Bilik-biliknya luas, lokasinya sesuai untuk dua hingga tiga malam di Georgetown, dan saya sangat mengesyorkan orang lain untuk tinggal di sana juga. Tawaran terbaik di sekeliling.

Lokasinya sangat baik. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira sepuluh minit untuk berjalan kaki ke Jalan Seni dan di atas muzium. Terdapat kedai di tingkat bawah dan tempat penginapan di tingkat atas, jadi anda perlu menaiki tangga.Jika anda seorang gadis yang membawa beg pakaian besar, adalah disyorkan untuk meminta kakitangan pengurusan hotel untuk membantu anda membawanya.  Disebabkan lokasinya berhampiran dengan jalan raya, ia akan menjadi agak bising. Orang yang susah tidur pun perlu pertimbangkan. Hotel ini mempunyai 2 bilik tidur, satu ruang tamu dan satu bilik mandi, jadi ia amat sesuai untuk keluarga yang mempunyai anak, dan ia sangat menjimatkan dan berpatutan. Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik. Kami terlupa membawa penyesuai, jadi kami meminta pelayan itu pada waktu petang dan dia membawanya kepada kami.

Semuanya ok sehingga lewat malam, dapat mendengar beberapa orang berbual dan bercakap dari bar di tingkat bawah, dan tikus berlegar di sekitar kawasan siling...

The hotel is so cute. The door is at level 1, but the rooms is at level 2. So when you enter the door, you need to go upstairs and you will see the living room. The bed rooms is on the 2 sides, separated by the living room. The window on the main bed room is so unique and feels like classic. I never seen this before. This hotel location is also the best, at least for my trip. It's near to the kimberley street. A lot of cafe and tourist spot close to this hotel (walking distance).

Location was very near all chulia street, penang road and many other street food. The place was clean but there was room for improvement for ventilation in the bedrooms. The air in the bedrooms felt stuffy late at night. We had to keep the doors open as the air in the living room was fresher. Room service was quite troublesome as we had to text them multiple times. Gratefully, the staff were polite and able to fulfill our requests. Will book again with friends or family.

The location is very good, but need to call the lobby service officers when in need, they are not 24/7 available.

I found this hotel which has provided 2 bedrooms near downtown Penang. The location is convenient, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, it needs to use a staircase to the upstairs bedrooms. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, very suitable for families. No facilities like a swimming pool and gym.

very near to the chinatown and komtar. convenient for traveller who want to explore georgetown. plenty of food options around the hotel. need to climb up stairs to reach the room so its not those who are immobile.

The room is great! I love it! The location is convenient, near the town Centre where lots of food stalls there. Contact the front desk mainly by WhatsApp, they reply quickly. But for check in, you need to wait as there’s no staff stand by in the lobby. It’s better if you could call in advance to shorten the waiting time.

Staying at this hotel with my family of 2 childrens, location is great as it is close to everywhere. Few draw back about this hotel: 1. Quality of linen and towel is very poor 2. Cleanliness of the carpet and bathroom need to be better 3. A/C system is not good, although it provided cold air but not easy to control the temperature and wind 4. Staircase is very narrow, make it not easy when you bring two large luggages and no one helping you. 5. Although they have TV but when I turned-on the TV it did not show the program and I failed after so many tries to find the sources

We have booked this hotel through trip.com. I can say this is the best hotel in Penang at Georgetown. Everything is quite near to hotel. Only we had the problem with reception . We had to call their mobile if we needed anything.
