Hotel berhampiran Hakuundo Chaen, Hakone

温泉は源泉掛け流しで申し分ありませんでした。夕食は軽めのプランにしましたが、十分な量がありました。部屋に露天風呂もついており、総じて値段以上のサービスでした。 ただ一点だけ、全体的なサービスが良いだけに惜しい点がありました。床が考えられないくらい薄いのです。上階の客の足音がドンドン聞こえて気が散りました。こればかりはサービスの問題ばかりでなく他の客次第でもありますが、そもそも普通のビジネスホテルでも天井から足音が聞こえて来ることはありません。部屋同士の壁は分厚いようでしたので、音に敏感な方は最上階の部屋を予約すると良いかもしれません。

　昨年と同じ1月５日に宿泊しました。部屋はいつも通り低層階の部屋。低層階は葉の落ちた庭の木々の間を通して、月や星、朝日が見えます。高層階は木々に邪魔されず周囲の山々の景観が楽しめます。４階以上は宿泊したことはありませんが、冬の低層階の景色は寂しさと、清々しさが感じられ、味があると思います。私は、もし、最初の宿泊が、YouTubeで見た山側の部屋だったら二度と来ていないと思います。春以降は木々の葉の中、森の中の温泉宿のような雰囲気で、また、別の味わいですが、私は冬が好きです。今回、Aiphoneを新型に変えたら、夜、庭と星が上手く撮れました。全体的には相変わらずの素晴らしさで満足しています。そんな中で敢えて気になったことを申し上げれば、毎回、食事の写真を撮っているのですが、受付時のお茶菓子は昨年と同じもの(もちろん満足してます)でした。事前に館内着のサイズを要望していて用意してもらったのですが、丹前?が小さく着れず、昨年はチョッキのような(何と言うかわかりません)館内着の上に着るものもなく(農民みたいにみえるからか?)、昨年、売店で買った館内着の最大サイズにはピンク色ぽい館内着を買ったのですが、部屋に用意された館内着は同じホワイトグレー?でした。(昨年も同色なので、男女で宿泊予約しても同色かもしれません。又はサイズにより数がない?)　年末に箱根湯本の他のホテルに泊まった時も同様でしたが、夕食の料理が、昨年より、小さかったり、量が少なくなっていると感じました。昨年宿泊時の写真と比べると、どうしても気になってしまいます。宿泊料金も昨年より上がっているような感覚で、料理が小さくなるのが気になりました。良かった点は、各所のスタッフさん達は相変わらず対応が良かったです。ノンアルの飲み物もエレベーター脇のところに多数あり良かったです。事前にSNS等で低い評価もありましたが、確かに、客がいるのに、スタッフ同士で小声の話し方で同僚に対する不満を言いあってるスタッフがいたり、食事処でスタッフ人数を絞っているのか、呼び鈴ボタン押してもすぐには来てもらえなかったりしましたが、私には許容範囲でした。私は、ここでSNSに乗っていたような目にはあったことがありません。今後も利用していきたいと思いました。最後に、ここで昨年買った館内着ですが、他の同じ共立リゾートだと「盗った」と思われそうなので着れませんが、他のホテルで使い、外国人観光客等に評判でした。他の温泉旅館等に泊まる時は常用しています。できれば常時各種サイズの色を揃えてもらいたいです。次回宿泊した際には、海外のお土産用に色があれば買いたいです。

Terdapat bas ulang-alik percuma dari Stesen Odawara, dan pengangkutannya sangat mudah. Semasa daftar masuk, kami mempunyai minuman, pencuci mulut Jepun dan kemudahan kemudahan, dan juga menyewa pakaian renang, supaya kami boleh menikmati tempat mandi awam yang besar.

It’s a nice newly renovated building, with pretty garden views … but for the price the service was lacking. Queuing up to check in via a machine was a miss, and as a vegetarian I struggled at the expensive buffet. No help was provided when I asked for it, no reply to feedback left for management either. Next time I’d stay elsewhere and just pay for day use of their pool area, which was certainly fun for our 3yo.

強羅駅から1分とかからない、とても便利な立地の宿。夕食・朝食共にバイキングで、特に夕食はお酒も飲み放題なのは素晴らしい。トルネードというビールサーバーは本当に面白いので是非飲んで頂きたい。大浴場は暗くて少々使いにくいがお湯は良い。部屋は狭かったものの、価格を考えればコスパも良く、イチ押しの宿と言えそう。箱根美術館・強羅公園・彫刻の森美術館・箱根写真美術館などの見どころも近いので、リーズナブルかつ便利で快適なホテルを探しているなら絶対おすすめのホテルです。

すごく雰囲気がある店！スタッフさんはとっても優しい、交通も便利だし。機会があればまだ行きたい。 这家气氛真的超好、交通也方便门口就是直达奥莱的bus、紧邻雕刻美术馆。staff也是这几天关东地区里最好的👌已经强推给朋友们

The host was really helpful alongside his assistant Rum the Dog - so friendly. Loved the Onsen, really appreciate the service rendered me during my stay. The host showed great knowledge of attractions and discounts - a definite must stay and will return very soon.

Pleasantly surprised by the large room we got, with an enclosed balcony overlooking the lush green valley. Spacious bathroom. Clean room. Excellent onsite onsen - enjoyed the experience. Lovely dining areas and sushi restaurant. Free pickup from Odawara Shinkansen station (45 min ride to hotel). Hotel offers free dropoff and pickup to local train station so you can comfortably take the cable car to Lake Ashi. Highly recommend the cable car, boat across Lake Ashi and Hakone's open air museum.

To be honest, this hotel has probably the most number of English-speaking Japanese staffs out of all the hotels that I’ve stayed in so far! Impeccable service, rather smooth communication and good location within Hakone. The hotel gives off a really relaxing vibe~so if you’re finding somewhere to just chill and soak in all those “zen-ness”, this is it! Just a little tip, the hotel is rather far from the train stations so do arrange for the free shuttle service in advance!

The owner is totally unprofessional. On the arrival night, we came in late at night due to flight delays and the owner initially refused to let me and my brother in even though we had paid for our room already. After letting us in, he put us in a room without any beds and left us to sleep on the wooden floor; he called it the Japanese style. He never took the time to explain how we should bed the room or what to do. He just left us there to figure it out. The second night, we asked to change rooms and the owner obliged. The second night was better sleeping wise. During our entire stay, the owner, refused to allow us to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner at his restaurant claiming that there is no food; even though we picked his hotel because of the good reviews on the restaurant. Interestingly, Japanese visitors were allowed to eat there, which looked very weird. Due to the location of the place, there is no easy access to other eating places. On the check out, the owner told us that we have to pay for the late check in, which we obliged and paid the entire bill as he gave it to us. As soon as we left, the owner sent an email accusing us of steeling drinks in the minibar; we drank one can of soda from the minibar, with the idea that’s why there were for and that the owner would add that soda to the final bill, which he did not. Not only did he accuse us but he said that he has sent our passport pictures to the police for theft; all for one can of soda. Who does that!!! We called him to try to make payment but because of his limited English, we could not pay for that soda. So we asked a client of ours who is Japanese to speak to him so that we can pay for that soda and he refused again stating he doesn’t want to deal with this anymore. Initially, we did not want to leave a review because we simply didn’t have any good things to say about the place or it’s hospitality but after experiencing this nonsense, we felt obliged to let other people know about our experience there. Therefore, we strongly recommend not using this place as same thing may happen to other foreigners like us.
