Hotel Petit Brussel

Very service, room are amesing. Th beach is wonder but be careful not to swim. I like the diner as weel as the warming ambiance. During the daytime, there were three cow and custommer have to opportunity to ride them.

Rundown, virtually empty, 40 mins from Lome, the only redeeming quality of this awful hotel is the view from the rooms which overlook the sea. If you don’t speak French then don’t even go near this place as you will be treated with even more disgust. The place is falling apart outside, the chairs dirty and broken, the beach full of rubbish with a dangerous undertow and no swimming. The food is on par with New York city prices in a place like Togo, and the selection is very limited. There is a supermarket 6 mins walk from the hotel, and a pizza place 2 mins walk so save paying their inflated prices. Breakfast selection is very limited and the food area was swarming with ants and bugs all over the wall. The rooms are spacious but with no soundproofing; the beds are quite comfortable but you are only allowed one key card per room which also controls the relatively weak air conditioning. You have to beg for towels (and replacement toilet paper)- we were given 2 bath towels and one hand towel for our stay and told they would not be changed as they were not dirty. You get one teabag in the room! On a Saturday we had the balcony above our room fixed, hammered and re plastered for 5 hours; we had an air conditioning unit opposite our room replaced; and the entire hotel had to listen to the noise of 2 chaps smashing down one area by reception with hammers. No amount of complaining to various members of staff and management did any good – they just s****** at you and say “we are doing our best”. They just don’t care – in travelling to over 100 countries we have never met more rude, surly and useless staff. Only 2 staff members that tried to help are David and Anna, the rest are a total disgrace to any place trying to call itself a hotel. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like Covid.

A fantastic hotel right on the beach! The front desk employees are so friendly. Emanuel and Paolo were great drivers that showed me the city. My room was so nice and had a view of the ocean. The restaurant had great food and you could eat by the ocean and listen to live music.

The staff was great. Reception was great, Elias was tremendous. The drivers Adam and Paulo were fantastic. The shuttle driver, Emmanuel was very very good. My room was so clean and cozy. I liked the kitchen staff, my poisson, frites, and chocolate crepes were so good. And I loved sitting out on the beach. The music at night was great too. Everyone was so friendly. When I come back to Lomè, I am staying here for sure.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful spacious rooms. I got a sea facing room and I truly enjoyed the view. The service from the reception was very good and I enjoyed my solo vacation in this hotel. Breakfast can be improved but other meals were good. This was my first visit to the country and I'm glad I chose to stay in this hotel. Happy to visit the hotel again.

We were there for 8 days. I booked this hotel as it was by the beach and away from Lomé but not too far about 20 mins to the town center. It was a nice experience as we also mixed with local people rather being with only tourists. It was a nice and big room facing the sea. The hotel was pleasant with a nice architecture. They kept the African spirit in this hotel. That's what I like the most. The food was good and they changed the menu regularly. The staffs were second to none, very smiling, always there to help, genuine don't change anything! Hopefully see you again next year. Michael

This was an excellent experience across the board which has fulfilled my expectations and leave me wanting to go back for more. Fabulous location superbly maintained accommodation and surrounding with sea views backing onto the beach-a hidden gem that could be easily missed as a passer-by. I truly loved the creative artefacts with their Afro vibes expressions which are placed in and around the hotel. Praise to the management team who have undoubtedly created a welcoming, homely ambience not to mention the staff who have fulfilled their caring duties effortlessly-second to none in my view. Big up praise to Anna and her team at the restaurant bar.

Beautiful beach front property. Private and clean beach. We didn't get a chance to utilize pool but it was cute. Food and bar and staff were great. Our rooms were upgraded so that was an added bonus (hot showers if u kno then u kno). Only problem was construction goig on in the morning. However HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel

The rooms were just new and everything was perfect. The room service is fabulous l. The prices are a way expensive compared to any other hotel in the whole country. Food menu is limited. If you are searching for a calm romantic night by the ocean and willing to pay extra a money, so the hotel deserves a try
