Kami menginap di Hotel Easy dua kali dalam tempoh seminggu, saya menempah kedua-dua penginapan sebelum saya pergi ke yang pertama... Saya kesal dengan keputusan itu. Dalam keadilan penginapan pertama, bilik yang kami tempah adalah kira-kira £32 kerana ia adalah hari minggu. Ia adalah yang paling murah yang ada di dalam kawasan pusat bandar Glasgow. Oleh itu, ia mendapat pujian untuk menjadi yang termurah, namun biliknya kecil. Kami mendapat bilik dengan tingkap kedua-dua kali, sebenarnya saya rasa tanpa tingkap anda akan berasa sesak. Bilik double itu kecil sehingga anda perlu merangkak ke atas katil untuk pergi ke sisi lain kerana tidak ada ruang yang cukup untuk berjalan di bahagian bawah katil. Bilik mandi pada asasnya adalah bilik basah sebesar tandas kapal terbang. Kebersihannya tidak begitu baik pada kedua-dua kali kami pergi. Kotoran di dinding bilik tidur, kotoran di bilik air yang belum dibersihkan entah berapa lama. Kotoran di lantai semasa perjalanan ke bilik juga tidak kelihatan. Kakitangan di hotel adalah baik, kami tidak diganggu oleh orang lain yang turut menginap di sana, jadi jika anda benar-benar mencari tempat untuk bermalam & tidak merancang untuk berlama-lama di bilik hotel anda - maka lakukannya . Jika anda sukakan lebih banyak ruang daripada 3 langkah anda masuk ke dalam bilik untuk ke katil & bilik mandi yang boleh anda jalani - kemudian teruskan ke tempat ini. Sarung klasik yang lebih murah tidak selalunya lebih baik.

The room was clean, it had everything you need. Comfortable bed, fast cleaning and good attitude towards animals😊 Interesting design of the hotel and convenient location. The room was quiet, so I had a great rest after a long walk around the beautiful city 🥰. Breakfasts are ordinary, if you stay for more than three days, it will seem too monotonous 🤔But the overall impression is excellent 👍

Perfect hotel! Nice, modern design. Extremely clean and good facilities in the room. The location is ideal. You're close to central train station and you're also nearby many restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shops, a ****** and St Enoch Shopping centre. The staff are very attentive to your needs and the communal areas on the ground floor are in good condition. This will definitely be my go-to hotel when I visit Glasgow!

Staff very kind and helpful. Although I agree with energy saving, a small room with a window that does not open and the air conditioning that does not cool off at the desired temperature is not acceptable (a completely ineffective gradation is set). That the room was small was already evident from the booking, but the information on the restriction of opening the window for safety (a few cm) was completely hidden. Not exactly in the city center.

We stayed overnight on the way home. Twin room, as the 2 beds are a decent size. The spa has a large pool & 2 saunas & 2 stream rooms plus 2 jacuzzi’s- it was vert busy but open until 9:30pm. I ate in the area near the tv to watch Wimbledon. I had the cheese board & a french martini. I also took a Starbucks hot chocolate to my room. Peppermint tea was a nice addition to the in room drinks. I had an issue when i got back to my room, the connecting door was open, so i called reception & a lovely lady from housekeeping came up to see me & secured the door, but later on that evening, someone in the adjoining room did try to open the door, which seemed strange, as we had been told it was empty, i was asleep but it woke my daughter & she was worried.

Thank you to the staff, as a solo traveller I was quite nervous but I felt so safe. Check in was smooth and friendly. The hotel is clean, stylish and smart. You need your room key to use the lifts so I felt so safe going to my room. I stayed in a double room and it was so spacious! Everything was tidy and well placed. Even though there was a fun fair on the next street it didn’t really bother me when I shut the window. It was my first time staying in an apart-hotel and I would definitely recommend! I didn’t know that having ice in the freezer and cutlery would make me so happy haha. I could chill my water and have a lovely meal in my room without having to fork out for a more expensive takeaway. I used the Tesco express down the street to get myself fresh food. The bathroom had a lovely heated towel Rail too so I had the warmest, fluffiest towel! Down in the lobby they have a Brita water filter, board games, extra kitchen equipment and food and drink. Will certainly return if I ever visit Glasgow again!

The lighting in the whole building is very subtle. Nice and relaxing music and atmosphere. Only one hand and bath towel in the bathroom and, although there were more in the bottom of the bed, we were unaware of where to find these until we checked out. I was in the shower before I realised there wasn’t a second towel and it was too late to phone reception. Booking had 2 names for the room so we would have expected adequate towels in the bathroom or visible in the room rather than under the bed.

Semua kemudahan berjalan lancar sehingga pagi. Penghawa dingin di dalam bilik boleh dilaraskan oleh kakitangan hotel. Lebih-lebih lagi, terdapat bar yang selesa di tingkat atas, yang anda boleh mendapatkan air panas dan makanan. Saya ingin menempahnya semula.
