Great restaurant with delicious food and so reasonably priced! By far the best hotel option in the area. They are also opening a conference centre for meetings and events! Great views of the lake and mountains. Also close to summer mountain biking and hiking spots! Well done to the managers at Yotel for this great hotel!
