Ulasan Green Oriental Hotel (Haikou East High-speed Railway Station)

Hotel is clean, close to the haikou east railway station and nearby wu yue shopping mall. Its convenient if you want to go the airport the next day or other hainan province. Hotel is value for money

Excellent location, just opposite the Haikou East Railway Station and surrounded by eating places. The popular Wuyue Shopping Mall is just a kilometre away so you can either walk or take a short cab ride there.

Near by a few shopping mall and the old street. Convenient to set off from the Haikou east station to other cities like Santa, Wenchang ….

Convenient location as its opposite haikoudong station, walking distance to hotel. Room is clean and comfortable bed, hotel even provided some local snacks for us! Thumbs up for this. There’s underpass walkway from station to hotel carpark but no proper signage to indicate and the walkway is dim. Not much food near the hotel, only few stalls which required some walking.

The hotel is within walking distance from Haikou East high-speed train station which is convenient especially on the day of departure as it is just 1 train station away from Meilan airport high-speed train station. But there is no shopping near the hotel. In the hotel room, toilet is next door to the bathroom (not together) and the basin is just outside the toilet and bathroom. The room is clean and the housekeeping team is efficient especially when we requested for additional bottled water, they were delivered to our room fast. Breakfast is decent.

Very nice hotel with very good breakfast. Just opposite the high speed rail station so very easy to go to airport which is 1 station away.

Clean hotel at a affordable price in a good location, conveniently across the train station. They also have a robot that delivers food to your door step.

糖果或餅乾:好吃 鑰匙扣:好看 衞生：不錯 環境：視野好，智能窗簾，光線好，房間也比較大，分區特別好，還有置物架 服務：很好，早餐也很美味 性價比挺高的，朋友幫定的，住了一晚覺得非常好又續住了一晚，對面是東站，不吵，交通方便。附近還有夜市可以吃宵夜

點外賣，外賣員電聯前台讓機器人送，等了好一會沒送到，還是自己催送要自己注意機器人有沒有到門口，客服經理説了機器人不會打電話，外賣是前台放的撒成這樣，我的訴求就是馬上喝可樂前台也沒有任何歉意，自行與商家協商還要我等待，自身也有問題最後讓商家承擔，還理直氣壯

酒店位置非常便捷，過馬路就是高鐵站。房間性價比超高，早餐也不錯，能夠滿足出差需求。外賣選擇很多，機器人送到房間。

2024.05.26晚入住 ，2024.5.27號 12時左右離店，開車離店時發現被一輛白色汽車堵我們汽車將近2小時 ，停車位沒有告知此處不能停車也沒有任何告示牌，並且汽車上沒有任何電話號碼 打了12345挪車電話 車主明確表示就是不想挪車 那是他們神舟車行的車位，我們作為酒店客人 找酒店前台解決 前台來一句不知道是誰的 請問這種服務導致我們時間和工作上的損失 酒店怎麼承擔？既然是酒店的公共場合 我們合理按規定停車發生這種事情 沒有人出來解決？這就是酒店的服務。
