Lovely stay. Relaxed by the pool with stunning view & sipped on various delicious drinks. There’s a covered open bar area you can sit or banana lounge by pool. Room a decent size & had a bit of the glorious view . Breakfast was great! Is central location & staff friendly. 😊 Thank you.

On our final evening in Cat Ba, we wanted to find a high vantage point to watch the sunset. By chance, we discovered the Cat Ba Paradise Hotel and Sky Bar. Did it offer a great spot to witness a breathtaking sunset and enjoy a delicious meal with friendly staff? Absolutely. Cat Ba is currently rebuilding after Typhoon Yagi, and there is significant development happening around the harbor. As a result, the views from the Sky Bar are not quite what they once were. However, capturing the stunning sunset is still well worth it. Thank you, Cat Ba Paradise Hotel, for a wonderful evening.

Amazingly friendly staff. Extremely helpful without being pushy. We were on a budget, not group-tours, trip and they offered us great option to go on a small boat to visit the wonderful coast. Sweet, respectful and flexible. And location is just perfect if looking to be downtown.

Cat Ba Oasis Bungalows was exactly what we needed for our time in CatBa. Located right near the beach, there was good access to activities, food, drink, etc. Rooms were clean and had good A/C. Check-In / Out was easy. The hotel held our bags for us and helped us book a taxi to do some hiking. Breakfast had reasonable options. The pool was completely empty at night, very nice area to hang out.

For the price you pay this hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Located in Catba town it is just a short walk to the restaurants and bars at the front and about 20 minutes to Catco 3. The rooms are very clean, spacious and look almost new. The breakfast was also solid with a good enough range of choices.

Great hotel, seems quite recently renovated with nice comfortable rooms. The breakfast is good and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay in Cat Ba. They partner with the best tour companies in Cat Ba and ensure that your tours and transfers pick you up at their hotel. The rooftop restaurant is a nice spot to eat with tasty food Very enjoyable stay

After 5 years in Vietnam, this is by far the absolute best hotel we’ve experienced to the point that it’s our #1 wedding venue for the future. This property has the ability to transform the hospitality culture in Vietnam. If you are not used to being in VN yet, I ask you understand 5 star hotels are a different culture here and practice a little bit of patience. Please remember, this is an island that’s not convenient to travel to daily for work, so most of the employees are coming directly from the island, which makes it hard to find outstanding English speakers, but it seems they’re really starting to develop their staff. The food, incredible. I would suggest the filet mignon to everyone, and actually liked it more than the ribeye. The breakfast was a wide variety for slow season. The Spa was a wonderful experience. Breathtakingly beautiful views and properties, as well as the cleanest beach I’ve ever seen in Vietnam(it’s private!). 3 pools, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam Room all are free for guests. 3 bars, 2 restaurants (book Japanese early and place your order early. Traditional Japanese food takes time to prepare properly) My one piece of constructive criticism as one with experience in 4 diamond hotels is a sense of urgency. This again goes back to a 5 star experience in VN and other countries. While the staff were amazing, a few really stood out with their English skills and sense of urgency. Uyen, Tuan, Dung, Nhi, Phuong and Minh were all wonderful and I appreciate their hard work to make our stay enjoyable. I do suggest tipping a little bit as it does go a long way. ***Most places in VN do not tip.*** I only tip if I see a space for a tip on the receipt or in a taxi during rush hour.

Website trip và chỗ nhà nghỉ phối hợp kém 😢😢😢 , giặt quần áo không sấy khô nên đợi lâu là điểm trừ khi muốn đi tắm sáng hoặc đi thuyền buổi sáng, chỗ ở xa nên cân nhắc đi xe máy hoặc ô tô (không có xe điện), chú ý khi muốn dùng dịch vụ j nên hỏi qua về giá(tránh việc chủ nhà nghỉ thoải mái đến lúc thanh toán bị bất ngờ), lưu ý : nên chủ động đề nghị các yêu cầu,đồ dùng chăn ga trên giường, tối ở đấy có muỗi nên chú ý, chú ý biển báo chỗ vòng xuyến tuân thủ ( đôi khi có công an khi qua vòng xuyến đứng ở đấy) . Chủ nhà cũng ko quan tâm lắm khách làm gì nên khá thoải mái
