Hotel Perth dengan Gim

We stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star. When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store. Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day. The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark. The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :( On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased. The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive. Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu. The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips. Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. As it's a new hotel, everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and the overall environment felt fresh and comfortable.

Location is strategic. Check in is alright. Room is clean when we arrived but amenities are not prepared even after I emailed the front desk twice what we needed (toothbrush, earbuds, extra pillows) before arrival. Knowing there is no amenities available in the room, therefore I emailed the front desk in advance so we do not have to waste time upon arrival. Wanna from the clean team did her job well. Arranged the amenities for us after few days. Pillows are abit soft for us even the firm type. No support on our necks. Thus our neck sore every morning. Water pressure is low. Wash basin and shower too.

Stayed here for several nights during my work trip and had an excellent experience throughout. The hotel is in a fantastic location in Northbridge, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the Perth CBD. It was also very convenient for exploring popular attractions around Perth. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and good amenities. Housekeeping maintained the room well during my stay. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful whenever assistance was needed. One of the highlights of this hotel is the location. It is surrounded by plenty of dining options and provides easy access to public transport. The hotel also offers great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work or sightseeing. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge exceeded my expectations. Excellent service, great facilities, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Perth.

M husband and I stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary and have had the best time! We got a bottle of sparkling wine once we had settled into our room. The bed is very comfortable, we love the slippers and the room service came quicker than we expected and was delicious with a generous serving. The buffet breakfast was included in the deal we got and was incredible! A highlight for me was the fresh fruit/ veggie juice we could make for ourselves!! The pastries were delectable and the fresh baked sourdough was still warm!! 😍 We will be staying here again and longer next time!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Oaks Perth Hotel, and the biggest highlight was definitely the location. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to Perth Underground Station, which connects directly to Perth Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and travel to places like Fremantle and beyond. The hotel is also within walking distance of plenty of shopping, including Kmart, Woolworths, Sephora, and many other stores, so everything we needed was close by. As Muslim travellers, we also appreciated that there was a Malaysian restaurant serving halal food just a short walk away, along with several other halal dining options nearby. The room itself was comfortable, although it is a little dated. It was spacious enough for our family, and the largest room could comfortably accommodate up to six adults with one main bed and two sofa beds. The kids especially loved having their own little space in front of the TV. The pillows were very comfortable, and while our booking didn’t include housekeeping, it wasn’t an issue since we were only staying for a few days. My only suggestions for improvement would be to provide a sponge holder in the kitchenette and a little more dishwashing liquid, as only two small packets were provided. We also noticed that a few of the pots and some dishware still had stains on them, so a little more attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils would make the stay even better. I didn’t manage to take many photos during our stay (just this one!), but I can say that the hotel’s listing photos are an accurate representation of the rooms. What you see is truly what you get, which we really appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The unbeatable location made getting around Perth so easy, and we’d definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Perfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark. We did not have any meals at the hotel. What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying. I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA. Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

Room was spacious and quiet with all amenities. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Check in and out was smooth. Plenty of drinks were available in fridge to help yourself.

I really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

Location was fantastic. Walkable to everything. Parking at cop terrace was cheap and accessible. Some night staff weren't friendly. But some in the mornings and day were very helpful and friendly. Room cleaning done everyday on time but very very average. No bidet in toilets could be improved. Otherwise the walls are also terribly sound proofed. Every conversation in the next room can be heard.
