One night stop. Shuttle from AMS the first irritant…not at all clear how to find it. Called and gave me directions and said I could also take NH shuttle. I spotted it and the grumpy driver acted as if another Moxy guest and I were crazy for wanting to get on his shuttle. After we told him hotel told us that, he allowed us on through puff of smoke from his cigarette. (He did assist w/ bags). BTW, shuttle is free coming but you must pay to get back. I know London has the hoppa but I expect to pay for that. I was glad to see they had food and we’ll stocked bar but concept is not working. The front desk, bar and food ordering all in one. The three attendants doing all they can but service was slow slow slow. Room very nice but few frills…no coffee, tea, ice bucket etc. Will look for something else next pass through AMS

Would stay here again if you are flying out the next morning or something. Really nice stay despite it being Ibis budget. Breakfast was tasty as well.

I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The negative parts of the experience was the poor selection of the breakfast especially for the price, and the bar closed an hour early despite the hotel information stating it is open until 1am. The positives however, were that it was a good price for the location, great link to the city, very friendly staff, clean and the room was very comfortable. I would stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE, there are many reasons this hotel is terrible, such as stains on towels and sheets and very thin walls (you can hear EVERYTHING). But the main reason is that when we showered our hotel room flooded, I had a shower late at night and there was abit of water on the bathroom floor as it was around 2 am in the morning I left it then my friend had a shower in the morning and the whole floor flooded getting all are stuff on the floor wet. 5 mins after my friend got out the shower the staff stormed in to our room and started shouting at us. We trued to explain to them what happened and they just didn’t listen. Then they told us to leave so they could clean so we did, about an hour later they called us and told us to get our stuff and leave (they were kicking us out) even though we still had another night we paid for. They still haven’t given us our money. We will be taking this further as what they’ve done is illegal. Trust me don’t not stay here unless you want rude staff and horrible conditions. Also it’s a 2 hour and 30 minute walk to the town centre and a 30 minute walk to the closest bus stop.

Great interior Very poor and bad communication regarding to how they deal with complaints. Amateurish room service service and digital set up Waited two hours on a night pizza that did not arrived because it seems they had no “chef” available that could heat up the night snack? Breakfast room service also taken care of in a way like this is being an assignment of grade 1 of the hospitality school.

Kamers waren erg schoon, wat voor mij het belangrijkste is. Zwembad en sauna zijn goed verzorgd. Shuttle naar het hotel is fijn en gratis, echter van het Hotel naar de luchthaven betaal je wel een vergoeding van 5 euro. Ik nam zelf de bus die je om de hoek kan vinden max 5 min lopen, vanuit daar kan je via station noord alle kanten op. Zo was ik binnen 20 min op schiphol oost van waar ik moest zijn. Je krijgt tevens een 5 euro voucher als je een dag niet laat schoonmaken vond ik erg handig. Wat ik wel jammer vond is dat er geen koelkast in de kamer was. Ik heb een beetje slim gedaan en de producten die ik had tussen de ramen gezet omdat het buiten tussen de 0 en 5 graden was bleven mijn producten nog goed vers. Meerdere supermarkten op 10 min loopafstand. Elke dag een wekker laten zetten door het hotel waarbij er 2 van de 3x werd gebeld. Erg fijn in de ochtend. Maar ik zou niet nogmaals naar dit hotel terugkomen. Hoewel de bus op ong 5 min loopafstand is had ik zelf liever een hotel dichterbij schiphol oost. Maar dat was mijn eigen keuze natuurlijk.
