Hotel berhampiran Blairtummock Park, Glasgow

We stayed overnight on the way home. Twin room, as the 2 beds are a decent size. The spa has a large pool & 2 saunas & 2 stream rooms plus 2 jacuzzi’s- it was vert busy but open until 9:30pm. I ate in the area near the tv to watch Wimbledon. I had the cheese board & a french martini. I also took a Starbucks hot chocolate to my room. Peppermint tea was a nice addition to the in room drinks. I had an issue when i got back to my room, the connecting door was open, so i called reception & a lovely lady from housekeeping came up to see me & secured the door, but later on that evening, someone in the adjoining room did try to open the door, which seemed strange, as we had been told it was empty, i was asleep but it woke my daughter & she was worried.

Like the row of washers and dryers! Free usage and can book via the hotel app. Have ping pong and pool table for a quick game. Location is about 7 mins walk to george square. 5 mins to shopping. Very convenient But the house keeping team needs some improvement. Towels were not changed or not enough towels were given.

Excellent service from walking through the door Mark on reception was pleasant efficient and very helpful at check inn ,my room as ready a little early and was still allowed to check inn , room was good with no issues nice and clean bed very comfortable, all the staff are very pleasant and welcoming, food and service i cannot fault , for me the location is ideal being close to the M74 , a good overall hotel staff location and rice rolled into one , i will be staying here again well done guys . From the moment we arrived in Glasgow the staff were extremely helpful and checked our bags early and helped us through the check in process so we would only need to provide a name when checking in at 3pm. Our room was ready on time and Caitlin at reception took our booking for breakfast and provided us with great information on different things we could do in Glasgow. We visited Pollochshaw Park and the Burrell collection o her recommendation and spent nearly 4 hours there petting the cows and walking around the fantastic woodlands. The breakfast was fantastic and the servers i the bar were friendly and professional. The room was clean and small touches such as air con in room on a hot week and the choice of firm or soft pillows really made our experience in Glasgow better than we ever imagined it could be.

Perfect hotel! Nice, modern design. Extremely clean and good facilities in the room. The location is ideal. You're close to central train station and you're also nearby many restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shops, a ****** and St Enoch Shopping centre. The staff are very attentive to your needs and the communal areas on the ground floor are in good condition. This will definitely be my go-to hotel when I visit Glasgow!

Bilik double itu kecil sehingga anda perlu merangkak ke atas katil untuk pergi ke sisi lain kerana tidak ada ruang yang cukup untuk berjalan di bahagian bawah katil. Bilik mandi pada asasnya adalah bilik basah sebesar tandas kapal terbang. Kebersihannya tidak begitu baik pada kedua-dua kali kami pergi. Kotoran di dinding bilik tidur, kotoran di bilik air yang belum dibersihkan entah berapa lama. Kotoran di lantai semasa perjalanan ke bilik juga tidak kelihatan. Kakitangan di hotel adalah baik, kami tidak diganggu oleh orang lain yang turut menginap di sana, jadi jika anda benar-benar mencari tempat untuk bermalam & tidak merancang untuk berlama-lama di bilik hotel anda - maka lakukannya . Jika anda sukakan lebih banyak ruang daripada 3 langkah anda masuk ke dalam bilik untuk ke katil & bilik mandi yang boleh anda jalani - kemudian teruskan ke tempat ini. Sarung klasik yang lebih murah tidak selalunya lebih baik.

Perfect location, train station just 5 seconds away (yes, 5 seconds) walking distance to central Glasgow, convenient. you can tell this hotel is not ”brand new”, but it gets the job done. would be even better if they can provide free wifi for this price.
