Ulasan Hangzhou Tianyuan Grand Hotel

The hotel provided a highly comfortable stay, boasting a prime location adjacent to a large shopping mall. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness, with Xiao Jiang, in particular, going above and beyond in accommodating my requests.

Slightly old fashioned infrastructure, but plenty of space, and a truly amazing service - staff extremely nice and patient, smiling and ready to help, I was really surprised. Cane here with no expectation but left extremely satisfied. The room looks a bit old but there's plenty of space. Overall the feeling is closer to being at home than to being in a hotel, and I loved it!

The service was perfect everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mainly Chinese food there was a small collection of European food. The interior looks old and was partly damaged. But everything was clean and hygienic. The view from my room was amazing.

Very friendly and attentive staff. No English but made due with translator app which worked just fine. Old and dated decor but good location. Was looking forward to four workouts in the gym and the swimming pool while on a business trip. Chose this hotel specifically for its indoor swimming pool and gym. Would have stayed elsewhere in the area otherwise. That said, the pool and gym turned out to be public and couldn't be used at all as there was kids' swimming going on every time I went - tried on 4 separate occasions and every time the gym equipment was occupied by a dozen sleeping or relaxing parents and grandparents playing on their phones while waiting for their kids' swimming lessons to end. I was also told that the treadmills were out of order. The listing on Trip.com should be updated. It shouldn't be listed as a having an indoor hotel pool and gym as it's not only outside and adjacent in a different building with no direct access from the hotel, it's also a public facility and not accessible to hotel guests if swimming lessons are going on.

This was a great stay. It is a Chinese styled hotel and Only a few staff speak English but they go the extra mile to help. The hotel is close to the mixc. Overall a good stay.

Very pleasant stay at 天元大厦酒店！The room had a great view (especially at night) of the city and is perfectly clean and the bed is really comfortable. The hotel is organized and the common areas are also very clean. The breakfast is well served with western and chinese food, and the rotating floor is amazing! The rooms and corridors are quiet at night, perfect for a very good sleep, and the room service is very good. The front desk service is great, and Manager 吕 (Lv) is very helpful with any required matters. Walking distance from two big shopping malls (MixC and Raffles City). Recommend this hotel and would stay again once coming back to Hangzhou!

前台幫忙免費升級了套房，意外驚喜。房間超級大，設施豪華，房間可以看江景，相當滿意。酒店在錢塘江畔，距杭州城市陽台很近，方便觀看錢塘江一江兩岸燈光秀。圍棋文化元素和34樓的旋轉餐廳讓酒店熠熠生輝。環境一流，服務熱情，早餐豐富，高端大氣。給予五星推薦。

免費升級了房型，非常滿意，窗外180度無敵江景，服務很好，乾淨舒適，旋轉餐廳早餐很豐富，工作人員態度很好，自助晚餐也很不錯，就是人多了一點，菜品補充不是太及時。酒店五星好評。

十分不錯的酒店，歸納起來幾點：第一，臨近錢塘江，在江景房觀潮別有一番風味，特別是在棋文化房內，下着圍棋（我衹會五子棋）看着風景真是很享受！而且離來福士、萬象城都很近，區位還是很有優勢的。第二，對小朋友入駐十分友好，看我們帶走小孩兒，直接免費幫我們升級了房型，而且還贈送了娃娃的早餐和水果拼盤；第三，32樓的自助早餐必須點贊，食品豐富，風景優美，環境安逸，如同國王的早餐，服務員小姐姐，看我們是外地來的，還熱情的推薦旅遊路線和避坑建議。第四，房間的設施非常不錯，床很舒服，小冰箱裏4款飲料免費隨意，茶吧光茶葉就陪了4款，還有一個膠囊咖啡機。特別要點讚的是配了空氣凈化機和直飲水，僅此就已經可以排在前列了。第五，酒店棋文化氛圍很濃厚，自帶兩個博物館，各樓層也有不少圍棋相關的歷史人文展品，喜歡圍棋的朋友十分適合入駐。

服務：態度是很好的 本來定的城景房換成了江景房 後來看了一次房間有點偏 又幫我們換成了位置更好一點的正江景的房間 衞生：一般 環境：地理位置很好 但不靠近地鐵 酒店門口有單車 大堂比較亂 可能酒店會承接一些活動 因為逛街太累想去32樓吃飯 （入住時送了消費券）一言難盡 39度的杭州是户外的燒烤 煙味很嗆最後放棄了 回來房間點外賣吃 34樓的早餐 空調會滴水！ 設施：設施是最差的 都看起來比較舊 顯得不夠乾淨 陽台的窗户可以打開但是關不死 後來嘗試了很多次 也懶得聯繫前台了 吹風機特別小特別舊長頭髮慎重考慮 真的要吹很久 ！

房間特別乾淨，小姐姐給我們升了行政房，特別貼心，體驗感很棒，臨江景色很美，雖然陰雨綿綿，但是心情因此很好，贊👍

很喜歡的一家酒店，連續住了好幾次了，以後也會再來的，酒店臨江乾淨衞生，自助餐廳也算酒店裡我吃過種類比較齊全、口感還不錯的了。工作人員也都很熱情，特別是可愛、耐心的前台小姐姐小劉，每次來入住她都很熱心，幫忙溝通聯繫。切實做到了賓至如歸。我老公説同價位酒店天元吊打其他的，還有一點我特
