Very modern 2-family house "Haus Sonja", detached, built in 2022. In the resort Ginzling, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: garden (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 200 m, ski bus stop 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Zillertal 3000 9 km, Zillertal Arena 19 km, Hintertuxer Gletscher 23 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlegeis Stausee 12 km. New apartment. It smells new. Very nicely furnished. Super equipped. Very comfortable beds. There was no hanger or locker in the hall for helmets. The clothes hanger in the hall is also a bit too small for a ski trip. Very nice owners
