I had an incredible experience at Sultan Cave Suites during my recent stay. From the moment we landed, the hotel provided a free ride from the airport to the hotel, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond, with a special shout-out to a wonderfully helpful team member who assisted me with my heavy luggage, proving that strength comes in all forms. What truly impressed me was the staff's local knowledge. Despite being a petite individual, one staff member knew the area like the back of her hand. She not only recommended fantastic nearby markets and restaurants but also guided us to a hidden gem for a delightful breakfast experience. Late check-in wasn't an issue at all. The staff graciously helped us order food during the night, ensuring we didn't go to bed hungry. The hotel's strategic location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our transit stay. The next morning, they provided a reasonably priced shuttle service to ensure we caught our flight on time, completing the seamless experience. I also have to mention the delightful night staff member who was not only cute but also warm and friendly. Her willingness to share local insights added a personal touch to our stay. In summary, Sultan Cave Suites is a gem for transit flight stays. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and will undoubtedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Hotel vastly exceeded my expectations. 5 min walk to restaurants and shops, plenty to go at. I can’t understand why the rating isn’t 9+! Hotel spotless, rooms refreshed everyday, regardless of how many days you stay. Rooms are full of character and charm, plenty of hot water. Breakfast is huge, you can eat in dining room, out in the courtyard or by the gorgeous pool whilst looking up at the views. Best part ? The wonderful staff, who literally can’t do enough for you. I had early dawn flight and out of nowhere came coffee, juice and a breakfast sandwich, such kindness. Highly recommend this lovely, calm and authentic hotel. Enjoy 😀

We liked our stay in Osmali. The staff was really helpful and nice. The room was great, spacious and clean. They also offer a buffet breakfast with many options. Their restaurant is on the rooftop, so you can enjoy breakfast while watching the ballon. Bonus: If you like dogs, three cute and chill dogs belong to this property that you can pet.

Amazing great hotel, surprised to find out that there’s no air conditioning because the rooms are literally in the cave structure they stay comfortable during summer! the rooms were clean and so special, the breakfast was the most delicious I ever had in the entire trip in Turkey after staying in 4 different hotels, no big selection like big hotel but the taste are good. 👍🏻 I got 3 rooms and we occupy the entire floor since it’s small hotel, there are Lounge chairs and even a swing outside our rooms. It’s very private and quiet. The location is on top of steep road but even my 80 year old parents could walk up if they do it really slowly. 5 mins walk down the main street are many restaurants and shops so we don’t have to get any taxis. The hotel staff will help you book everything you need, we got our jeep safari and green tour through them. In the morning you can see balloons from your terrace . During the green tour, our guide Huseyin is the most funny, helpful and knowledgeable guide we had in turkey too. Both him and his driver Heli took care of my elderly parents really well. When my parents were not able to visit the attractions during the green tour due to mobility. They will make sure they have a place to sit and drink. I was worried about them following us on the tour but it turns out amazing. Heli got a smalll gift set for my parents to show respect for them. Un posto meraviglioso, disponibilità, competenza, ottimo per visitare Goreme e la Cappadocia. Camera spaziosa e pulita, doccia confortevole, personale disponibile e sorridente. Una speciale menzione per il ragazzo persiano, sempre presente e pronto a risolvere i piccoli problemi quotidiani. La consiglio.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Shoestring Cave Hotel in Cappadocia! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. My flight was delayed by several hours, but Omid went above and beyond to make sure I got to the hotel safely. He reassured me during the whole process and was incredibly kind when I finally arrived late at night. Knowing I hadn’t eaten in hours, he showed me where I could get food and shared so much useful information about Cappadocia—his help really made my trip stress-free. Another standout was Yalçın. After my incredible balloon ride, he was so helpful and even offered to take photos of me on the hotel’s rooftop. As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have captured those beautiful moments without his help! He was so kind and even introduced me to his adorable cat, which added a warm, personal touch to the experience. The hotel itself was stunning. My room was comfortable and beautifully designed, the facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was just superb—such a vast selection of hot and cold food, along with various juices to choose from. Every part of my stay exceeded expectations. I 100% recommend Shoestring Cave Hotel, especially for solo travelers. The staff really go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable!

Eşim ve 10 aylık bebeğimizle kış tatilimiz için tercih ettik burayı... Taş odalar ***et rahat ve yeterli. Bebeğimiz olduğu için ve kış ayı olduğu için ısı konusunda korkularımız vardı fakat bebekle de ***et rahat ettik :) Kahvaltı büfesi ***et güzel ve yeterli. Odaların ve diğer tüm alanların temizliği güzel. Tüm personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever... Özellikle rezervasyonumuzun başından sonuna kadar her konuda bize yardımcı olan Onur Beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Daha gelmeden bölgeyle ilgili sorularımıza bile sabır ve güleryüzle cevap verdi :) Herşey için teşekkür ederiz :)

What a wonderful experience at this lovely family run hotel. The service is exceptional, the staff cannot do enough for you and every request is catered for. The rooms are clean and comfortable, just what you need after your day out. The staff are able to get you better deals for trips out than the ones on offer. The views are second to none! Oh and the breakfast is amazing on the terrace! Can’t recommend it enough!

We came jn december 2023 me and my turkish partner.. the hotel was amazing,they looked after us much and the food was out of this world with so much choice. We would recommed to stay here as,the rooms are perfect etc in the caves and the breakast made anything we wanted to eat was so much choice...the lady at the breakfast did any food we wanted. This hotel is the best and really went above and beyond

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was strategic and convenient. Will definitely stay again with the hotel if revisiting cappadocia.
