Hotel berhampiran Kuzuryu Shrine, Hakone

If you have extra money, this could be a nice way to indulge. However, a word of warning. If you're arriving at Odawara train station, there's no way to get to the hotel except by the hotel shuttle. Taxis won't take you. And the hotel shuttle won't take you unless you've placed your name on the reservation list ahead of time. Nobody warned me about this. I'd read online that a connecting train takes you near the hotel, but this isn't true either. I arrived during a snow/ice storm and waited over 3 hours before I could get a ride to the hotel. The shuttle driver wouldn't let me on. I called the hotel front desk 3 or 4 times, but they weren't very helpful. I suppose this is the language barrier. They meant well. But regardless, if a shuttle reservation is the only way to access a remote mountain top hotel, it's pretty important to make sure your guests understand this. Once I did arrive, I have to admit the room was beautiful. The buffet dinner was fantastic but not included in the price of the room - a little disappointing, since the room is already so expensive. Lots of extra costs, so be careful. I received a really great massage in my room. The onsen hot spring was very nice, and free (included in room charge). Breakfast the next morning was also included in room charge. The hotel bar was closed, though. There wasn't much opportunity to socialize or meet people. I did check out the lake the next morning, which was beautiful in the snowfall. I'm sharing photos of that. There wasn't time to check out much else because I had to get back on the shuttle bus at 10:30 to catch my next train. I suppose if there hadn't been an ice storm, I would have checked out more of the surrounding area and appreciated it.

All I can say is I’m super love the hotel! Very convenient, near the hakone ropeway, near the pirate ship! There is also private and public Onsen. Super love their buffet dinner and buffet breakfast! Highly recommend people and my friends to go! Will revisit again :))

家庭旅遊，帶了年紀大的父母出遊，這個酒店黑人接待員為主，友善有禮，有免費停車場，但要推行李上一段斜路—才到lobby， 接待只能幫忙兩個行李，另外兩個自己推，都吃力的。有些酒店房樓層電梯不到達，要自己搬上兩層樓梯，如果年紀大了不建議選這裡。 房間很大，尚算整潔，床舒適有兩個枕頭大愛，我們其中一個房間私人風呂溫泉水不夠熱，其它沒問題，晚餐和早餐自助buffet 款式不是很多，但都合格。 這個價格要私人風呂和包早餐晚餐非常超值，總體是高分數的。

看到前台有中文服務立馬訂了房間，對於我這種第一次出國不懂日語英語也不能深入溝通的中國人簡直是太好了。這個季節日本天黑真的是太早了，逛完博物館出來就天黑了，還好聯繫上前台建議我們打車去酒店，到酒店已經天黑了，酒店在山上，植被很好空氣很棒也很安靜，房間是日式的，整個房間的風格都很棒也很大很乾凈，入住的時候還有和服的浴袍，跟着視頻學穿了好久好像會那麼一丟丟了😄酒店的主管小哥哥是台灣同胞，還有前台的小姐姐們都超級熱情，還開車帶我們去買吃的，跟我們聊很多當地的風俗和美食，還有酒店未來的一個設計和規劃，很期待下次來的樣子，晚上我們泡了私湯，很舒服也很私密，私湯裏配的面膜真的超級好用，所以我帶走了一片…☺嘿嘿… 第二天主管小哥哥和小姐姐送我們去坐車，跟我們説哪裡好玩怎麼去，哪裡什麼東西值得吃，真的是很棒的一次體驗，下次帶爸媽還過來這家酒店，不僅環境好衞生好，人也超級好😊

老式温泉旅館，設施比較舊，但乾淨整潔，房間較大。 有四個包間温泉，無需預約，鎖上就能用而且24小時，但設施全自助，如果長期沒人用水温會很低要放熱水很久，看上去也舊舊的衹適合真的在大浴場服務時間外又想泡的。 酒店的位於南温泉莊巴士站前，如果不自駕，基本就要靠巴士出行，附近沒有便利店和餐館，所以周遊券是剛需，巴士隨便坐能帶你到達大部分餐廳和便利店，請在晚上8點30前吃完買完回到酒店。之後就別出去逛了，巴士結束後離開酒店沒有任何意義。酒店裡有賣店基本上能買到一些便利店的貨，忘了出去採購或沒買夠也不至於完全無法補給，21：30關門。也可以選擇在酒店晚餐，請提前預訂，挺好吃，但價錢......所以還是坐巴士出去找吃的吧。早餐就在酒店吃吧，選擇不多但實惠。 南温泉莊離桃園台很近，坐巴士去大涌谷纜車，直達箱根神社（一天衹有一班），以及海賊船都非常方便也能避開人羣，非常適合不坐電車進入箱根的一晚或兩晚行程。可以在新宿直接坐巴士，睡3個小時直接到酒店門口。離開時也一樣，直接回新宿，御殿場的巴士，甚至還有去羽田的，航班在下午或晚上的最後一天都不用回東京了（最穩妥的是提前預訂，但應該也可以直接攔車給錢）。相反你假如是要在箱根住宿，但是搭電車進入箱根的就不推薦這裏了，在湯本要坐大半個小時的巴士，如果拖着行李還沒座位就很累。離開時還要坐差不多的路程回去湯本或小田原，登山巴士可不一定有位置放行李，中間上上下下站滿了人就崩潰了。 正門斜對面就正對富士山，如果能分配到酒店正面的3-4樓的房間天氣好時可以在房間裏直接看到。酒店有圍棋室和乒乓球可以玩.

도겐다이항에서 T라인 버스타고 Palace Hotel앞에서 내리면 가깝습니다. 기대를 별로 안했는데, 생각보다 좋았습니다. 온천욕 예약은 40분씩 아침 & 저녁에 가능합니다. 하지만, 2개의 별도 온천탕이 있어서, 비어있으면 Private로 사용할 수 있습니다. 방안에 화장실 있어서 좋았고, 넓었습니다. 저녁식사 예약에 약간의 문제가 있었지만, 편의점까지 차량으로 태워주셔서 식사도 잘 할 수 있었습니다. 숙소내 미니오븐과 전자레인지 있습니다. 가족 모두 만족하고 즐겁게 보내다왔습니다. 감사합니다.

一個小巧精緻的日式酒店，酒店的位置很好，離海盜船和索道的起點桃源台很近，在酒店的門口可以清晰的看到富士山。 酒店大堂也非常優雅，周邊裝修的壁畫都是中國風格的。日式的房間裏榻榻米很寬大，足可以容納三個人。 酒店的接待人員非常友好，可以提供各種方便。 另外，這個酒店距離箱根50景之一的仙食原大草甸也很近，秋天的景色很壯觀。

If you drive, this is the place to stay. Open air sauna for guests, amazing breakfast and dinner. In spring, the garden is in bloom, while in autumn, you can catch the autumn colours all around the area.
