Hotel Hamburg dengan Spa

We had a three night stay here and found this to be well located. We arrived by train and its an easy bus ride from the train station and if you have no luggage, its not too hard a walk. The street from the train station to the hotel has lots of fun and quirky shops, boutiques and restaurants so its a good place for breakfast or dinner. Our twin room was fine, as you'd expect from a hotel of this type, with just one fail. On the first night, we noticed there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower, it was empty. So we put the soap dispenser from the sink in the shower and used that, given they were the same. We figured this would be a clue to the housekeeping staff to refill the shower dispenser. Nope. They replaced it by the sink and did not refill the shower one. We did the same thing the second day, making it more obvious by placing it on top of the empty one in the shower. Nope, same thing. Not a big deal, just something to note. Drops the review from 5 to 4 star Otherwise, we were happy with our stay.

Well, the hotel left positive feelings, great location, service and cleanliness, breakfast was expensive so, we didn't book it. Cons: There was no fridge in the room, and small room space.

Perfect location just a few steps away from the shopping street in Hamburg center, all public transportation near by. The room was wide and clean, very spacious a lot of hanging space for clothes. The bathroom was equipped with a tub and shower which was very convenient. Soundproofing was quite good no noise from other rooms you can be sure you have a calm and relaxing night. The hotel is a real pleasure with its friendly staff also. Really nice hotel. A bit pricey maybe but it's Hamburg and all rooms are in that range. I strongşy recommend.

Nice spacious and clean room and bathroom, easily accommodating the family, located on the main road with restaurants around and within a short drive to the city center.

We were super happy about our stay in the Hotel. The room was nice and clean, the spa area was beautiful and relaxing and also the breakfast was great and lots od choices. Excellent service :)

We had a fantastic stay, and enjoyed the service, location and facilities. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, the bar was intimate and the roof top bar is really worth a visit to enjoy the views. The love music added to the atmosphere without being over powering. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a large bathroom and powerful shower. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and great service. It didn’t disappoint in any way.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, close enough to the train station but in a nice part of town with several restaurants and shops close by. The room was light and modern and very comfortable. But the corridors leading to the rooms are so dimly lit that they are almost in darkness. I presume this is to save electricity but it didn't look very nice and for safety reasons as a lone female traveller it would have been better to actually light the corridors properly so you can see. The reception desk never seemed to have enough staff and I always had to wait about 7 or 8 minutes to talk to someone. But otherwise I had a very pleasant stay

Einfach unbeschreiblich! Der Ausblick ist ein Traum und wird von den wirklich schönen Zimmern abgerundet. Absolute Empfehlung!

This was not a pleasant experience, despite there being good people employed throughout at the hotel......this hotel was/ is inept at handling overcharges to my credit card, and did not respond to emails addressing these issues. This failure to address a customer's problems does not bode well of an entity calling itself a ”luxury property”, and has clouded my opinion of my stay at this hotel. I would suggest that you do not pay for anything in advance (like taxi service), and look for additional charges at check-out. My suite had holes drilled by mistake into the tiles in the shower, and the remedy was simply to caulk over the holes......this should not have occurred as it did. The breakfast was good as was the service. I've had closets bigger than the sauna. Overall, I would suggest that if you want a luxury experience that you look elsewhere.
