I recently stayed at ibis in Jerusalem and had an exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the hotel's exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel like a valued guest. I would highly recommend ibis to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Jerusalem. I can't wait to return!

Отель для этого скучного для туриста города расположен идеально, шикарный вид на бухту, парк рядом. Ужасная шумоизодяция, Шабатной ночью сосед устроил нам вечеринку с танцами и песнями. Отчетливо слышали каждое его слово. Завтраки шикарные. Сам город Хайфа неинтересный и скучный, смотреть в нет нечего, гулять негде.

I traveled solo to Israel and stayed in hotel for 3 nights. Check-in was smooth. Room was ready. Clean. Fresh. Nice. It was my second time staying at this hotel and will go back again if I need to in the future. Highly recommend.

The location was close to the old city of Jerusalem, walking distance to the Jaffa Gate. The facility itself is beautiful inside and out. The pool is exceptional and the breakfast left nothing to be desired.

The sanitary environment is still pretty good, but the room is slightly small, which leads to the double beds being combined together; the check-in / out are very fast, I solved it in two minutes, the bathroom has a bathtub, but there is no toothbrush, Toothpaste, so you need to bring your own; The hotel is relatively close to the ancient city, commercial streets and other famous attractions, the location is relatively good; 50 thanks for breakfast, is a typical Middle Eastern style, may not be used to eating. In short, overall is good.

Great hotel experience! Clean, comfortable rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Great location. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Nice lobby with coffee and tea all the time, was a great place to talk to other guests from all around the world. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor - which I cleaned up. All in all it was fine. But - it was almost impossible to find. I went to the address - and I don't see a thing that resembled a hotel. It turns out, you need to walk through a rusty gate and down a flight of stairs (below street level). It occupies just a small space all on one level. If a lady from the hotel hadn't seen me on the street looking confused, I'd have never have found it.

Decent hotel considering the price and location. current renovations are beong carried out so some noise but we weren't able to stay in the newly renovated room unless we paid more. Very helpful and friendly reception and let us check in early which helped alot!
