Excellent riverside room and a wonderful resort overall. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The gardens and surroundings in the resort are well maintained. The swimming pool is a great place to relax on a sunny afternoon, the restaurant and bar has excellent food refreshing drinks. It gets quite busy on the weekend and with big groups, but you can see why once you experience the facilities.
Apart from the resort it's also home to safpar, they have many different options for travel along the zambezi and falls. We chose the river float, game drive and sunset cruise combo (Around $180) and it was totally worth it!
Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.

バックパック一人旅で利用しました。私が利用した際は一人旅の人は多分おらず部屋も1人で使えました。
スタッフは優しく丁寧で、ドミトリーとして標準的な清潔感だと思います。詳細は以下の通りです。
Wi-Fiはレセプション周辺のみで使えて部屋では使えませんでした。シャワーはお湯が出ます。私が訪れたのは4月ですがシャワー室にはたくさんの蚊がいたのでそれは少し残念でした。次の日の朝起きると枕元に大きな蜘蛛がいたのは少し怖かったですがアフリカらしさですね笑笑
部屋にはエアコンはなく、各ベッドについてるファンは作動しないので夏は暑いと思います。
飲める水の出るタップがあるのでそれも便利でした。ロケーションは完璧で、荷物も鍵のある部屋で預かってくれます。
ここはスタッフはとても優しく素晴らしく買ったですが、他の宿泊者に感して残念だったことがありました。これはこのホステルには関係ないので評価には含めていません。ただの宿泊者への注意喚起です。宿泊中1人のナミビアからの40歳ほどの旅行者に声をかけられ挨拶しました。するとその人に、たいした会話もないうちからここには書きたくないようなセクハラを受け、その後もずっと性的な誘いをされ続けました。何度断っても、無視してもです。レセプションにしかWi-Fiがなかったのに、最低限の利用で部屋に引き上げないといけませんでした。もし夜にその人に部屋までついてこられたり、シャワー室で待ち伏せされてたらどうしようと恐怖でした。スタッフに相談することも考えましたがスタッフからの注意で逆上されることも怖くて結局言えませんでした。
ドミトリーという性質上そういう人に会う可能性は常にありますが本当に気持ち悪かったです。彼はよくここを利用していると言っていたのでご注意ください。

Jolly Boys is laid back. Very chilled however the laidback aspect is a bit much when you have to wake the reception staff to check in at 1700hrs and again to ask a question at 0900hrs. Whilst sleepy, they are extremely friendly.
The place is generally clean- just other travellers with feet on seats and tables makes the place look slightly rough and ready.
The bar had cold beer and water but not much else.
It feels like the place needs a firm grip from management.
All this said, it’s a great place in a great location and a fair price. Would likely return.

Гостиница требует уже ремонта. В номере нет фена, утюга, матрасы спишь как в яме, нужно срочно заменить их, белье белое но уже все застиранное, подушки тоже скомканы, в ванной только мыло, вай-фай работал с перебоями, завтрак скудный, все по выдаче выдают, скажешь номер дадут тарелку.
По близости смотреть нечего, мы только ночевали, каждый день ездили на экскурсии в Зимбабве.
Улетали мы тоже из Зимбабве гостиница организовала трансфер до таможни, дальше мы уже добирались сами. Если бы летели с их аэропорта ( Замбии), то могут встретить/ отвезти.
К персоналу никаких претензий, отзывчивые, на все просьбы откликались: принесли фен, дополнительный роутер, погладили белье.

Die Lodge liegt sehr ruhig in der Nähe des Flughafens (ca. 10min). Sie ist zwar einfach eingerichtet aber alles funktioniert reibungslos. Für alle anstehende Trips in Livingston gab es Möglichkeiten und Hilfe von der Lodge. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Ich selbst fand den Salat am besten vom Chef und von allen anderen auch !!!!!!

An absolute gem! The owner, Chantal, is very involved in overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and it shows. They were extremely accommodating - we had an outdoor camper trailer which they allowed us to park and connect to electricity. All the staff are super friendly and polite. The rooms are tastefully decorated/designed and the bed was vey comfy. Beautiful outdoor pool and bar. Can’t recommend highly enough!!
Only 2 suggestions for improvement:
1) A signpost is desperately needed on the main road and T-junction to show where the place is.
2) Put a hairdryer in the room.

Excellent hotel with great service. The hotel has a modern luxurious touch, lovely views of the zambezi river and the staff are friendly. Hard to find fault with this hotel, the outdoor poolside patio had some mosquitoes during the late night. Definitely the best place to stay in Livingstone

Nach dem Check in wurden wir aufs Zimmer gebracht.
Dieses war sauber und mit einem grossen Flachbild-TV ausgestattet.
Handtücher, Seife, ein kleiner Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und ein einsamer Teebeutel waren vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr ganz neu aber akzeptabel und wies den afrikanisch üblicherweise Wartungsstau auf.
Das wlan war offen und auch in den meisten öffentlichen Bereichen verfügbar.
Leider ließ die Geschwindigkeit der Verbindung keine Streamingdienste zu. Warnschilder vor den Hippos waren vorhanden. Doch bis auf den Besuch von Affen, Katzen, Vögeln und Eidechsen haben wir weiter keine Tiere gesehen. Hippos könnten aber über den direkten Zugang zum Kariba-Lake / Sambesi in die Lodge kommen.
Das Personal war freundlich und mit der hier üblichen Geschwindigkeit unterwegs. Es kam durchaus vor, daß die Bestellung komplett am Tisch war, als die ersten Teile entweder kalt oder schon verzehrt waren.
Durch den angrenzenden Hafen der Kapentafischer mit ihren dröhnenden kleinen Motörchen am Boot muss abends und morgens mit Lärm rechnen.

SStuartI can't praise Sindabezi enough, and I don't see how anywhere else in Vic Falls can possibly be better. Gorgeous location on an island, surrounded by the mighty Zambesi river, from where we spotted hippos, elephants, giraffe, waterbuck, impala and a host of fascinating birdlife without leaving the deck! The service, the food and beverages, accommodation are all excellent. The staff are a special highlight - you are appointed a valet for the duration of your stay and a guide for your activities. Both were brilliant and quickly became trusted friends. The resort manager was highly attentive, competent, and caring. If you're going in winter, bring a warm layer for the early mornings and sitting around the camp fire in the evenings, but don't worry about getting cold in the open-setting chalets at night as you'll be well wrapped up in thick duvets including hot water bottles! The days are warm-to-hot and t-shirts are fine. The activities are fantastic - I suggest doing at least one a day. We started with a sunrise boat trip on the first day, toured the Vic Falls next day, and ended our trip with a safari game drive where a family of elephants came right up to our vehicle. The tour of the local village was a highlight.

(📍) Location: Excellent location in the town center, 650 meters (8-minute walk) to the bus station (minibuses to the waterfall cost 15 quarta per person; shared rides are available to Kazungura and Kasane; there is also a daily bus to Kazungura at 12:30 PM).
(🛀) Facilities: No toiletries, no slippers, shared toilet, no kettle, no bottled water. Rooms are small, a single room is just right for one person, fairly clean and tidy, with a fan and mosquito net. Showers are available in the shared bathroom.
(👱♀️) Service: The front desk staff are warm and attentive.
(🍽) Dining: Breakfast is not included; à la carte meals cost 80-180 quarta (30-60 RMB), and the food is decent. Lunch and dinner can also be ordered separately; credit cards are accepted.
(💰) Price: 280 per night (excluding breakfast) from January 4th to 5th, 2026
(🎊) Value for Money: Fairly good value
(🇨🇳) Review: 📶Wi-Fi is only available at the front desk or in rooms near the front desk. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. There are power outlets and bedside lamps, which are very convenient.
The guesthouse provides a free shuttle bus to the waterfall daily at 10:00 AM. Free lunch is provided every Thursday evening.

The guest rooms are stylishly designed, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city night view. The bedding is selected from top brands, and you can fall into a cloud-like sleeping experience. The gym is equipped with Technogym equipment, and the water quality of the heated swimming pool is comparable to that of a private club. Chinese and Western breakfasts are cooked to order, and the Benedict eggs are a must. The cleaning lady even arranges the cosmetics in an artistic shape, which satisfies detail lovers!
