Great hotel and special shout out to the front of house Manuel 👍. Manuel was so friendly and so professional, he provided excellent recommendations for food, and even ordered taxis for us and even communicated with the driver. Hotel is clean and a fantastic location for a visit to the alahambra. Comfey beds, fantastic showers, and the staff all help to make this a brilliant place to stay Great city to visit, very hilly so be prepared for calf burning hills, not a place for flip flops

Ótima experiência de hospedagem. Apesar de ser distante do centro, não encontramos problemas para nos locomover de ônibus. O ponto é muito perto do hotel. Estávamos de carro alugado mas sabíamos da dificuldade de estacionar ao longo dos passeios. A tarifa do estacionamento do hotel é bastante alta. 15€ por noite. O quarto é mega confortável e limpo. Ótimo banheiro. Café da manhã bem bom! Só um detalhe nos incomodou demais: A maneira barulhenta e pouco conviniente como os atendentes do salão do café da manhã se comportam. É uma barulheira sem tamanho. Batem as louças e talheres , falam alto demais entre eles. Quase insuportável o barulho que fazem. Fora isso, ótima experiência!

I extended my stay at the hotel because there were issues with my booking at another hotel. The second stay was better than the first one and there were no visible stains. The hotel is located next to the Alhambra and it's an uphill walk if traveling from the city centre to the hotel on foot.

Perfectly located in the middle of the old town. Close to everything you want to see or eat in Granada. We felt living in the history for 2 days. The family room is great for a family of 4. Book early, as it could be very popular and booked out in peak season. The staff is super friendly

Visite el alojamiento con mi pareja y no hay una sola cosa negativa que pueda decir. Jairo fue desde el primer momento ENCANTADOR con nosotros. Nos dio un zumo de frutas de bienvenida, nos explicó cómo ir a la Alhambra y nos indicó lugares de interés turístico. Nos informo a la perfección del procedimiento del desayuno y hasta nos propuso un cambio de habitación a una mejor que nos acabó encantando. Se ofreció a subirnos las maletas y estuvo en todo momento con una sonrisa en el rostro. Al irnos del hotel nos dio una botellita de agua para el viaje. Respecto al alojamiento el detalle, cuidado y mimo con el que está decorada cada estancia es sublime. La terraza ofrece unas buenas vistas. La ubicación es buena pero, recalco una vez más lo mejor es el trato del personal, sobretodo Jairo y ¿Fran era el otro chico? Da gusto encontr**** con un personal que te haga sentir tan agusto y cuidado. Si algún día vuelvo a Granada ya sé dónde alojarme. GRACIAS

We loved staying here. So much character in the rooms and the atriums and reception area- an excellent conversion of a historic building to a hotel. We took a walking tapas tour and it was one of the stops! Our room and bathroom both very nice. A frig minibar in our room we used for our water bottles. Our room was not served by the elevator - but this was not a problem for us. The Wi-Fi was spotty but staff helpful in getting connected. Breakfast was good and coffee was via a coffee pod machine. The breakfast room was crowded at times, but able to wait in the pleasant atrium. We loved traversing the alleyways, just a few steps for views of the Alhambra - and a maybe 20 minute uphill walk to visit. (Taxis inexpensive and this is an option to get to the Alhambra also). Staff pleasant and helpful with recommendations and directions. The Plaza Nueva very close and easy to catch a taxi here.

Vakantiediscounter brengt ons in dit hotel. Wat onhandig gelegen hotel dat alleen via de achterkant te bereiken is. De ingang ligt aan een groot plein, ontoegankelijk voor auto’s. We lazen dat er beperkte parkeermogelijkheden zijn bij het hotel zelf en de parkeerplaatsen kosten 24 euro per nacht. Voor een of twee nachten is dit geen probleem, maar we verblijven 11 dagen dus we kozen ervoor om de nabij gelegen te gebruiken. Om daar vervolgens te komen is ern hell of a job. Granada blinkt niet uit in autovriendelijkheid. Uiteindelijk lukt het en voor € 80,- zijn we klaar. Het hotel oogt verzorgt en redelijk modern. Personeel is vriendelijk, kamers mooi en schoon. Koffie en thee op de kamer wordt iedere dag aangevuld. We krijgen bon voor spa. Deze moeten we nog benutten. We hebben alleen logies, maar de cafetaria bij het hotel ziet er leuk uit en de prijs van de consumpties is redelijk. Het hotel ligt op een te behappen loopafstand van het centrum. Met 20 minuten sta je bij de kathedraal. Voor het openbaar vervoer moet je eerst het grote plein voor het hotel oversteken.

A causa della nostra esperienza della prima notte non posso assolutamente dare piu' di 3. Vi racconto: arriviamo alle ore 14 e la ragazza delle pulizie era ancora intenta a pulire il ns mini appartamento al primo piano. Molto piccolo ma puo' anche andar bene tanto noi non mangeremo mai, ma un po troppo buio, c''e una zona finestra vista strada altezza occhi, quindi non si puo' tenere aperta, ma pazienza quello che rimango basita e' l'odore. La ragazza dice che i precedenti clienti hanno fumato. Mahh a me non sembra molto odore di fumo, ma siccome non siamo di grosse pretese, lasciamo gli zaini, loro ci consigliano di lasciare aperto e far girare l'aria. Rientriamo alle 23. l 'odore non e' andato via, e assolutamente non c'è neanche un miglioramento cosa che doveva accadere se fosse fumo, ma piu stiamo dentro piu mi rendo conto che l odore e' di umidita' quindi non andra' mai via. Mi sento leggermente presa in giro ma con calma vado dall host che gentilissimo mi dice che fino a domani mattina purtroppo non ha una camera da darci. Allora abbiamo dormito li dentro perche oramai a mezzanotte era difficile andar via ma e' stata una sofferenza atroce. Mi ha dato molto fastidio la presa in giro. Loro sapevano benissimo e quindi cosa pensavano che fossimo degli stupidi??? Posso immaginare che fosse anche un problema recente, ma tu quella stanza non me la dai visto che ho anche una bambina di 8 anni! ma scherziamo. La mattina alle 8 siamo gia alzati con i bagagli in macchina in attesa del cambio appartamento che ci viene poi prontamente dato. Sotto questo punto di vista nulla da dire hanno fatto il massimo, ma io ci sono rimasta male solo per il fatto che ci abbiamo provato perche cmq lo sapevano, sono stati loro subito a dirmi dell odore e subito loro a dirmi che la mattina mi davano il cambio. Se fossero stati piu' corretti mi dovevano trovare una soluzione sin da subito! Veramente uno schifo star li una notte. Ripeto carini hanno fatto quello che potevano vero, ma avrebbero potuto a mio avviso fare di piu'. a parte questo devo dire che il secondo appartamento mansardato davvero carino a mio avviso un po piccolo perche quello sarebbe stato per 4, ma aiuto in 4 non ci si muoveva, hanno veramente studiato le misure al centimetro e mettono la cucina tanto per, non c'e' spazio per muoversi e mangiare. Quindi se prenotate in questa location considerate gli appartamenti piccoli A parte questo è situato comodo a 10 minuti dal centro e a 10 dall alhambra, Noi ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi. Per il parcheggio noi abbiamo trovato nella via, ma i parcheggi free sono davvero pochissimi e noi abbiamo avuto molta fortuna ma siamo ancora a giugno con pochi turisti.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

Hotel en cuarta planta de edifico buena ubicación. La primera habitación tenía mal olor en baño y nos metieron al lado a una familia de incivicos que nos dejó sin dormir. La recepción está de 8 a 22. Al día siguiente se nos estropeó el aire y pedimos cambio de habitación por los malos vecinos que teníamos. Nos cambiaron sin problemas y con mucha amabilidad. No hay mini frigo. Buena ubicación. A grandes rasgos no está mal por el precio.
