I stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi for one night. The room is very nice, the bed is comfortable, and it is clean overall. The staff is kind and friendly, and also the breakfast is good. The price was also good. I wish I could stay one night more. Possible improvements: you can easily hear any noise coming from the other rooms. Having soundproof walls would make it the perfect experience. Also, the walls around the jacuzzi could be cleaned better.

Sono stato presso questo hotel una notte con la mia famiglia. Dò due stelle e non una per alcuni aspetti positivi. Gli aspetti positivi sono stato il personale, gentile e simpatico, la comodità del parcheggio custodito e l'entrata - curato il giardino - e la hall e sala colazione, belle luminose. Molto ma veramente molto deludente la camera - ne ho viste anche altre aperte passando in corridoio - di suo non pulita (ed è grave la mancanza di igiene) e l'arredamento, spartano e poco comodo. Ma le cose decisamente scandalose ed inconcepibili per il 2023 sono il puzzo di fumo assurdo in camera ed il bagno, dove la doccia era un tutt'uno con i sanitari! In pratica se uno si faceva la doccia (idea che non mi è per niente balenata in testa!) si bagnava tutto l'ambiente, non so come si poteva poi andare a fare i bisogni ed appunto, la doccia si faceva dove ci si passava con le scarpe per recarsi ai sanitari! Qualcosa di assurdo e paradossale. Necessita sicuramente di una ristrutturazione. Consiglio di scegliere altre soluzioni - anche perchè questo hotel viene spesso usato ad ore....

Our first impression of the hotel from outside was not impressive, but, understanding that it was so close to biggest football stadium in the city, we didn't care much. Checking in was great, staff extremely pleasant and helpful, in particular Alberto who easily find time to help everyone . As we have read reviews about hotel, we must say that management obviously took seriously some advices from clients , such as hot water, coffee machine in the restaurant and wifi, all of them sorted out. There was no problem with hot water, two coffee machines available in the restaurant and wifi very good. Hotel is situated close to two metro lines, for easy and frequent trains to the centre and beyond. Our room was very clean we can only praise cleaning staff. On the minus side, for 4 star hotel one is expecting a bit more for breakfast, as mentioned in previous reviews, there is no cooked breakfast ( hard boiled eggs I suppose don't count in that category), cold cuts with very few varieties and for people wanting healthy breakfast even less choice. There is still no kettle in the room, early birds still have to wait for breakfast room to open to have one. Also, complementary bottle of water would be advisable instead of 3euros payable from mini bar ( remember, this is still 4star hotel ). All in all, we were feeling very welcome there, hopefully those minor tweaks will be sorted in near future

Aspetti positivi: la camera era veramente bella ed accogliente. Negativi: ho tentato di fare una doccia bella calda (ero stato tutto il giorno sotto la pioggia) ma sono riuscito a farla appena calduccina malgrado il termostato a 38, non so perché. Il phon funzionava 20 secondi e poi bisognava farlo freddare, ci sono voluti 15 minuti per asciugarmi i capelli. Ma ii top è stato al ristorante: eravamo un gruppo con menù fisso, la cameriera ha portato il primo ed ho chiesto due calici di vino, la risposta è stata: ”Prima li deve pagare alla reception”. Mai successo in vita mia! Avrei dovuto andare in camera, prendere i soldi, pagare, e mangiarmi il primo freddo. Ho rinunciato al vino. Portano il secondo: melanzane e acciughe, ambedue non mi piacciono. Ho chiesto se c'era una alternativa e, a mio parere, le risposta potevano essere ”Purtroppo no, siamo spiacenti” (bene, se una cosa non mi piace è colpa mia) oppure come spesso succede ”Le porto una fetta di prosciutto?” (benissimo). Invece la risposta è stata (testuali parole) ”No, mangi questo che è buono”. Ovviamente il mio piatto è stato gettato via interamente. Ho rinunciato a protestare per rispetto degli organizzatori, l'ha fatto al posto mio l'autista del pullman che era seduto di fronte a me, vista la mia arrabbiatura, ma non ha ottenuto spiegazioni dal responsabile alla reception. Forse, viste le altre ottime recensioni, questo trattamento è riservato ai gruppi?

Amazing views of the Bay of Pozzuoli and the Isle of Capri, comfortable rooms and incredible staff! We recently moved to Italy for my husband's job and we have been staying at this hotel while we search for a home. We enjoy the daily breakfast buffet which has a wide variety of choices such as pastries, meats, cheeses and eggs to a variety of coffees and juices. In the evening, we enjoy aperitivo time and then dinner in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff is always friendly, kind and very accommodating. Restaurant staff such as Jennifer and Hugo greet us with kindness, professionalism and respect. They anticipate our needs before we even express to them what our needs are, and they always have a big smile on their faces when we enter. It feels good after a long day to be greeted by them! The Chef prepares fresh and delicious food, and we look forward to seeing what will be on the menu that evening as the menu changes daily. Lastly, the staff who service our room do an impeccable job! The hotel always shines, and they are also very accommodating to our needs. We will miss everyone greatly when we finally ”move” out into our new home. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay, and it is in a great location between Naples and downtown Pozzuoli.
