I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a hotel! The day before check-in, a hotel staff member called to go over everything, which made the experience feel very thoughtful. The location is fantastic – you can walk to Central Street, Songhua River Bridge, and the river cable car, making it super convenient for getting around. Upon arrival, we received complimentary welcome fruits. On our first day, after checking in and planning to head out, we asked the staff to send afternoon tea to our room, and the selection was plentiful. The hotel's decor creates an amazing ambiance; it's a perfect influencer-worthy hotel for snapping photos. The breakfast offers a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the quality is excellent with a wide variety of choices. When checking out, we even received a souvenir gift, packaged in a cute little handbag – a very nice touch. Throughout our stay, the staff were warm and courteous. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was incredibly pleasant. I truly recommend it!

Japan is renowned worldwide for its tea ceremony (Chado) and flower arranging (Kado). The tea ceremony is a distinctive culinary art and a form of social etiquette for tea gatherings. It not only requires an elegant and natural environment but also dictates a precise set of procedures for boiling, brewing, and tasting tea. Great care is taken in selecting and appreciating tea utensils, arranging and decorating the tearoom's calligraphy and paintings, and even in the construction of the tearoom itself. The Japanese view the tea ceremony as a means of self-cultivation, enhancing cultural literacy, and socializing.

This hotel is truly unique, I've never stayed in a Hakka earthen building (weilu) before. The location is excellent too; you definitely can't see all of Zhonghua Baroque in one go. We stayed for three days, and each time we went out and came back, it felt fresh and new, always a different experience. When we checked in, we were talking about Northeastern cuisine, and the front desk girl enthusiastically recommended Sanba Restaurant, which we really enjoyed. The room was quite spacious and beautiful. The Smith water purifier was exceptionally good, I'm definitely going to get one!

I had a unique memory of the 'Ice City' in early September while staying at Oulugoya. The hotel is located on the north bank of the Songhua River, offering a rare sense of tranquility and leisure, away from the hustle and bustle of Central Avenue in Daoli District. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a quiet stay. The 42nd-floor lobby bar and executive lounge offer a 270-degree panoramic view of the river and city, which was a major reason for choosing this hotel. It allowed me to avoid crowds and enjoy the northern sunset in solitude – every photo I took was incredibly therapeutic. The only minor drawbacks were the limited surrounding amenities, with most good restaurants being a 3-5 minute drive away. Also, every time I needed to go up or down, I had to go to the 42nd-floor lobby, and the card sensor for the elevator didn't always work perfectly. However, there was a girl named Shuqi outside the lounge who patiently explained things to guests with great attention to detail. During our conversation, she also introduced me to the hotel's brand philosophy and essence, which indeed aligns perfectly with my travel and vacation needs. Thanks for this time spent with Oulugoya. We'll meet again, just like mountains and rivers do. ^_^

The breakfast was plentiful, the room facilities were complete, and the stay was comfortable. We also enjoyed views of the Songhua River and the city. The city night view was particularly stunning, and the room had an excellent vantage point. The toilet was smart, and the curtains provided ample blackout. After checking out, guest relations even followed up to ask about our stay. Everything was perfect!

The room was huge, we didn't even have enough time to enjoy it all in three days and two nights, haha! The hot springs were clean! The 'yin-yang' hot pot-style pool was hilarious! The outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic! The water was so clean, and there were interactive activities at 3 PM which were a lot of fun! The staff were also very enthusiastic ❤️

I highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel offers a free shuttle service and has a lovely back garden. With an amusement park nearby and fantastic amenities like a gym and swimming pool, it really exceeded my expectations! The common areas are also clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were excellent, very professional and provided clear check-in instructions. Housekeeping was meticulous and the room was spotless, with plenty of toiletries. Highly recommended, it's a pet-friendly hotel too!

The Wanda Vista Hotel in Harbin is conveniently located in the heart of Songbei District. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and would recommend it. Here are a few highlights: - The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was excellent. - Great value for money, with amenities like free ground parking, charging stations, and a swimming pool. - Proactive and detailed service, with smooth and hassle-free processes at every step. - Excellent location, environment, and service. Excellent Location and Wonderful Service. I would especially like to thank the tall gentleman wearing glasses who assisted us at the front desk during check-in. I’m sorry that I didn’t catch his name. He spoke excellent English, so there were no communication difficulties at all, and he made the entire check-in process smooth and comfortable. Having a staff member who can communicate so fluently in English is a great advantage for international guests. His friendly and professional service left a very positive impression on us . Xu Tingting at the breakfast restaurant was also very kind and welcoming, with a lovely smile. The staff members who cleared the dishes from the tables were equally friendly and attentive, which made our breakfast experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is excellent. It was very convenient to have meals or go shopping at Wanda Plaza and then return to the hotel to rest. There are also many good restaurants nearby, and the museum and department stores are within easy reach, making this an ideal location for exploring Qiqihar. We were very satisfied with both the convenient location and the warm service. In particular, the excellent English and professional assistance provided by the gentleman at the front desk made our stay much more comfortable and left us with an especially positive impression of the hotel.
