This hotel is in an excellent location, not too far from the airport or the centre but still quiet. The staff are helpful and efficient, and their was a good choice of food. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view. The hotel spa has an impressive range of amenities, and creates a very relaxing atmosphere.

Booked this hotel just because it is "Grand" and it live up to it's name. Never expect them to have concierge which is a rare sight in Europe. Perhaps we had been staying at cheap hotels, haha. But this hotel is not expensive considering the luxury of the room, the size of the bed, toilet even has a bidet and the view of the hotel back yard is pleasant

There are not many shopping and dining options around. You can find them in the university area after walking for more than ten minutes. No kettles or coffee bags are provided (extra charge). The overall service is quite professional, and the front desk can speak English. The restaurant in the hotel is very cost-effective.

The hotel is very large, with several halls and many small meeting rooms. It can organize several business activities at a time. The facilities are also complete and the environment is very good. There is a large park outside the back door and a sightseeing bus station at the front door. It is very convenient and suitable for business travel.

The hotel is located in a quiet and noble area, with a large bathroom, complete facilities, and very good front desk service. The restaurants in the lobby are all excellent, especially the Italian restaurant. The shrimp pasta tastes great, the salad is also very good, and the price is reasonable. There is a small band playing on weekends, which is a surprise. There is also a city tour bus stop at the door, which is convenient for tourists. If you go to Hamburg, stay at this hotel.

The room is average in size and the facilities are old. It's just that the maintenance is OK. The park room is a concept. The downstairs itself is a public green area.

Perfect location, very nice 5 star hotel with every comfort. The rooms are spacious and the beds offer a restful sleep. The spa area with large indoor pool also leaves nothing to be desired. For me one of the best hotels in Hamburg.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Grand Elysée Hamburg. The hotel has a great spa area (including family times), incredibly nice service, spacious rooms and a very, very tasty breakfast. Especially the beautiful Christmas decorations made our pre-Christmas break perfect. We'd love to come back.
