Hotel berhampiran Réserve naturelle du Nant de Borbaz et des Picolattes, Geneva

The Geneva Marriott is an attractive, contemporary hotel located roughly near the airport, and since the shuttle doesn't run that often, you might be better off making the walk, as I did. For me it was a matter of some 20 minutes, but depending on your starting point at the airport, it could easily be less. Much closer to the hotel is the quite large Balexert shopping mall at 7 or 8 minutes' walk. The center of town can be also be walked to, as the way is rather straightforward, though it is noticeably farther than the airport, making the trams that stop very close to the hotel an option. Of course you will have to ask for your free Geneva public transport card, as the hotel makes no mention of these at its own initiative. I liked the fact that I was offered a late checkout immediately on arrival. I didn't like hearing that breakfast is available to platinum Marriott Rewards members in the executive lounge only, a marked departure from standard practice elsewhere in Europe - not just at Marriotts, but also, for example, at their large American competitor also located near the airport. As it was, when I was ready for breakfast on the morning of my one-night stay, it turned out that something had gone wrong and as a consequence, breakfast was offered only in the restaurant. The assortment there was between good and very good, which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case in the lounge. The lounge had already disappointed the previous evening. I went shortly before 18:00 just to make sure that food would still be available when I was expecting to have the time, just after 19:00. The employee said yes, but there was virtually nothing left when returned; she might have had the courtesy to mention that they would stop replenishing dishes, but this would have required some thought from the guest's perspective. The gym was not so great, either; from a large and modern Marriott I'd expect better. All in all, acceptable, but if breakfast in the lounge is as meager as I suspect, then I would probably not favor this property.

This hotel takes distance with normal french brands. It looks like more European hotels with all services that they announced. The room is adequate for a comfortable host. The amenities and towers were enough for each guest. The breakfast was plenty and quality. The staff was friendly and professional.

The hotel is across the airport and has an excellent shuttle service that run every 10 min (5am to midnight) or 20min (midnight to 5am). The hotel staff are on the ball. I had asked for a wake-up call. Unfortunately in the night I had hit the ”Do not disturb” button on the phone. In the morning, since I was not answering, they came to my door and knock on my door. Thanks. For the rest, everything was perfect. Good bed, clean room, TV with a good choice of channel.

Good decent hotel, but little hard to find the main entrance as it’s too inside the road side. Well maintained amenities and friendly staff, Room size not so spacious, Cleanliness is good.

This hotel is Excellent. After missing my flight and getting a recommendation from the Geneva airport, I booked the room. The staff was very sympathetic to my situation an went out of their way to assist. When I arrived Giulia and Pov helped me with an international charger for my laptop and an early check in. The hotel itself is top notch and near really good shopping. My day completely turned around within minutes. During the evening Karim and Miguel helped me all of my preparation for my trip tomorrow. This hotel has an excellent restaurant great service plus a shuttle to the airport for tomorrow morning.

Jade Manotel Hotel: Geneva, Switzerland I stayed in the Executive Family Suite for two nights on 06Oct 2023 - 08 Oct 2023. We booked two rooms. I would give the hotel 10/10. Customer service was excellent. Very helpful to advise us on where to go and what to do. Love it and would visit again. Before arrival I got an email from Geneva Tourism with my transport card. I was able to book 8 cards as we were 8 people. It was very easy, We were greeted by a really friendly host. We arrived late night and the host made to ask if the children ate, he recommended places to go. He checked us in very easily and we went to our rooms. The rooms were clean and to a high standard. Breakfast was fantastic, coffee was great, great selection. Nice cheese selection too. The garden was a lovely place of tranquility in the middle of the city. The ambience of the hotel was very calm and tranquil. The location was central and easy to access everything. Top of the street you get the tram direct to the UN. The opposite side you get the tram to the Geneva train station. Walk down and 5 mins and you’re at the Lake Leman. My children were being a little bit noisy so the neighbours complained about them but the hotel staff were very kind in the way they asked us to keep the noise down. Wonderful hotel. Recommend it to anyone and only place I will choose to stay at if I visit Geneva again. Thank you Jade Manotel.

room was smells a little stinky (not sure because of the roommate or anything else), and in one of the shower rooms there’s a poo when i wanted to shower at night. but the breakfast was amazing and full of choice. more than worth it for the breakfast :)

Very nice new hotel outside of city. Easy to find and free parking. Our room was modern and clean plus good size. Large bathroom. Cosy lobby with bar and restaurant. Breakfast was great, all what you need and more. Young staff, friendly and some of them still learning....nice way. I really can recommend this hotel.

I booked in and thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend of Padel at the Evenness hotel . The course run by Twenty by Ten took place on the 3 new courts that are on site .The hotels location, approximately 20 minutes from Geneva, provided plenty of parking for the participants. There were bikes available and bike paths close to the hotel giving access to beautiful countryside and lakeside riding. The meals at the hotel were excellent and the gorgeous weather enabled us to take full advantage of the stylishly landscaped garden, terrace and pool area . Whenever I stay in hotels and eat in restaurants, an essential element for me is how welcome I feel and how friendly the staff are .There were no issues at this hotel where a warm smile and welcome was received from reception through to the man who cooked my eggs for breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable with fridge, kettle and hair dryer provided. I, unfortunately, didn't get time to use the spa, choosing instead to rest by the newly renovated pool overlooking the lake with a well deserved cocktail. It was paradise. Thanks to all staff and the Padel participants and organisers for making this a lovely weekend break away.

Lovely new YOTEL hotel. This was my first time in Geneva but I frequently stay at the YOTEL in NYC. This hotel is much smaller that their NYC hotel but WOW WOW WOW. Gorgeous rooms, lovely staff, friendly service and superb views of the mountains and lake. Their restaurant is also beautiful and the food is great! The rate represented great value and we loved our stay. We hope to be back in the future.
