Hotel Dengan Parking di Henan, China

The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Staff was zealous in sharing the products sold in the lobby. Got a free room upgrade. Hotel room was extremely clean. There’s a free shuttle to airport and the transport left promptly. It was nice that there was a night market nearby that sold tasty food.

I was surprised that only on the third of three days stay th lobby had a nice scent. For such high grade hotel, that could’ve been better. Both the dry and steam saunas were quite cold and didn’t get hot enough even after 50 minutes usage. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice. The amenities were okay, although the toiletries scent could’ve been better. The breakfast was good.

Kaifu was a lovely hotel. We got a taxi from the airport (about 5 minutes) and were met by a member of staff who helped us into the hotel and took our bags to our room for us. Our room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was great (very good shower!). The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good. We wanted wine, which was expensive, but it was very good too. I'd recommend this hotel.

Had a truly remarkable stay in the city of zhengzhou and it was even better because of the fantastic Hilton Hotels, thank you again Lucy for your warm service and customer care! Will definitely choose this hotel again when I return in the future!

There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.

Convenient near airport location. We needed a place to stay before taking a train in the morning. We got in late and needed to wash some clothes we put the clothes in the washer and in the morning they were dry and folded up waiting for us. We lovely a great breakfast and the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Very great price for all the amenities.

Amazing welcome and fast check-in. Cleaning was not the best but I have seen worst. Overall amazing experience and very nice to have small supermarkets right at the entrance! (By the way the map location is not accurate. When you arrive look for building two) Thank you

Di Zhengzhou pada musim ini, jika bilik berventilasi sepenuhnya, penyaman udara tidak diperlukan pada waktu malam. Tetapi suhu masih tinggi pada siang hari! Bagaimanakah suhu menurun selepas terdedah kepada matahari selama sehari dalam persekitaran tertutup? Mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik. Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 2 pagi, dan suhu bilik adalah 27 darjah Saya menetapkan fungsi penyejukan kepada 25 darjah Selepas 15 minit, suhu tidak turun sama sekali penyaman udara berada pada perkongsian masa Jika ia tidak dihidupkan pada waktu malam, fungsi penyejukan tidak boleh digunakan. Saya tinggal separuh tidur dan separuh berjaga selama beberapa jam dalam persekitaran tertutup pada suhu 27 darjah Celsius sepanjang malam, sehingga saya tidak membuka pintu untuk mengudarakan bilik pada waktu pagi, suhu bilik menurun! Saya tidak sangka hotel yang diuruskan oleh InterContinental diuruskan dengan begitu baik! Keadaan ini hanya berlaku apabila tetamu mendaftar masuk pada waktu malam Jika anda mendaftar masuk pada waktu siang, fungsi penyejukan anda dihidupkan dan suhu bilik boleh dikekalkan pada suhu yang sesuai. Mungkin anda telah membuat pengiraan dan memutuskan dua perkara untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik dan mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan individu, dan anda memilih yang kedua. Cadangan untuk anda: Sebelum saya mendaftar masuk, apabila penyejukan dihidupkan pada siang hari, hidupkan penghawa dingin di dalam bilik sehingga saya mendaftar masuk. Tetapi saya tidak tahu sama ada ini adalah pengiraan yang menjimatkan kos Jika anda menghidupkan perkongsian masa penyejukan, ia memang boleh menyelesaikan masalah tetamu seperti saya yang menginap di siang hari! Tidak mungkin, perkhidmatannya pasti teruk! Pengurusan pastinya ulasan yang buruk! Jika anda ingin menjimatkan tenaga dan meningkatkan kecekapan, terpulang kepada anda untuk meningkatkan kecekapan apabila tiada tetamu yang menginap!

The hotel location is superb as it is just next door to the train station. What make the stay even better is the services by the hotel reception. From being attentive to our request and giving us all the information, she also allowed us to extend our check out time. Fully recommended to stay there. It is not 4 star hotel but i give them a 5 star rating
