Nikko Haiphong is a newly opened hotel with nice facilities and rooms. Common areas lobby, restaurants are not very dynamic kind of ghost areas ( cold feeling ) as per location and maybe due to the fact it is a new property. Good price for value. Nikko group standards 👍

Amazing services and located right at the centre to mall or local reétaurants

I frequent 5 star hotels while on business travel. I am impressed with the amenities kit provided and range of pillows in the room. I had very good sleep. The japanese bath was also a bonus outside Japan.

Incredible service even though we arrived on ***** New Year’s Eve and it was a ghost town. The hotel still had a la cart dinner service and the staff were attentive and friendly. Room was comfortable and spacious with all most could need.

New hotel. Since I took bus to the hotel and move as a group. Not so much idea about the location.

We used Nikko Hai Phong for an overnight stay on the way to Cat Ba, and were very positively impressed with its facilities and service. The room was very well designed and equipped, and in perfect condition. The food in Japanese restaurant was of excellent taste and quality. The hotel helped us with transportation arrangements between Hanoi airport, Hai Phong and Cat Ba, and everything worked smoothly.

I realise something strange at Nikko Hai Phong. I requested for additional complimentary water. The hotel staff said its chargeable. We only give 2 × 300mls water per room/day. I informed them that so far all hotels I stay it's free, water is essential why a 5 star hotel need to charge for water.

I came back to Nikko because its excellent. Still, friendly staffs, good services, clean and neat, good location. Definitely will come back if travel to Haiphong, highly recommended.
