When you pay less than Marriot price then you get less than Marriot service. you get what you pay for not always true especially in this case because I pay $135 a night and got $40 service. The hotel lobby if we can call it that is horrible. The woman who’s at the front desk during the day seems like there’s a conflict of interest, seems like someone hire their aunt who has a stake in the profit and like PAYING guess is dipping into her profits whenever I make a request. She has terrible customer service made me uncomfortable as if I was staying at her house for free. She made a rude remark when I had a visitor, saying how many people really in that room. I’ve stayed at Marriot and Ramada and never had any incidents when I have visitors. People in Jewelry business should not get into hospitality business. I’ve stayed at the Ramada and paid less with way better service and not to forget free all you can eat breakfast, better customer service. I’ve stayed at the Marriott and had spectacular services, ok maybe over priced food like Bistro but hotel service at Marriot was excellent and not smelly like the rooms at Kings. Closet smells like cigarettes, there goes not a smoking hotel, it’s a fib. Oh should we talk about the shower door, well if you don’t believe me go book for yourself and see that horrible glass door that looks like it might fall off. The night front desk woman is excellent, very professional. The cleaning crew was professional. So that’s where I rate this 2/5, if wasn’t for them it would have been a zero.

My family and I had a great time during our stay 3 weeks ago. Staff is wonderful, the front desk was very accommodating and helpful also the security on premises 24 hrs. The surrounding is beautiful,and serene with balcony and dining/relaxation view outside your hotel room, the lawn, flowers and exotic plants was a temptation for taking memorable photos. Breakfast was delicious every day including the Sunday buffet. Pepperpot was delicious and bakes with salt fish, it was being at home again. Special thanks to the kitchen staff and servers, always friendly and polite and Jewel always go out her way to make us happy...my grandson loved her pancakes. Everyone gave of their best to make our stay comfortable and I must Commend Jewel, Susan, Odessa,Lisa, Tamara, Joshua, Dwayne for the wonderful service they always provide. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious and taking showes were refreshing which I loved. I have already recommended this hotel to family and friends and look forward to spending more time in the future. I rate your hotel 4.8 out of 5 stars.

Our experience was AMAZING! The staff went up and beyond to help us and ensure our stay was the best. The hotel is beautiful and our room was very clean. Check in with Shameeka at the front desk was quick and easy after our long trip. Chef Denita, Natalie from the main restaurant and bartender, Shakur, provided exemplary service. Food at the restaurant was really good. The menu was diverse and had lots of options to chose from.
