The best hotel in Xinxiang The location is excellent and it is very close to the highway intersection. There are many supermarkets and food around, and all kinds of conveniences. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guards at the entrance are warm and thoughtful. The front desk beauty is considerate and meticulous. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is equipped with a gym, the equipment is simple and practical, the management is orderly, and the service is in place.

It was a really enjoyable stay: the location is very central and the subway line is only 2 mins walk away. So from the high speed line it will take you approximately 50 mins to reach the hotel. Taxi is sometimes not even fast - the price of the subway is unbeatable low compared to the taxi. The room was very clean, quiet and ideal for a couple of days. The owner was very kind and even helped with the laundry. Wi-Fi connection was top. Around the hotel you‘ll find loads of traditional restaurants, Cafés and supermarkets. A hidden gem, which I highly recommend.

Just got back from my trip during Chinese New Year. The outdoor temperature soared to around 25°C these past few days, and the room felt stuffy. Since it's a central AC system, I couldn't adjust the cooling myself. I had to ask staff to help open the windows for some ventilation (they needed special tools), which made it a bit better. The sanitary facilities were quite good, though. As for food: the hotel offers afternoon tea and an evening buffet (there were about 4 dishes, but we didn't eat it so I'm not sure about the specific items). For getting around: Metro Line 1 is right next door, so getting around was pretty convenient.

I stayed for three nights. The hotel is located within the Tongtuo Muyu scenic area, which is small and not yet officially open, so there aren't many tourists, mostly local residents. The room was spacious, with the famous Chan River visible from the window. The windows were well-sealed; once closed, you couldn't hear the sound of the water. You can control the lights and curtains by voice, which is great for winter. The breakfast selection was rich, and the old lamb soup with bread (paomo) comes highly recommended (you need to go to the restaurant to eat it yourself). Both the staff and the cat were incredibly welcoming; the cat would even follow me to my room and actively ask for scratches. A small suggestion: the blue light on the smart toilet seat was a bit bright at night, and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

What a hidden gem of a guesthouse right inside Luoyi Ancient City! I stayed here for all 4 nights in Luoyang! The entire guesthouse is like a scenic spot showcasing Luoyang's unique charm. The rooms are also very clean, and the mini-bar is restocked with 4 drinks every morning, plus welcome snacks! The cleaning staff do an amazing job. Step out of the hotel lobby, and to your left is the ancient city, while to your right is the Shizi Street food market! The location is excellent! The subway station is right out the back door! When I left, they even gave me a special souvenir!

This hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. The room facilities and amenities are comprehensive, and the smart home system for controlling everything is very convenient. The staff were all excellent and very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

The hotel service was excellent all around. From the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff to the executive lounge personnel and even the doorman, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and highly efficient at resolving any issues. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was very prompt. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the coffee was particularly good. The local specialty dishes were also quite delicious. The hotel's location is also a plus, being close to the subway, convenient for taxis, and with a supermarket right next door. All in all, I was extremely satisfied!

Book the hotel for airport meet up..and hotel do have free pick up and drop off service running with different intervals during day n night! Just a little pissed off that the concierge wasn't trained well to handle foreign passport and that chk in process took quiet long time😅 which is awkward cos obviously you are an airport branch who caters mostly travelers from around the world not only China..hope the management could improve on that..asking people to go to the front desk repeatedly with passport or asking people to put passport in the delivery robot was not appropriate😪

This place offers outstanding value for money, and I'll definitely make it my top choice for future trips!

This hotel was by far the most comfortable stay of our trip. It was clean and tidy, and the room had a very harmonious feel. The bathroom was spacious, and our king room even had a small desk. They also provided plenty of bottled water. Breakfast was quite ample; the noodles 🍜 with the meat sauce were delicious 😋. I particularly liked that the pillows in the room were clearly distinguishable as soft or firm.
