We had a wonderful stay at the Anantara Guiyang. The facilities are gorgeous and the service was outstanding. We were there on a Monday and it was really quiet -- the hotel seemed pretty empty-- so not all of the facilities were open, for example the lobby bar was closed. But the staff went out of their way to ensure we were fed and happy. I think they kept the restaurant open just for us, it seemed. At the front desk, 小苹果 (who goes by ”Apple”) was outstanding. She made sure every element of our visit was good and that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend staying here and at other Anantara resorts, they do a great job.

The staff were helpful with check-ins and extending stays. The general location is sort convenient to the lively areas of the city and in very close facility to the bars and night life. Taxis from here are a great price getting to tourist attractions.

從辦理入住開始，就感受到了酒店服務的熱情與專業。前台工作人員微笑着迎接我們，快速高效地為我們辦理手續，還耐心地解答各種問題，讓人倍感親切。在整個住宿期間，無論是客房服務還是餐廳服務，都堪稱一流。客房服務響應迅速，每次提出需求都能在極短的時間內得到滿足。餐廳的服務員也非常熱情，菜品都很美味，而且對客人的特殊要求也能盡力滿足。酒店的前台十分出色，主動為我們提供行李搬運和出行建議等服務，讓我們的出行更加便捷。 酒店的衞生狀況無可挑剔。一進入房間，就能感受到清新整潔的氛圍。床鋪乾淨舒適，床單被罩一塵不染。衞生間也非常乾淨，沒有任何異味，各種設施都擦拭得光亮如新。公共區域同樣保持着極高的衞生標準，無論是大堂、走廊還是電梯，都讓人感覺十分舒適。可以看出，酒店在衞生方面下足了功夫，讓客人能夠安心入住。 酒店的設施非常完善。房間內的設施齊全 酒店的環境十分優美。外觀設計獨具特色，給人留下深刻的印象。內部裝修風格時尚大氣，營造出了舒適優雅的氛圍。在這裏，你可以遠離喧囂，享受寧靜與舒適。 酒店在服務、衞生、設施和環境等方面都表現出色，是一家非常值得推薦的酒店。下次有機會，我一定會再次選擇這裏入住。

一開始看到這個酒店的時候，就被酒店的裝修風格吸引，抱着試一試的態度在網上下單了。一入住就發現很符合我的預期，設施設備都很新，讓我眼前一亮。酒店還有免費早餐和免費停車，雖然我用不到停車，但還是覺得酒店非常人性化，還贈送延時退房，真的很適合我這種起床困難户。

新酒店設施服務都很好。 早餐菜品豐富，牛肉麪好吃😋 五分好評給30號晚班的保安大哥，我在前台跟他要兩瓶礦泉水，大哥反問我：兩瓶夠嗎？直接給我四瓶！一個小細節讓我入住愉快。

真是一个很愉快嘅旅程，前台服务员很礼貌，我们遇到困难都会帮手，因我们是香港来的，一些电话沟通听得比较困难，服务员都帮我们，还提出一些建议，帮我们解决问题。 酒店地點很方便，附近有大商場，有很多餐廳，還有觀山湖公園，早上去行下都好舒服
