Nice and clean. Really convenient location

Kahvaltı çok iyiydi çalışanlar ***et ilgiliydi cok memnun kaldık. Havuzu cok guzeldi ancak sauna kullanımı için ekstra 20 euroyu fazla buldum.

我很滿意，酒店乾淨温暖，游泳池水也很暖和，是石頭砌成，前台服務人員熱心周到，樓上餐廳的伙食很好，種類也很多，很滿意！

Los dos primeros días tuvimos serios problemas de suministro de luz y agua en el hotel, con lo que ello conlleva (sin wifi, sin luz, sin agua caliente, sin agua…) pero, tras denunciarlo a Trip, no nos ofrecen una compensación o cambio de alojamiento… El resto de días ya no hubo problemas y todo fue correcto.

Eşim ve 10 aylık bebeğimizle kış tatilimiz için tercih ettik burayı... Taş odalar ***et rahat ve yeterli. Bebeğimiz olduğu için ve kış ayı olduğu için ısı konusunda korkularımız vardı fakat bebekle de ***et rahat ettik :) Kahvaltı büfesi ***et güzel ve yeterli. Odaların ve diğer tüm alanların temizliği güzel. Tüm personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever... Özellikle rezervasyonumuzun başından sonuna kadar her konuda bize yardımcı olan Onur Beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Daha gelmeden bölgeyle ilgili sorularımıza bile sabır ve güleryüzle cevap verdi :) Herşey için teşekkür ederiz :)

The hotel iš very cosy and authentic, in a good location. O the top there is a beautiful terrace and rich breakfast. Administrator Ela was exreemly helpful to organised our stay, offered lovely restaurants and helped to book a fantastic hot air balionu trip!

Its a good Hotel to stay with family, and they have a good hospitality as well, we had booked for our family and stayed for 2 nights and did the whole Cappadocia from here, they have a good pool and beautiful rooms to stay in. Caves themed hotels.

We spend 3 beautiful days in heybe hotel. To start, the guys at the reception are very friendly and are always at your disposal with whatever you need, the cleaning was 10/10, they cleaned our room very well every day and they left us tea, coffee and water every day. The Turkish breakfast was really incredible and delicious, every day there were different delicious things to try but what I liked the most was the Turkish tea, there is also honey, yogurt, fruits, cheese, and everything is fresh. The terrace was a dream come true, where you could see the balloons fly every morning. The pool is another dream, the architecture and decoration are from another planet😍. We will definitely return, we fell in love with the heybehotel in Göreme. 🇹🇷❤️ Gisela & Wesley

The hotel is in perfect location, it is close to every main attraction in Göreme. Friendly service and crew, they speak English very well. Whenever you need support, they always help. It was definitely the best experience for me and my husband in Cappadocia. Hygiene standards are also really high. The breakfast was like in 5 star hotels. Definitely we will come back here again!

We did not stay here but went to the Hamam for a Turkish bath and massage. What a fantastic experience! Dewi and Ansel took great care of my wife and me. They were amazing and put us at ease as soon as we entered. I had never had an experience like this and so glad that we did. Left us feeling squeaky clean and completely serene. Hope to come back again!
