Hotel Dengan Pools di Heilongjiang, China

This was altogether a very nice hotel. It’s conveniently located next to Harbin’s Main Street. The hotel is charming, with decoration that looks out of a Russian novel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room wasn’t too clean and it smelled a bit of smoke, we requested to change the room and the staff was very accommodating. I think the best part of my stay was the hotel staff, everyone was polite, helpful and lovely. It definitely made my experience better. Special shoutout to Yangyang, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. 这是一家非常不错的酒店。它地理位置便利，紧邻哈尔滨主街。酒店很有魅力，装饰仿佛出自俄罗斯小说。房间干净舒适。房间不太干净，还有点烟味，我们请求换房，工作人员非常配合。我觉得我住宿中最棒的部分是酒店工作人员，每个人都很有礼貌、乐于助人且非常友好。这确实让我的体验更好了。特别感谢杨杨，她在整个逗留期间都非常友好和乐于助人。

The hotel has breathtaking views from the room, fitness center and breakfast restaurant. The fitness and swimming pool area are excellent. Breakfast had a wide selection of Western and Chinese food. However, I was still a little bit disappointed. The hotel is definitely overpriced and not worth it's value. I came there to celebrate my birthday and clearly stated it in the form that they had sent to me on my email. Usually, the hotels of this level leave a birthday gift of some kind, something like a cake or else. But I didn't get anything, not even a complimentary platter of fruit in the room. I just feel a little bit confused, I think hotels of such level should take such things into consideration. P.S. I want to give special thanks to a swimming pool member Ray Wu, he was very kind and helpful.

This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.

Everything was good about this hotel except that the room thermostat was set too high that the room became stifling. We finally had to turn off the thermostat for the room to cool down and had to open up the blinds/curtains at bedtime for some cold to come thru the window panes. There were no openable windows in the room. We also had to open the door to allow the cooler air in the hallways to come into the room to lower the whole room temperature.

Love the room is great everything was good i enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of different selections it was yummy one thing I didn’t like is that I had to go downstairs every time I ordered a delivery Mabey we can do a bit upgrade on that. Also the dress code for guests in the dining hall need to be addressed this is a 5 star hotel I don’t need to see people wearing robe with nothing under it with the room sandals is just not cool. However I did see people talking to them about it asking them to change but it took a while. Other than that It was a wonderful experience and I’ll b back sometime soon and hopefully will see some more upgrades?

The hotel is a nice place to stay in Harbin. The location is perfect - right at the beginning of the pedestrian street and in front of the river. Everything is nearby - shops, restaurants and city sights. The service is good and the staff is quite friendly. The room is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We stayed at the Shangri-La Harbin Horizon Club for three nights and were thoroughly satisfied. Great location with easy access everywhere, clean room, friendly staff overall. A lovely Reception staff named Gao, Zhongpeng was extremely warm and helpful. I contacted her online prior to arrival; she not only changed a more suitable room type tailored for our family ( 2 adults and one 10 yr) than the original one I booked , but also answered all my questions patiently, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience for the whole family trip.

這次來哈爾濱住芊潼酒店，整體感覺真的挺好。位置特別好，就在中華巴洛克街區裏，周邊吃飯逛街都很方便，離附近的景點也近。酒店本身很有特色，民國風的裝修看着很舒服，大堂和院子都乾淨，拍照也好看。 房間挺不錯的，衞生搞得很仔細，床睡着舒服。設施都是智能化的，用起來很方便，隔音也可以，晚上能睡個安穩覺。管家服務特別熱情，有什麼需要都會主動幫忙，讓人感覺很貼心。 早餐種類也挺豐富，整體吃得不錯。性價比挺高，服務、環境、衞生都在線，沒有哪一項掉鏈子。不管是來旅遊還是辦事，住這裏都很合適。下次再來哈爾濱，我還會考慮住這兒，推薦給朋友。

the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

這次入住體驗很好！一進大堂就被香氛和暖光治癒，前台小姐姐辦理入住時還貼心。房間打掃得超乾淨，床品很舒服，因為出差有事，前台還給延遲退房，非常好！設施設備都比較完善，還有健身房提供！
