Comfortable, clean, friendly service. The staff was accommodating to make sure we got the type and location of room we desired. Breakfast was ready on time, was fresh and flavorful. Room and bathroom were cleaned each day. Location is close to restaurant

We stayed at this hotel during a baseball tournament that we had to play in. Check in desk was friendly, but very very slow. We were given our room key and told that our door handle is funky and you have to hold the handle a certain way for it to open. Had difficulties with it even after doing what was instructed to do. Upon walking into the room we were overcome by the smell of stale cigarette/musty/ moldy air. The room was set at 75 which is warm when it’s 90 outside. As I did my routine check of the room and started wiping down all the hard surfaces I thought we would touch. My Clorox wipes were filthy from the remote, phone, door handle and tables. The bathroom was also very disgusting. The underside of the toilet seat was stained with urine and whatever else it was, shower didn’t drain and we had to stand in a foot of water while showering. Bathroom sink sprayed water out of the handle when it was turned on. There were gross splatters of I don’t even know what on several walls in the room, I also checked the air unit bc it smelled so moldy and the filters looked like they had never been cleaned. Checked the beds for bed bugs- there were no bugs, but stains on the mattress which was so disgusting. Nasty hair and food crumbs at the headboard between the mattress and box spring. I have never been so excited to check out of a hotel before. Place is DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. Anyone that leaves a review other than that is lying and I want to know what they got paid to leave a review. We had several families with similar things in their rooms so I’m sure it wasn’t a one room thing.

Stayed one night. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast had nice variety of food including some hot options. Need to work on pool area. Water very cold and hot tub boarded up. Appears to have improved from previous reviews.

Ignore the historical ratings. Clearly new owners in place. This hotel for many years was a Jewell. I arrived and was shocked when I drove up. Looking dilapidated. Exterior landscaping is ignored now. Parking lot has **** n grass Signs leaning over. Zero trimming. Bldg looks awful. Pool area is disgusting, unheated with mold and rot everywhere. The interior room shows lots of signs of deferred maintenance and a loose toilet and non working tub. Hot food is reheated from day before breakfast. These new owners are running the place down. There were bugs all over my room. The food was gross and hard and rubbery even the cereal was stale. The pool was too gross to go in. It had bugs and band aides floating in the water along with being over all in the pool area. The pool water had some kind of small particles floating all throughout it and the staff talked about how a person ate to much and then went swimming and threw up in the water. And the pillows were thinner then a piece of paper. I don't think they ever cleaned the water out. I will never go back to this hotel

Pool was ice cold, paint chips were floating everywhere, pretty sure the filtration system wasn't being used, and spiders swimming on top of the water. Broken and moldy fridge. Someone's used bath rag left that housekeeping missed. Every time I walked into my room it had a terrible smell. There was a dead spider killed on the wall that wasn't cleaned off from any previous stayer.

We try to help some of the smaller hotels and spend some time out of the downtown hotels when on business. When we looked in the website the price was close to 90 an hour later we decided to go ahead and stay was close enough to be able to make the plans work. Got on and made reservations when we arrived at the hotel the price had gone from 90 to 165 dollars for a small town hole in the wall. The place was small dirty run down and rude staff and management. When we asked about the change in prices and how much the difference was from what we had seen on line , told us they would not help in anyway and that the Mother company Wyndham. They had no time to explain or take care of anything but taking our money at twice the price listed online Stay clear of these people and their musty disgusting hotel Shame on the mess

First of all, the room was just fine and most of the staff was friendly. We asked if our grandkids could come swim the next day and was told it would not be a problem. The trouble was, that the manager charged our credit card $70 while they were swimming. He said he made the rules and could charge us. It was a bad ending to a fun day and we will not be going back to this location again. AmericInn has never said no to us having grandkids join us at the pool So, just beware if you are planning to have guests.

This hotel was outdated, my room smelled of pet urine, and when I reported it to the owner, his response was, "Oh, someone with a pet must have stayed in that room." Very stingy with the pool towels, and the towels had to be checked out at the front desk with a room number.
