Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Hamburg

Lokasinya baik dan kakitangan perkhidmatannya sangat ramah. Semasa wabak ini, semua perkhidmatan kecuali bilik telah hilang. Terdapat beberapa kekurangan kecil di kemudahan ini, dan mesin kopi dan pengering rambut tidak begitu selesa digunakan.

Perfect location just a few steps away from the shopping street in Hamburg center, all public transportation near by. The room was wide and clean, very spacious a lot of hanging space for clothes. The bathroom was equipped with a tub and shower which was very convenient. Soundproofing was quite good no noise from other rooms you can be sure you have a calm and relaxing night. The hotel is a real pleasure with its friendly staff also. Really nice hotel. A bit pricey maybe but it's Hamburg and all rooms are in that range. I strongşy recommend.

Six friends travelled to visit the Christmas markets - on a budget. The hotel was lovely - some staff more friendly than others!! Our rooms were comfortable & clean with a balcony - we had no complaints about the beds and shower - all had great nights sleep. Location wise - there is a bus outside the door (route112) that runs about every 20 mins directly into the city centre - this was so handy and suited us perfectly. We bought the Hamburg Card but, to be honest, no-one ever asked for tickets. If it's a group visit buy the group card - big savings to be made - even if it's for 2 people. From the airport to the accommodation was straightforward too - got the train at the airport to S Landwehr station - off at it and just around the corner is the bus stop (route 530) that takes you to the door of the hotel. we found the public transport so handy & timely. Would definately recommend to friends & family.

Great location and fast check-in (no check-out needed and they send the invoice per email automatically :-)) Friendly service and clean rooms.

Ich bin echter Arcotel Fan und war oft und in verschiedenen Häusern untergebracht, diesmal zum ersten Mal im Rubin. Gut und wie erwartet waren die Zimmer, der Fitness- und Sauna-Bereich und auch das Frühstücksbuffet, wobei ich hier den Filterkaffee vermisst habe und das Anstehen an nur zwei sehr langsamen Automaten keine gute Laune macht. Außerdem schmeckt der Kaffee nicht. Am Neujahrsabend war die Bar ohne Begründung geschlossen, an der Rezeption gab es kaum Snacks zum Verkauf. Die Rezeption leider auch sehr unpersönlich, obwohl man ja gerade dort das Willkommensein spüren sollte. Schade.

Very classy. Very expensive but worth the expense. The hotel did a great job restoring the building. First, the front desk staff are simply amazing. It was our first international trip since covid, so I was nervous and tired. But, the front desk peeps were welcoming and soothing. Thank you for your effusive welcome. The room is cozy especially the bed. The bathroom is fairly large and very clean and comfortable. The resto has a stunning view of the river. I would have stayed there often except that I was avoiding food as I struggle with my weight. Overall, simply awesome!

Booked late for a business trip and most of Hamburg was booked up. This was the only hotel coming in at under £300. I was in a rush so booked it and hopped on my flight. When I arrived I quickly realised that what was booked was just a bed. There was a shared toilet / shower/ sink right at the end of the corridor - not convenient. I understand dynamic pricing, but this room needed capping at £100 max. I paid £230 per night for the most basic room I've ever stayed in. Would have been better staying in a hostel for £200 less.

We recently travelled throughout Germany and Ireland and as a former resident of Hamburg, Germany(over 60 years ago) I wanted to experience staying across the river Elbe in Finkenwerder with great access via ferry to the Landungsbruecken in the harbour. We booked with the Hotel Elbinsel for 5 beds as we were five adults. We arrived on the 6th July about 8 p.m. to find that there was no one at the front office(office was closed). After some checking on our reservation we could call an off site Tel# and were advised that there was an access box at the rear of the hotel and access could be gained with a code. The box was very delapidated but after some difficulty my grandson, whose hands are much smaller than mine, was able to finally able to get a card providing access to room #24. We entered the room which proved to very small and normally might have been suitable for two adults to find that the hotel had crammed four bed spaces in this tiny room. Please remember that we had booked space for five adults. There was no one around who might have helped so we finally went to bed with three of us sharing a double bed in a very limited space wanting to get this matter resolved in the morning. The next morning I proceeded to the front desk and found that there was no help to be provided as the room attendant manning the desk spoke no German nor English and just said that the manager would be present later that day. Suffice to say we were not ever able to get our situation resolved as the manager was not there ion the three days that we stayed at the Hotel so we had to stay in our cramped room and try to make do which certainly put a cloud over our stay. We have since attempted to contact the Hotel management to no avail to get some recource and have been very disappointed with the service provided by ***********. On the positive side we enjoyed the location as I had hoped with the very efficient ferry service only a few streets from the Hotel. Can you imagine five adults staying in a room less than two hundred square feet with luggage and also at a time that was quite warm(27C)./ The Bathroom was adequate but again, at the end of the day, we would have been better served anywhere else and cannot recommend this Hotel. By the way, apparently breakfast was available but frankly we were too upset with the treatment we received. Another plus was that there was a grocery store across the street so we were able to get a few things to keep us going.
