設施：比較舊，但是該有的都有。用品比較好，符合4星水準。 衛生：很乾凈，每天打掃到位，生活用品補充到位。 環境：很漂亮很寧靜，中間有個庭院，比較私密。位於市區，出入方便，出去吃飯也方便。 服務：很好。前台和服務人員會英文。

Tôi gặp một vài khó khăn trong việc tìm mua đặc sản Hải Phòng về làm quà. 2 bạn lễ tân Hà My và Thanh Hằng đã nhiệt tình hỗ trợ, liên hệ, nhắn tin, bảo quản giúp tôi; giúp cho trải nghiệm của tôi tại khách sạn vui vẻ và tuyệt vời hơn. Đặc biệt hai bạn còn rất xinh xắn và tươi, chúc Khách Sạn chúng ta ngày càng thành công.

We were satisfied at check in from reception, bell boy & security who help us to open car'door and guide for parking, receptionists were so warm and kind, helping for luggages. We were very impresive with the room's space, all facility clean, good arrangement. My wife love the washing machine 😍😍😍 Everything here was perfect, thanks to service staffs full of supported requires & introduction of local cusine restaurants. The room's equipment would be perfect for a long stay family.

nhìn chung tổng thể thì khá hài lòng với dịch vụ ở đây: + thấy chất lượng bữa ăn sáng khá tốt, + hồ bơi thì siêu sang sịn mịn luôn + nhân viên thì khá nhiệt tình và thân thiện. + đi bộ ngắm cảnh cũng khá ư là ok đó, có chỗ câu cá giải trí

Recently rebranded as The Tray Hotel, its location was right in the city centre, which was conveniently to travel around. My assigned room was facing a small lake (or might be a canal) that was quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty, however, during my stay, it was temporarily relocated on the 8th floor without any notification.

This is a international chain hotel, but in local VN service standard: I stayed 4 nights, but always missing some supplements: towel, slipper, water... Not the major problem, but annoying... I like to stay in this hotel since the quality is good, but hope to improve the service for meet international standard.

In terms of décor and comfort, this was the loveliest boutique hotel we stayed in during our 25 days visiting Vietnam. We stayed 2 nights in a suite room which was like a studio apartment – very spacious with a separate living area. We ate dinner at The Bonne Vie restaurant on site which offered good variety of both Vietnamese and Western dishes on their menu and the food was very tasty. Staff were, at all times, efficient and friendly. Reception and Restaurant staff spoke very good English. I would highly recommend this hotel to our family, friends and work colleagues visiting Hai Phong.

Trước giờ tim khách sạn ưng ý rất khó . Nhưng từ bây giờ có lẽ đây là khách sạn Gia Đình mình sẽ dừng chân mỗi khi đến hải phòng hoặc mình về nước thường xuyên sẽ ghé đây . Khách sạn quá sạch . Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình . Đến cô lao công và bác bảo vệ còn nhiệt tình mà kkkk . Tầng 1 thì n*** cạnh là quán ăn cơm bình dân mà rất ngon và rất rẻ . Đồ ăn các quán thì n*** đó đi bộ mấy bước là rất nhiều . Thuận tiện gần sân bay lắm . Đi taxi ra sân bay có hơn 40k vnđ thôi . Nói chung là . 100 điểm cho khách sạn ạ . Giá cả lại cực kỳ rẻ nhưng chất lượng thì 5 sao lun ấy 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😇😇😇😇

Trung tâm nên rất tiện đi lại, bác bảo vệ rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình, lễ tân chu đáo. Tôi đã ở dsaay mỗi khi trở lại việt nam

This place is absolutely disgusting... Service is poor as it gets, Food is disgusting, no options, badly cooked, low quality. Shower in the room never works, other rooms have a bathtub but no shower so you need to take ”shower” siting or you can't wash your head (unless u are 1,50m like them) Staff is totally stupid and have no clue about a hotel management. Its just a joke! No English, no manners, no care about anything... Im 12 years in aviation, I can say this is the most horrible hotel I've ever been,,, not even cheap hotels in chine were so disgusting... Unfortunately its not my choice to stay in this place, I would never come back! This place should close and get out of hotel business..
